Juan came out for an after hours repair of a leaking gas valve within ten minutes, yes *ten minutes*, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with a valve he happened to already have on the truck with him, saving another trip. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with and gave a fair price for an after hours emergency repair. Highly recommend Padilla Plumbing!!

Called to have something checked at my home. When i called they never told me they would charge me $150 for just coming out to see what was going on. At the end of the day the man didn't do anything because it just could not be fixed. He told us that just for coming they would charge us $150 when he didn't do a thing but to look at the place. We told him that that was absurd to charge that much when he didn't do any fixtures and he said the person who answered didn't explain and we told him no. If we would had known it was this price just to have it checked we would not had told her to send someone out here. They literally ripped us off. At the end we were charged $100 dollars for just having something checked. Never again will we be contacting them. Don't even bother on calling if you don't want to pay $100-$150 so they come and check they miscommunicate and rip you off.

This company came recommended through a Facebook Group I am a part of and I had an emergency at my rental property. It was great that they were able to get someone to come out on short notice and I appreciated that.

Unfortunately, the plumber broke the angel stop.

The thing I am most annoyed about is that this happened in December. I sent several messages to pay the invoice (that I never received). I wanted to pay it and include it as a deduction on my taxes. No reply after multiple outreaches. I assumed they felt bad about the broken angel stop so I dropped it.

Guess who called looking for me to pay the invoice today. Yep. I suspect it is because I sent out a call for plumbers using the Yelp app because I have another issue at the rental property. Guess who I didnt call for this project.

I had Padilla Plumbing out to fix a leaky faucet in my bathtub. They charge a minimum 1 hour $125 charge plus parts. They replaced the cartridge. Within 3 months it was leaking again. When I called I was told that they only warranty their parts and labor for 30 days. They said that it was probably the valve in the wall and that would be $750 to fix. I called other plumbers and found out that most give a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. They also said it could be a bad cartridge or some debris in it. I had another plumber replace the cartridge for $45 plus parts. That took care of the problem. The old cartridge had a broken O ring. I'll never call Padilla Plumbing again.

Padilla Plumbing fixed the toilet overflowing problem using brand name parts their plumbers carry on their trucks.
Since my plumber retired..... needed to look for a replacement during this crisis.....think I found it with Padilla Plumbing.
