I was super apprehensive about making my final decision to have RO installed. It's an expensive system and there are a lot of service installers/equipment manufacturers out there... lots of promises being made. So... I did a ton of research. Got a few quotes... but kept coming back to PWS.

Todd was super patient with all my questions and requests for information. Once I made the decision to move forward (months later), installation happened super quick, was super easy and the tech that came out was friendly and clean! Had a great experience and am very happy about my choice to move forward with PWS.

I love this water! I truly believe in a great lifestyle with quality water and all through my pregnancy I couldn't get enough of this place. I still go 1-2 times a week to fill up our 5 gallons. San is wonderfully helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place, your not living til you get good water!

Mike & Sam are the BEST! I come here religiously to buy my alkaline water. The water is amazing and the customer service is always top notch! Ok so you can't really bag on the cost of the water as the cost is just passed on being that they have to survive and profit as well. Plus they have to pay ""Sam the Man"" the money he deserves. And by deserving, yes, this guy deserves what he gets paid and then some because not only does he know most customers by name, he's friendly, diligent and helps everyone with filling and transporting the water to the vehicle. You can get the standard or alkaline water and supplies for your hydration needs... the only game in town and even a coin op that you can fill after hours.
Good tasting water and studies show that mice that drink alkaline live longer so I highly recommend it to all the San Clemente mice and thirsty people.

I had my 1st RO unit from Pacific Water Solutions for 9 years. Mike always demonstrated great customer service. I just bought my second unit from PWS. I recommend you skip the big box stores and the net when buying water purification products.
