Our water heat broke down and we spoke to 3 different companies- we felt like Dave was very knowledgeable and explained our options in an easy to understand manner. He was super responsive throughout the whole experience and very nice. His team came out to replace our water heater- it took about 2 hours to complete. They also fixed some vent work attached to the heater since it was done improperly with the previous water heater. They were super friendly and cleaned up everything. We would highly recommend!!

They were great. I made an appointment to get my hot water heater repaired and they came out in a few hours. They changed out a part and it seemed like it was an easy fix. Reasonable prices too. I would use them again for sure.

Just had my first plumber experience and it was a good one. Dave was really kind and helped explain a lot of things to me. He was super patient and answered all of my questions. He was able to repair my older AO Smith water heater. So glad I didn't have to replace the whole thing. Not sure how big of a company they are, but they definitely had a small business feel and attitude, which is why I liked them so much. They care about their customer. Thanks again Dave!! I will use them again, BUT hopefully I don't have to use them for a while.

They have a super friendly staff. They were able to schedule me in for a same day appointment which Im so appreciated since my hot water wasn't working at all. I ended up replacing my hot water cause of how old mu current one was.
Ryan replaced my hot water very fast. I would say maybe under 1hr or so. I also love their warranty program and I think they had competitive prices compared to other services. I will say that over anyone they had the nicest people on the phone and the technician is knowledgeable and super friendly.
Overall, I'm really impressed with their service, efficiency, knowledge, and friendliness!!!!

We had Pacific Water Heater over to install a new 50 gallon gas tank water heater. I was researching products and considering the Rheem or A.O. Smith models sold by Home Depot and Lowes. Lowes connected me to a the installer that puts in their units. They never showed up! While waiting, I found that they had a well-deserved 2.5 rating on Yelp. I found Pacific and called them up. By the evening of the same day I had a new Bradford White unit installed. The unit seems to be of good quality, holding off on some of the low-payoff bells and whistles of the other manufacturers in favor of reduced maintenance. Sam from Pacific installed the new unit himself and did a great job. The entire job took about 2-1/2 hours and was only $1,750 (for everything!). I think this was a bargain. I would recommend Pacific Water Heater to anyone needing a new unit.

Dave was an amazing technician he was very genuine and was very knowledgeable with his work .I was able to get a brand new water heater at a great price and have it replaced the next morning !! Got great service from Dave. I had my 13 year old water heater giving out on me and knew I needed to get it replaced. Other companies were either too busy or way too expensive. Dave gave me a great deal and got out to me the next day. The installation process was fairly easy and he was able to get in and out in no time. Their service is fast. When you call and leave a voicemail they get right back to you. Even when I would text them I would get really fast responses. I'm super impressed! Terry was nice and gave me useful information on my hot water heater. He repaired it in about 30 minutes. I have no complaints. I would recommend their service to anyone.
