This was one of the few plumbers we talked to that met our HOA's strict requirements. I sent them a few pictures of the plumbing problem, and they were able to tell exactly what was wrong and give me a very reasonable price quote over the phone and order the parts needed right away which is why we chose them in the end. The technician, Mario, was prompt, courteous, honest, and very knowledgeable. Three other plumbers told us they needed to cut open the adjacent wall and shut off the building main before they can fix the problem, Mario showed up and fixed our leak and drain without having to do any of that.

Good service, good people, fair price. Henry is very customer oriented and is a pretty funny guy, which doesn't hurt when your toilets have been all clogged up for two days...

Good Job! Came same day which worked out good for me. Installation of my new faucet (I purchased independently) was on a labor & materials basis. Edwin came out as promised and did an excellent job. Be aware that there is a $10 Truck Stock charge above labor and materials, which I didn't see the justification for, and wasn't told in advance. The supervisor waived without a problem. All and all, a good experience and will use again.

Hands down the best plumbing company I've ever worked with. David, the owner, is a class act. Very fair and reasonable prices too. Would highly recommend.

They come right away, they work quickly and neatly and they're genuinely nice to do business with.

It's as good as it gets and that's a good thing.

Somehow, they've managed to get here always within a couple of hours for whatever plumbing crisis arises.

It's just all good.

I would use this company again.

Very responsive with emergency situations. I called in and they scheduled the next day for a leak. I also like that they give prices up front with diagnostics and repairs. $69 for a diagnostic is very reasonable.

Excellent Service! Based on Yelp reviews I called Pacific in the morning and, within a few hours of my inquiry, the problem was resolved! Initially the supervisor on duty suggested I text a digital picture of the key hardware involved. Immediately after receiving the picture the supervisor provided a diagnosis, allaying any concern for me that this was a costly or complicated job. Per our discussion, the technician arrived promptly thereafter; I found him to be absolutely delightful and very professional.
Straightforward and forthright is how I would describe my experience. Refreshing! High value service in Santa Monica. Definitely recommend!

We have used pacific coast plumbing a couple of times - to fix problems left by others and for new issues in our home as well, and always are impressed by their professionalism, the follow-up, and the work that is done. We've had pretty bad experiences with plumbers in the past so are thankful to have found this group! Recommend!

I needed to repair an underground leak in the main water pipe in my front yard. Nick came out, charged me $69 and assured me that he knew what needs to be done to fix it, and that $69 will be credited towards the repairs. He said he'd send 2 guys @ $150/hour for both, next morning with all the needed stuff to fix the leak. I figured, it's pricey, but I just need this fixed ASAP, so I agreed. Next morning Matt shows up (alone), works for 2 hours digging a mud hole in my front yard, and says that he now knows how to fix the leak, but he doesn't have the right materials, or the helper to help him dig. And that it will be $280 for today's work. I ask why $280, and he explains that he is $105/hour, plus a service charge of $69 (that no one has mentioned before). I call his supervisor, Nick, who says that the job will probably cost over $1700 (!!!) to complete, after I pay the $280 for today, because they will send 2 guys...(you see where this is going?) ...one of whom will watch, while the other will dig, at $150/hour... while I pay... and pay... and hopefully they will have what they need as far as materials, which will be an unspecified amount extra... I also saw where this was going, which is why another plumber is on his way to fix the leak, and I will never, ever call Pacific Coast Plumbing again!
