Overall, great service. Good business manners: friendly, knowledgable, honest, and professional. Stayed past their work hours to make sure my problem was resolved and did not overcharge me. Efficient and did not do a careless job, they cleaned everything up completely that they had worked on. They explained the work that had been performed and let me inspect and test it and answered all of my questions. In conclusion, I'm glad they were conscientious and took care to be clean and neat and careful with my stuff in addition to just fixing the problem. Moreover, they also followed up the next day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Overall, worth the money I paid them to come over and fix the problem.

Amazing service! We use them all of the time for simple jobs, as well as much larger jobs. Extremely efficient and they go above and beyond for every job they have done for us. I've added Pacific Coast Plumbing to my address book. Called for the first time a week ago and found them excellent. All charges were explained over the phone and were exactly what were quoted. They called to see if the plumber could arrive early--wonderful not to have to wait all afternoon. When I explained what I thought was wrong the plumber agreed (even if I am a female) and when I showed him the part I had purchased before deciding not to try to do the
job myself he said it was fine. No attempt to add to the bill by selling me something else. He finished the job quickly and asked if I'd like him to make a small adjustment to save water. He made the adjustment without taking more time than the original estimate. The bill was exactly as quoted. The plumber was courteous and considerate. The company followed up to be sure the job was satisfactory. I've never recommended anyone on Yelp and my never do so again but this service deserves it.

I highly recommend Pacific Coast Plumbing. They fixed a garbage disposal in my kitchen sink. They were professional - Noelle in the office is great. They were incredibly prompt, in fact arriving early for the appointment. Their prices were fair.

we were panicking with a rising water level in our kitchen sink that turned out to be due to a huge clog, and left a message for pacific coast plumbing at 11pm, asking if they could call us back early the next morning. they called at 7am and had a plumber (domingo) here by 8:30am. he fixed the problem quickly, was entirely professional, and was out the door in under half an hour. it's weeks later now, and the kitchen sink is still draining wonderfully. i'd highly recommend this service.

These plumbers came right on time both times and called to double check things before appearing. Very responsible and seemed to be very knowledgeable about plumbing. They are upfront about prices. Repair was within estimated budget. Check with them first if you need to pay by credit card.

This is a bit of a different review, but I think it speaks volumes about the company and their integrity. Pacific Coast was great to me. Their customer service folks took excellent care of me and really listened to my needs. I had a very technical project related to a specific brand of water heater. Instead of sending out someone who was inexperienced, Pacific Coast referred me to another plumber in my area that was technically versed in my unit and who did an excellent job. I was blown away. Most plumbing companies would send someone out anyway and tinker and it would cost twice a much and still wouldn't get done right. Pacific Coast should be your first call.

I have been using Pacific Coast Plumbing a couple times now. I find them informative on the phone and they have always been on time.... and they have always fixed any problems I have had. It is hard to find a good, trust-worthy plumber!!!!
