I have an expensive Toto Washlet toilet that kept ""running"" I called Palisades Plumbing in the morning and a gentleman was at my house by noon. The owner asked me to send him a photo of the inside of the toilet so they would have the right parts. The cost for parts/repair were nominal and I was impressed.

Had a plumbing problems. Joe came out to the house and explained what needed to be done. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The visit was prompt and with an emergency problem Palisades Plumbing came to the house as prompt as they could.

Woke up this morning to no hot water and a blown water heater. Joe was immediately ""on it"" and without my even being home, had the old one out, the new one in an hot water running before I got home - and he cleaned up the water on the garage floor!

Called this co. to fix two running toliets and a shower with bad pressure. Guy said shower needed new cartridge $110, While he fixed toliets I went to get cartridge. After installing and not working, he said whole valve has to be replaced.
He gave me bill with total of $538 ! I asked hourly rate and he argued with me. I called office and found out rate was $110 Hr. He arrived at 9;10 am finished at 11;10 am.
When I pointed out labor should be $220 not $440 he became abusive, called me a liar and stormed out of my house while I was on the phone with the office. ]
Don't hire a company that doesnt screen their employees better.

I have been a long time customer of Palisades Plumbing, and have known them to be trustworthy, honest, reasonable, and always there when I needed them...I recently needed a plumber for a serious leak, on a Sunday night. I mistakenly assumed that Palisades Plumbing was unavalable, so I called another plumber. They came and stopped the leak, and quoted me an outrageous sum (!!) to fix the issue...after a day, I called Palisades Plumbing, to see if they would have a look at the issue..They went out that day, and their estimate cam in at HALF (1/2!) the estimate from the original plumber. Since I have worked with Palisades Plumbing for so long, and know they will do such great work, I dismissed the original plumber, and will have the Palisades Plumbers do the work...

They are always polite, reasonable and get the job done...i recommend them wholeheartedly!

Great service. They installed my new water heater and fixed my sinks pretty fast. These guys have been in the area for a long time and i got referred by my neighbor. I would recommend to everyone in the Palisades.

I've used Pacific Palisades for years. They just came out and changed my water heater to a tank less one based on the owner's recommendation, and let me tell you I love it. I was skeptical at first as I was worried that the hot water wouldn't last long enough but it's fantastic. The price wasn't bad and the installation was flawless. It's so great to know that there are still a few reliable 'Go to' businesses still out there.

Amazing service all around !! Mandy and Ray are so helpful and so easy to work with. I had a last minute emergency job and they accommodated my request and fixed my problem that same day ! Love them !!
