After our previous favorite plumber retired, I tried a couple of companies that didn't work out well (poor customer service and not so great work). I tried Palm Springs Plumbing after reading a couple of recommendations on Next Door and have not been disappointed. They were able to fix a leak under our kitchen sink that other services had failed to fix, and last week completed a job that another service had indicated was too difficult to undertake. Greg, who I assume is the owner, is very responsive and helpful on the phone and plumbers Gary and Mike have been great. Their prices seem reasonable and their latest work for us cost less than I expected, given the intensive labor it required.

I live in a mid-century neighborhood with mid century plumbing, so I was very concerned when my water line started leaking in my front yard. Palm Springs Plumbing just replaced my rusty old water pipe with a shiny new PVC pipe from the front of my house to the street. Not only were they quick and responsive, but they were very reasonable. They took the time to explain to me the best approach and were extremely thorough. After speaking with several alternative plumbing companies about fixing this problem, Palm Springs Plumbing were definitely the most direct, honest and responsible. A+++

I called 10 days in advance to schedule service, they told me I would get a call in a couple days to be added to their schedule I didn't hear anything back until 8 days later and was told they ""have someone available right now"" I said it would take me an hour to get home they moved on and never called me back to schedule. They don't return calls or answer their phone . I don't know how they stay in business with this kind of service. The emergency contact number they have is no longer in service.

Drove eight miles to Palm Springs Plumbing since I understood they were both retail store and plumbing repair. I have a ""heat pump"" electric hot water heater that has broke down and wanted a repairman that was knowledgable before coming out. I expected to show them my heater manual at the counter and book an appointment. Upon walking in the establishment at 9:30 am there was no one up front. Two small dogs came running from the back to check me out. No problem..I like dogs. I stood there waiting for someone, and after five minutes a man with shoulder length white hair in his middle 50's walked out looking like I had awakened him. He looked like a biker. Rather than greet me as a customer, he gave me a look like I had walked through his front door into his living room uninvited. I began to explain why I was there. Every time I would begin to speak he would cut me off with a question in a disrespectful manner. I finally told him ""you keep cutting me off while I'm trying to explain to you my heater issue"". He rudely stated ""Can't help you...goodbye ""... At that point I was happy to leave and not give them my money. I'll never use them or refer them. Extremely unprofessional.

Gregg, the owner, is an excellent communicator and professional. He sent Gary to help with a water leak on our property. Because the leak ended up being in two places, it was not a quick process, but we felt like we were in good hands with both Gary and Gregg making sure it was dealt with as quickly as possible. Placed a call Friday morning for a non-urgent leak repair and was asked if delaying setting a schedule until Monday would be okay. Sure, that was no problem. A couple of hours later I was called because someone else had canceled, opening an appointment Friday afternoon. With an hour my fairly challenging, non-urgent leak was fixed. Since some fresh glue was applied, we agreed to leave the water off until morning. Water was turned on in the morning and the repairs are holding perfectly. And on top of all this great service, the work was delivered very professionally and at a very reasonable rate.

Service was pretty good at the start and the work was completed in half the time. I did not mind paying for the minimum full hour. However, the installed item broke after a week. I called back to ask for a reduced price for a redo on a replacement item. Unfortunately they considered this to be a brand new install and quoted the same one hour minimum. This gave me the opportunity to shop around. Sure enough, I found a better deal. This time, I will ask about a warranty.

I have lived in the the desert for over ten years. Recently, I was given a suggestion that I should call Palm Springs Plumbing for some plumbing issues. In the past, I have not found a company I would recommend until today.

From scheduling the appointment, sending out the plumber to attend to several issues inside and outside my home; I was very impressed with the office staff and Gary, the plumber. It is indeed refreshing to find a company who has integrity and ethics.

This company only made the repairs that I requested; did not try to sell me services that were not needed.

Just call Palm Springs Plumbing for the best service ever.

I can't say enough good things about Greg at Palm Springs Plumbing. A true professional who understands good old fashioned customer service. One of the valves went out on my shower. Fairly basic repair but the part could not be found anywhere. Greg even worked with companies oversees to find the part. Solving the problem became a mission for Greg. After a month, we solved the problem. I have not experienced excellence in service at this level in years. Greg is my plumber from now on - trust me, you want him to be yours too.

Very happy with their service. Mike showed up promptly to assess and repair the problems with our old plumbing. Besides their prices are very reasonable. Definitely we will be using them again if the occasion arises again.
