We have a water softener and R/O system from Pacific Water Solutions and we love it! We no longer buy bottled water since the R/O system provides much better tasting water. The water softener has provided no more water spots on glasses left that haven't been dried immediately and glass shower doors no longer have hard water deposits. We have been in our home over 15 years and we have noticed how much the water has changed over the years. We truly cannot believe the drastic difference since this system has been installed! We have experienced great customer service from Mike and his team.

Met Mike, the owner, who answered my questions regarding my new alkaline water tank. Very helpful. Chris, the installer, came and did the install yesterday. Again, very helpful. Explained everything I needed to know and actually left the area in better shape than when he arrived. Very pleased with both service and product.

I called Pacific Water Solutions and spoke with Mike, the owner, he was the best. I have never dealt with a company before that is so hands on and so informative. He educated me on all the different systems his company offers. He went into so much detail explaining everything to me. I felt VERY confident that I was dealing with an honest man and an honest company. I decided to go with an E-Treat which I LOVE and I also got an RO under my kitchen sink. I did do my due diligence and shopped around to get prices. Believe it or not Mike had better prices than most other companies out there, and with the amazing service they provided, it was a no brainer... I'm so pleased I chose Pacific Water Solutions... All well worth the money since you can't really put a price on your health.

I couldn't be more pleased with this company!! While shopping around I found there is SO much information out there, all very different from the next. I was so pleased to finally meet with Mike and have an honest person give me some honest answers on water systems and what they actually do. He helped me find what was best for me and my needs. I just had a GREAT experience at this water store, which is just down the street from me and I never realized all that they do. Not only can people fill up their water jugs and gallon bottles, or maybe even their fish tanks, they offer complete water systems for all types of homes and businesses. For me and my daughter we just needed something small, so we opted for a standard Reverse Osmosis thing that goes under our sink. I felt like they really listened to what I needed and offered so much information - more than I could ever even imagined goes into a water decision like this. They were definitely more knowledgeable than anyone else I had called and LOVED that they were right in my backyard and I didn't even know! Great Service. Clean Store. Moderate Pricing. Thanks!

Pacific Water Solutions installed a water purification system in my home. I now have the cleanest and best tasting water ever! I'm so glad I went with them. Mike and his staff were very professional and timely on their installation. I highly recommend PWS. They are a 5 star operation and service!

If you are buying an E Treat system from this dealer or any other, please be aware if you have hard water it will not solve the spotting that a soft water system provides. I was mislead by Mike at this company when I came in to find an alternative system for my soft water system that would be more ecological. Also if you buy an ETreat system, you will still have to buy a reverse osmosis system to get good quality drinking water. Basically what the E Treat does is remove all the chlorine from the water and some metals. Be aware that neither the dealer nor the manufacturer will give you any recourse if you are dissatisfied with this system. After $2000+ I still need to get a soft water system, learn from my mistake.
