I had an issue with my fairly new, high quality water heater that would not cease, The pilot was consistently going out. I had 2 different companies come out to try and service it and neither could locate the issue; they would relight they heater, charge me for my visit and leave, two days later the light would go out. I finally got a recommendation for pacific water heater company and Dave came out to help me, the issue was resolved in an hour, for less than the other companies had charged me, and my water heater has been working perfectly ever since. My water heater had been making a loud noise for a few days. I ignored it, hoping for the best. I finally realized I had to do something when I woke up, went to take a shower, and had no hot water. A friend recommended the Pacific Water Heater Company. Because of the Covid virus, I hoped they were working, and was relieved that they were.

They asked me some questions, and were very patient when I realized how little I knew about my water heater. They agreed to come out the next day and take a look.

Dave was exactly on time and very pleasant. He wore a face mask, which I appreciated. He looked at the water heater and told me it was an older gas model. He fiddled around for a few minutes, told me the pilot light had gone out, and fixed it. He said the heater was in pretty good shape. The price was reasonable and my next shower was nice and hot. I recommend Dave and this company, and would call them again for any kind of plumbing problem.

Just moved in and the hot water suddenly stopped working. Came across pacific water heater, called the day of and they were able to accommodate to our needs within such a short notice. Terry was our technician and helped us out tremendously, explaining to us what he was doing to resolve the issue. The customer service was amazing and he was in and out quickly. So far, no other issues and the hot water works. I would highly recommend their services to others!

My wife and I noticed that the hot water started getting a little less hot over time but repairing it got put on the back burner due to our busy schedules. Well we ended up with no hot water at all and had no choice but to get it repaired.

I called first thing in the morning and they booked a same day appointment. The plumber contacted me via text (which I loved, btw) and gave me his name, price and ETA.

Guy showed up at my house clean and professional. I took him into the garage where the water heater is and he got to work diagnosing the problem. Kept to himself and focused on doing his job which was a relief as I'm not a fan of small talk. He finished quickly and cleaned up after himself. I swear my garage was cleaner than when he got there.

Awesome company, awesome plumber. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Best water heater company ever!! Great customer service, price, and time efficient!! Ryan was the absolute best!! After my husband noticed we weren't getting super hot water or enough we luckily chose Pacific Water Heater Company. Ryan gave us the best advice in getting a tankless water heater and now our family of 5 never runs out of hot water!! Not only was Ryan polite when installing but he also did the install in a timely matter. Thank you thank you, happy wife happy life!

Last week, I noticed my water heater was leaking and not working properly. Since I am working from home during this time like most I knew it was imperative I get it fixed immediately. I called around and found the quickest response from Pacific water heater company. And the friendliest. We set up a next morning appointment. I was impressed that Terry took all precautions needed to enter my garage. He wiped out surfaces and I assumed in these times I would be charged an extra fee as someone else from another company said. However not only did terry repair my water heater rather than trying to get me to replace it, but I was not charged any additional fees. He was quick, friendly, honest and extremely clean. I hope I won't have an issue any time soon but if I do, I would trust this repair company.

Chris no doubt is one of the best plumbers out there. He was able to get my water heater repaired in 15 minutes, no joke. Service was so good especially since we were a last minute appointment!! I didn't think I would get in for at least a couple days if not longer. Chris made everything easy and simple. There was no hassle with hidden fees or anything. Would use them again for sure!

Pacific Water Heater is great! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Chris was amazing, came out quickly and was super friendly. He told me that my water heater was a littler older than he'd like to see (over 15 years old) We got a reasonable quote to get a new water heater and was able to getting it in super quick, saving the day for sure!!
