I called Nasir for a blocked shower and tub in both bathrooms, and he came early the next morning. He was super professional, found the problem and fixed it quickly. His pricing was reasonable and fair. Thanks so much Nasir! Nice to know we have a neighborhood plumber we can count on!

Nasir did a fantastic job. He unclogged a blocked drain in our 90-year old house after several attempts from other plumbers had failed. He saved us several thousands in demo work and new pipe installation.

He was also punctual, friendly and great about adjust his arrival time to accommodate some last-minute changes to our schedule.

I'd highly recommend Nasir (and Uncle J).

Cannot even express my appreciation for these guys. Noticed a few days before going on vacation, my garbage disposal was leaking. I didn't want it to leak/blow while my house sitter was there, so I ordered a garbage disposal and located a plumber to come out and install it.. sounds easy enough right? Yeah right. Next time a plumber tells me, ""do you want me to pick up a garbage disposal?"" I'm just going to say ""yes!!!"" Well, the garbage disposal I ordered wasn't right for the space (long story.. not worth it.. ). They were able to come out the next day and install the disposal. I didn't like it. They could have come back in a couple of days and replaced it, but I was going to be out of town. So we agreed, I would call them the day I got back into town and I would check their schedule. They advised me of the garbage disposal *they* recommended (which was a great disposal at a reasonable price). I went that day to Home Depot, picked up exactly what they recommended. Contacted them the day I got back and they were able to come out my first available day that week. I now have a new working, non-leaking garbage disposal & didn't charge me any more money because ""he wanted me to be happy"" (even though this was 100% my fault). While they were out the first time, they also snaked a line for me that has been forever plugged and our developer AND building warranty refused to handle. Can't tell you how much I appreciate them. I really appreciate these guys. They were really cool. Nas answered questions while working: good multi-tasker. He was straight to the point, and they came through the door working. I forgot the other guy's name, but he was cool too. Look, they don't hide costs and plot to get more, he charged me a flat rate that was 400.00 dollars less than those other guys in this neighborhood, that also have great ratings. Maybe those other guys are for the wealthier home owners who love to throw their cash around ...hahaha. But the truth is, my stuff has been done right and feel good about pumping up their reputation. It is the right thing to do. Nas should teach plumbing at Yale.

This is the best response from a plumber I've had in years. Nasir and his uncle were very professional and polite. Kitchen sink backed up even after I cleaned out all pipes. Great Plumbers-I meant to do this review awhile ago--They came out fixed my leaking toilet and my slow running kitchen sink- Very reasonably priced -I'll definitely use them again.

Forth plumber to come out to fix my drain. After second plumber gave the same response all I wanted was a bid to replace the pipe. over the phone Nasir said he could fix the problem with a snake. I said I don't think so. he came out and fixed the clog with his snake. I was looking at thousands of dollars to cut a trench through the concrete slab. I do not have to now. Pacific Drain is the only plumber I will use. They are great. Best plumbing service I've ever used can not recommend them enough.

Anopther very happy camper. I've been using Pacific Drain for six years and have only had very good experiences. Nasir is super nice and friendly. He's also very good on communications about scheduling, tip top on the actual plumbing work, and very fair on price. You won't find better.

I had a bathtub clog. I tried everything to unclog it by using Drano, plunger, snake, Green Gobbler etc. to no avail. I finally gave up and decided to search for a plumber. I requested quotes from four businesses and only three were responsive. I decided to go with Pacific Drain based on the high Yelp reviews and reasonable price.

Nasir was my serviceman, and he was awesome! He was friendly and very responsive. We agreed on a 7:30am appointment. At 7:25am, he called to let me know that he was on the freeway and may be a little late. No worries. In fact, I really appreciated the call.

When he arrived, he shook my hand, gave me his card, and asked to see the clog. He also told me he brought his uncle to help. They wasted no time and got to work right away. In less than half an hour, they pulled out the culprit, a long and large clump of hair. Gross!!

Before soliciting professional help, I had been showering in my brother's bathroom. I am so happy that I called Pacific Drain because I can shower in my own bathroom again! Thanks Nasir!!

Got a clogged drain in my sink. Nasir came on time and fixed it right up. Fast service no fuss. Will definitely use them again if need arises. Great customer service even had a courtesy call letting us know he was on his way.
