Todd and his team continue to do fantastic work. This is my second house using Pacific Water Solutions and it only got better. James managed the install and was clean, efficient and fast. He knows what he's doing.

After the sale, service is all they claim. Made a few tweaks to the sytem and all is wonderful. I purchased a Milwaukee Pro ORP Meter to test the water's purity and the readings exceeded what was expected. Can't ask for more.

We have installed both a water softener and a full RO (reverse osmosis) system with Pacific Water. I HIGHLY recommend them and these two systems. Having access to the cleanest water is worth investing in and we ended our water delivery service - way nicer. I use my filtered water all day every day and feel confident in how the water I drink affects me and my family.

My hair, my appliances and fixtures all are thankful for the soft water. This company here in San clemente did a fabulous job.

I was super apprehensive about making my final decision to have RO installed. It's an expensive system and there are a lot of service installers/equipment manufacturers out there... lots of promises being made. So... I did a ton of research. Got a few quotes... but kept coming back to PWS.

Todd was super patient with all my questions and requests for information. Once I made the decision to move forward (months later), installation happened super quick, was super easy and the tech that came out was friendly and clean! Had a great experience and am very happy about my choice to move forward with PWS.
