TERRIBLE.... DO NOT USE THEM!!! Called this company to service my Backflow and was told they'd get back to me at the end of the week.... Nothing! 8 days later I get another email... they'll be out at the end of the week! R u fukn STUPID? No morons... your fired! Don't waste your time with this company... awful people!

Been using these guys since 2020. They are fast, reliable, courteous and very reasonably priced. They also did a replacement of our metal backflow cage and gave us a great deal on that as well. I text them when I get the letter from the City. They do the job, forward the test report to the city and send me the invoice. Couldn't be more painless. I highly recommend them!

We received our back flow notice with a 48 hour completion window (my fault). Robin from Palomar was probably one of the nicest, most helpful and patient people I've done business with in a long time. She was quick, informative, and got our testing done on the same day!

Our main water pipe was leaking and we had to shut off the main valve in order to stop the leak. In this emergency situation with not having a water for a day we were lucky enough to get the name of your company From our neighbor. We called and within two hours they sent us of one their technicians. Art, was the expert plummer who knew exactly what to do. He assured us that he will find out the source of the leak , fix and restore water the same day. He started right away and dugouts two feet of dirts to get to the underground pipes. He replaced the bad pipes with new sturdy material and worked for hours to finish his job perfectly. He is by far one of the best Plumbers we have ever seen and his knowledge and professionalism was superb. We highly recommend this company for excellent service along with very reasonable price.
