My water heater went out and I needed a new one. I've never bought one before so I really have no idea how much they cost. I do know the prices vary a lot. Customer service was great. They were able to get out here the same day, so that's worth something. However, after looking up the cost of the water heater online it cost $416.00. I was charged $1600 for the service. Install and removing the old water heater. This seems excessive. The reason I went with this company is because they had a lot of good reviews saying they were very fair in their pricing. This doesn't seem too fair to me, but maybe I'm missing something? Oh well, guess I should have shopped around.

If i could i would give this place ZERO stars i would! Terrible customer service. The old man (I believe he's the owner) was very rude and unprofessional. He did not answer ANY of my questions. He gave us an attitude for no reason. And did not even greet us at the door. Very DISAPPOINTED. I will NEVER return again and I will definitely be letting family and friends know not to come here!!

Due to a hot water heater leak we needed to get a new water pressure regulator. Wasn't an emergency but had to be done. A neighbor recommended PS Plumbing. From the 1st phone call they were great! Very professional; came out quickly and Mike, the staff was wonderful in helping with our problem. The price was great too! Almost half on what other plumbers wanted.

We had a problem with our kitchen faucet a few weeks ago, they were out within an hour. Great service is impossible to find in the desert (I never have understood) and this company breaks the mold. I came home today to find a hand written thank you in the mail. A hand written note!!!! They are now in our home file. And by the way, we were very happy with the service call.

Mike from Palm Springs Plumbing was great. He showed up at the set appointment time and was courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced a shut off valve for my hot water heater and replaced my kitchen faucet. He was quick and friendly as he did the work. He took away the old parts. They came over one hour after I called them. They ""got her done"" in 15 minutes.
pretty awesome! But that's not all: a week later I received a handwritten thank you note from them. Finally; a business that actually appreciates my patronage. In fact, I had called three other places that morning that didn't even bother to answer their phone.
So, yes! Call these guys! They will appreciate you.

So, to rout out the toilet cost 90. Bucks. Is that good? Is that standard? I don't know. When it comes to lawyers and plumbers, I usually just hand them my wallet.

Palm Springs Plumbing is great! If you have an older condo like we do (built in 1972), they have the parts for the Harcraft (I think that's spelled right) faucets. We discovered that after another plumber would not even touch the ones we have in our master bath. That was when we were there in July. I give that plumber credit though for mentioning Palm Springs Plumbing as maybe having the parts.

Just last week, when we were there again, we needed a new valve installed for our gas grill and a couple of hose bibs. We were pleased to find that Palm Springs Plumbing also did plumbing work. (In July, we thought they were just retail). They were out the next day, and quickly did the work at a very reasonable rate.

We have definitely found the plumbers we will use moving forward! Being from Chicago, we are still new to the desert, so we're happy to find vendors that help make owning a second home easier.
