Joe, the plumber is fantastic! He just fixed two consistent and prolonged problems for me: both the washing machine cold water flow and kitchen faucet water flow were reduced to a almost a trickle. In about one hour, Joe efficiently fixed both. He made my laundry and dish washing chords so much easier!!! Yes, you may have to clean up the work area after him but it is worth it. Thank you so much Joe!

Palisades Plumber ""Joe"" came to our townhouse to assess a potentially problematic water heater and install some new hardware for our washing machine. If ""Mike Diamond's"" plumbers are on time and smell good, then Joe was AHEAD OF TIME and smelled FANTASTIC! All kidding aside, Joe was great...worked quickly, did great work, was on time, and is a super-likeable New Yorker (Brooklyn born and raised). The bill was more than reasonable given how much time he spent at our place and I would not hesitate to both recommend Joe/Palisades Plumbing and use them again in a second without hesitation.

I got a quick and honest evaluation. The issue was resolved without any problems.
I dealt with Plumer Joe and Plumer Mario and found them both to be trustworthy.
However, I would like to see the office to be more responsive regarding calling back and updating me with any delays.

If you are in the market for a responsive, honest company who does excellent work, look no further than Palisades Plumbing! I woke up today to a water heater that had sprung a pin size leak in the copper out take hose. Not having a plumber that I've used in the past, I jumped on line, called a 24 hour emergency plumber (with a slick website). They sent someone out within an hour. I immediately knew I was going to be shafted. The guy looked at the label on the water heater before anything else, told me since it was 9 years old (and in very good condition I might add) that I needed a new water heater. I said to replace the leaking line only. He told me he didn't carry that material on his truck and if he did it would cost me $400.00! I went back on line found and called Palisades Plumbing (in my neighborhood), within an hour their technician John was here, replaced both the intake and out take lines for $224.00 with a smile, and genuine honesty.

I highly recommend Palisades Plumbing I was having an issue with my hot water heater and they sent Steve to see what the problem was, he was very personable and explained to me in detail what needed to be done, I was a little apprehensive but it turned out to be a painless experience!

My first experience with the company and it was first-rate. The gas co. came to my home for a problem and turned off all pilot lights. They were unable to re-light my water heater pilot. Mario came from Palisades Plumbing and really knew his business. He did what had to be done, including noting that the part was still under warranty (the heater was 5 yrs. old). I would recommend them highly.

I would avoid these guys. Their work is inconsistent and subject to failure. Irrigation repairs did not last two years and it took them more than $1000 of work to figure out the solution to repeated back ups.

Against my better judgment I tried a local plumber. I have not had much success with plumbers in general. I told them that I knew the lines were plugged. They insisted it was water pressure, changed the connections on the toilets to get a better flush and charged $180.00. Needless to say the next day the lines backed up again and now I have to spend more money on another plumber to do what I wanted done the first time. Sometimes trade people just have to listen to what you want.
