I cant begin to tell you how appreciative of Pacific water heater company i am... particularly Terry! I live in a pretty dated condo and was taking a shower when all of a sudden my hot water went from hot to luke warm to cold in about 7 minutes! I still had conditioner in my hair and had to rinse in artic temps!! I was freaking out - thought pilot light... tried as much trouble shooting as i could you-tube up, and then decided to call a professional. I called and left a message then got a return call within the hour. I explained my situation and they had Terry out by that afternoon! He checked everything out - let me know upfront the cost of a new water heater and all of the updates that were needed since my water heater was so outdated.
I called around to check prices and found Pacific was the best deal out there hands down. They were able to return the next day and now im in heaven with my new water heater!! What a difference an updated heater makes!!!! And thanks Terry for being patient with my annoying cat!!

This am as I went out to work this am, noticed water running down the driveway. Opened garage and it was from the water heater. Went to Yelp and pulled up a local water heater company, Pacific Water Heater Company. Spoke with Patrick, set appointment for after work. Long story short serviceman arrived promptly, took care of the situation. Everything went so smoothly from service to price, would highly recommend their company to family and friends.

Chris texted me within an hour of requesting service on my hot water heater. He came out the following day to check out what needed to be done in order to make the repair. I elected to have the tank replaced rather then pour money into an older hot water heater that has already seen its best days. Chris was professional. courteous, prompt, and knowledgable. The pilot light on my hot water heater wouldn't stay lit. After being told by another plumbing company that the tank would need to be replaced I called Pacific. They had a plumber out to my house the next day. Terry lit the pilot light to see what was going on and it stayed lit for him, he did not have the problems I had. He waited for about 5 to 10 minutes to make sure the pilot stayed lit for me. Didn't even charge a service fee. Really happy with the service that Terry and Pacific provided. Thanks so much!

My old water heater recently gave out and I needed a replacement. I set up an appointment with Terry for the installment. He was very punctual and was very professional. Chris was absolutely outstanding. I like the way that he listened to my concerns, taught me about my new water heater and figured out the problem immediately. He had two suggestions about how to cut the plumbing off in the bathroom and he even called his boss to see if there were any other suggestions. He chose the most cost efficient way for me and if I ever want to cut the plumbing off in the future I can have it done easily. I will definitely recommend Pacific to anyone I know in need of water heater help.

We woke up Monday morning to find our old water heater leaking (it was over 11 years old). We called Pacific after checking them out on Yelp because they had installed the previous water heater. They had excellent ratings, so we called them around 9am. The new water heater was installed and operational by 4pm. They also added new shutoff valves and disposed of the old heater. It took them more time to go and pick up the new water heater than it did for them to remove the old one and install the new one. The office staff answering the phone was also very responsive and communicative. We were never left wondering where they were or when they were coming. When they were done, they warned me that some houses get high water pressures at night, which could set off the pressure release valve. He said that they wouldn't know if it was a problem in our neighborhood until it happened, and if it did, to call them back and they'd install a regulator. They could have tried to sell it to me right off, but they didn't, and I appreciate their ethics. I'll definitely use this company again in the future.

Could not have gone more smoothly. They were able to send someone out to give me an estimate the same day I called. My new tankless system was installed following afternoon. The electrical work was also completed the day the tankless water heater was installed. They were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. They were on time for every appointment. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of water heater repair or replacement services.
