I cannot recommend them enough! Juan arrived and magic happened. He came with a truck full of supplies and tools.

First, he replaced our kitchen faucet. Very swift.

Second, he moved on to remounting our toilet. While doing that, he explained to me what was wrong and what was happening as he went along. He noticed a few things wrong in the back of the tank and fixed them as well.

Third, I had him take a look at our furnace because it wasn't working. He identified the problem and said he would be able to repair it if we wanted him to but would have to come back with the supplies.

Forth, there was an outdoor pipe that was giving us trouble that he fixed in a matter of minutes.

He was friendly, efficient, and professional. He also cleaned up after himself as he went along and when he left, you would never know he had been here except for the repairs he had done. No messy floors and such. The price was very fair and we will definitely be calling him out here again if we need him. Thank you, Juan!

We used them a few times. We will probably not be calling them anymore.
They don't answer their phones and they are extremely inconsistent with returning calls. i guess 'i'll call back later' means NOT calling back. i guess leaving a message means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to them. Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency!
There are other plumbers that are more accommodating and professional. Other plumbers are similar in pricing, but also treat their customers as if the customer is important.
Padilla plumbing seems to have forgotten this. Maybe they don't need the business. As your first choice, call a plumber that will try their best to PICK UP THE PHONE, RESPOND AND SHOW UP. Try Mattucci or Cornett instead.

This is the second time I've called Padilla Plumbing with an emergency (different types: clogged drain; hot water heater issue) and they have responded immediately with excellent and fairly-priced service. A good number to keep handy!

Great service and attitude. Very professional and quick.

I woke up the other day to a wildly leaking water heater. Found PP on yelp, called them up and they sent out a kindly gent to give me an estimate. We agreed on the price, which was quite reasonable and he set off to gather a new water heater and a team to replace my old one.

The whole job (once they returned to my house) took 30 minutes. They cleaned up the area and hauled off the old water heater. I would totally recommend Padilla Plumbing.

I've had Padilla Plumbing over twice to make two separate but major repairs to a 1920's house I own. Both times I was given fast, professional, and low priced service. They are now my ""go-to"" plumber if I ever have any problems.

These guys were great. I recived a quick call back and same day scheduling. Our plumber was friendly and fast (fixed two things in an hour!), and the invoice for time and parts was totally reasonable. I was actually prepared to pay much more. I will be using them again, for sure.

Thanks to Yelp I found Padilla Plumbing. My wife and I needed to repipe our house and add a bathroom. Juan came out and took notes on what we wanted to do. He got back to us later that day with the estimate. It wasn't the lowest, but it was complete. I felt better because he didn't give me an estimate off the cuff.
His crew were excellent. They were on time, clean, and hard working.
Juan checked in through out the process and talked me through the inspection.
I am so happy that I hired this company.

I just got a house in Mid-City and have had some plumbing issues since the day we moved in. However, all of them were manageable until we found sewage backing up into the beautiful, new jacuzzi tub in our front bathroom.

12pm - I look up local plumbers on Yelp and find Padilla, located a few blocks down the street. I had seen their sign driving by a number of times, and given the 5 star rating, decided to give them a call. The nice lady on the phone says one of the plumbers will call me back.

12:30pm - I get a call from Eric, who asks me to describe my plumbing issues. He says he'll come over as soon as he can this afternoon.

2:45pm - Eric calls and is on his way. He arrives 15 minutes later.

3:40pm - After some rootering, my problem is solved. And the price was great.

I will be asking Padilla to come back for all of my other repairs!
