We called about a backed up kitchen sink at about 10am on sunday morning- Nasir was here before 11 and the sink was fixed before 11:30. Simple, straight forward good service (with very reasonable price)-- We will definitely use them again and recommend their service to friends.

I am normally wary of any company with all 5 star yelp reviews, but I gave it a shot anyway. I called Pacific Drain & Rooter service today after finding that my outflow to the sewer had overflowed. Each time I used the sink or flushed a toilet, it would burble up and make a mess . I spoke with somebody and he said they would be out this evening. Prior to his arrival, he called to give me ETA and was actually a bit earlier than expected. I showed him the issue and within 20 minutes, they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. When i asked questions and he truly could have gotten far more money out of me long term considering my ignorance on plumbing issues, but he gave me honest answers. I couldn't be happier with the punctuality, service, professionalism and price. I highly recommend this company if you are in the east Bay Area and need an honest plumbing service.

I called Nazim and Nasir to give an estimate for a few problems we had with plumbing in our new house. Not only they gave me good advice and estimate about fixing the problems, they even resolved the water stream for the fridge, which involved going up the attic which is hard to access, inspecting the pipes there and opening a valve. Remarkably they declined to be paid for this!
Importantly, they were also very clear in explaining the root causes of the issues.
I'm sure we'll call them again . I recommend Pacific Drain to anyone who needs a good plumber.

My rental property in Martinez had a clogged toilet that the tenant could not resolve. I called Pacific Drain for an estimate and Nazir gave me a very reasonable price range. He could not come to the property for a couple days but when he arrived he was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. My plumbing went out literally on the night my daughter came out to visit for a week from the east coast. I had a plumber there the next day and he cleared the clog but said it would clog again if I used toilet paper! He said I would probably have to change the pipe and that he would come back next week to photograph the inside of the pipe. He was right about one thing - the toilet did clog again. Since I had an important house guest and could not wait til the following week I tried to get a different plumber in.

Fortunately I got Nazim and Nazir who were recommended to me by another plumber. They fixed the problem for $100. Nazim explained that sometimes tree roots will clog up your pipes and unscrupulous plumbers invent an elaborate ruse to get you to replace the pipe. Big expensive job. All you need to do is put the right attachment on your rooting tool and it will clear out the tree roots. After that you are good to go for another 5 or 6 years which is how long it will take for another tree root incursion.

I would (and will) recommend Pacific Drain Inc to friends and family in need of a reasonable and honest plumber.

He was efficient in fixing my facet issue and cleaned up after he was done.

Excellent customer service! Our toilet was making a weird sound and we had no idea what it was. Nasir came exactly when he said he would and it turned out that it was just our water pressure (Doh!) He turned the nob and that was that. Didn't charge us, which we're really grateful for. Thanks Nasir!
