We used PP for about 3 years with no problems. But recently there was a problem with their work (the house had a terrible odor coming from the basement plumbing) and when we asked Ray to send someone out to check on it he totally blew us off. He said it wasnt related to his work. He didnt even want to check on it to find out. It started the day after they worked on our septic, and there is no way it could be related to their work? He didnt even know who he had sent out to do the work. Adios Palisades Plumbing.

We had some miscommunications between their office staff, their plumber, my tenant and myself -- too many people involved. But at the end, Palisades Plumbing did what they could for us and our non-functioning dryer. In the end, they weren't able to make the necessary repairs (they don't repair washer/dryers), but they were honest about their plumber's misdiagnosis of our issue and they didn't charge us. Honesty counts for a lot!

Do not call this company, unless you want to be ripped off.
My husband called them last week to remove a sink from a vanity, and replace a toilet with a new one. We remodeled the bathroom and the original toilet installed was defective. We also got some slightly different color sink so both the toilet and sink needed to be replaced. When the worked showed up, we showed him the work and he said ""this will take me 3-4 hours, and will cost $450"". That's is insane!! What the worker did not realize (even though we told him) was that the toilet and sink were replaced just several days ealier and it took that plumber LESS than an hour to do both. These guys are ripoff artist, and while I can't speak to their work, their pricing is shady at best. BEWARE.

Joe arrived within the time frame given and solved the garbage disposal and leaking pipe problems.

Joe did a good job. I paid more than I would have if I had purchased a new garb disp myself, but I wanted fast service.

I asked him to write the warranty on their invoice as a safeguard.

Overall, service very good.

I'm a little late to responding because I didn't see he had posted on my review until now. I'm amused at his response. He knows exactly what happened as I wrote a detailed letter AND spoke to him on the phone. His response? He verbally threatened to sue and file a lien if we didn't pay. Then when I said go ahead, and refused to remove the stop payment, they actually had the balls to go over to her house and coerce her into giving them a credit card. I was at work but she called me after he left because it freaked her out. I called the credit card company of course. Since I have written this I have gotten several messages from Yelp members asking who we used, it was Sunset West Plumbing. The owner is Jimmy and I have had them do half a dozen jobs for us since all this transpired. I highly recommend them.

We highly recommend Palisades Plumbing. Steve is particularly devoted to making sure the customer is happy. He is patient and knows what he's doing!! The prices are fair and when I've had a problem with a faulty part from a manufacturer, Palisades Plumbing helped us through it. Don't hesitate and ask for Steve!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Terrible customer service, office staff unable to follow directions and extremely rude over the phone.

I called them to repair a water heater. They gouged me on price and werent quite up front on what work was done already. If you are stuck, just know you will be paying a huge premium and dont get mad at it. But it was tough for me to let it go.

We have had good & great experiences with Palisades plumbing they are not the least expensive but if You are lucky enough (or request) Joe Green to work on plumbing concerns you will get the best. Joe is excellent at diagnosing a problem thoroughly explaining and fixing it so that you do not require follow-up. He's extremely trustworthy, he does not over-sell to increase cost and is safe to leave to complete his work without supervision. Finally, he leaves the area he works on neat and cleaner then prior to any plumbing issue. I highly recommend Joe Green & Palisades Plumbing.
