I know it's an odd thing to be thankful for, but I've been thankful for hot water ever since the 2 days when I was 12 years old and our hot water heater was being replaced ... by my dad.

So I had a productive day at work, came home, watched a little jacksepticeye and passed out. Normally I hear the water heater kick on a couple times before I wake up but there was total silence all night.

I woke to my worst nightmare, a cold shower. I couldn't get mad because the flames of my anger were being extinguished by water that threatened to give me freezer burn. I found Pacific Water Heater and within a day Patrick had it all up and running and the cost was very reasonable. There's a big difference between a do-it-yourselfer (my dad) and a professional!

So, last week I went to have my morning shower and was greeted with ice-cold water. It may have been invigorating but not the way I wanted to start the day. Afterwards, I went to investigate the problem. My fifteen-year-old heater was not on.

Knowing not to mess with such equipment myself I decided to get a professional in. My neighbour recently had a new one installed so I asked who they used. They were thrilled with the price and service- so I called them.

The following day they came out! After examining my heater, I was expecting a quote on a new one! Can you imagine my relief and surprise when they told me it was fixable. They had to get a part- and then the repair took less than thirty minutes! They could have easily sold me a new one- but they have made a customer for life!

I really appreciate Dave and all of his hard work installing my water heater. It was a super difficult job but he replaced my water heater effortlessly. I couldn't believe how fast he got it all installed. It was a great experience. If you are looking for a water heater i would highly recommend Pacific Water Heater and definitely request Dave.

I was inclined to write a review because I was in such a lousy situation and they rescued me! I had services from them yesterday and they were phenomenal. They made a nightmare of a situation easier to deal with. They were flexible and able to get me in next day, when most other places I called wanted me to wait at least 3 days.

They worked so quickly, the job only took from morning to afternoon. I went with a tankless water heater for more efficiency. We've tested it out and we haven't run out of hot water yet, even after plenty of hot showers. It was a bit more expensive, but it's more cost effective in the long run and I don't have to time my showers with my partner now.

I had a great experience from a very frustrating situation in the winter. I'm so grateful for these guys! If you're in a bind, I highly recommend giving them a call for the most painless solution to your water issue.

I had service from them yesterday. I have to say they did great. I want to point out that they were able to get me in the next day when I called. Impressive. Especially since the job took about a half a day. And my opinion it's way better to get a tankless water heater rather than a regular one. It's it's much more efficient. You never run out of hot water. The price is much higher but I like I said it's worth it. They did a great job installing it and had no problems. I'm really happy with everything they did for me.

Great customer service! I must have called 10 companies before i found this one and got nothing but voicemails and no one returning my calls. These guys answered the first time i called and the girl on the phone was so nice and helpful. I had to call them when i was driving so she even sent me their schedule and quotes in a text message since i couldn't write down the info. Their schedule was pretty full but i explained that we had no hot water and i had the following day off of work and then wouldnt be available for another week, so she moved some things around to fit me in. Dave came out the next day to fix my water heater and he was the nicest person. He was so respectful of my apartment and careful not to make any mess and he didnt even get annoyed when i had to squeeze by him a few times as i was trying to get some things done at home. He fixed my water heater no problem and it was cheaper than I thought it would be. Overall great experience definitely recommend these guys.

A company that doesn't try to scam people! After talking to a different company their prices seemed outrageous and way too high. Sure enough, these guys were way more reasonable. Chris was great and got it fixed within minutes...literally it was awesome. After he repaired it he checked a few other things and went on his way. It was super easy and fast. He was attentive and prompt too. Thank you Chris!

Pacific Water Heater Company is a life saver. It's never good when you don't have hot water, but when it's starting to get cold outside, that's even worse.

Not only did they respond quickly, and get me a reasonable quote, they also sent out Terry who was super helpful and got the job done.

Went to take a shower one night and it was extremely cold. I went and look at the water heater and found out it was working. Called pacific water heater company right after seeing if I could get someone to come out and fix the problem tomorrow. I was surprised they said someone could actually come out that evening. They were polite and very helpful. Problem was fixed and I was able to take a nice hot shower the next morning. Happy customer.
