Water leaking out of my wall...not good. Nick returned my after hours call promptly. Reviewed the stop gap measures I should follow. His staff called to set me up with service in the morning, no chasing after them. Marco arrived promptly and took care of the problem and associated leaks. He gave the time and effort to explain the process and address my concerns, professionally and kindly. Very striking and very appreciated.

Easy to make appointment. Plumber showed up on time. Unable to replace garbage disposal (a pretty normal item) He had used the last 2 yesterday. Shouldn't he restock? This is a rental. I was doing some repairs for tenant. He said master sink was leaking. Took it apart but did not have all the parts he needed to repair. He said not to worry it would last a while longer and he would order part. 5 minutes after he left my tenant turned on the water and the handle broke (things happen, I understand) . I called him could he please come back and fix. Sorry busy!!! I would have to wait 5 days for him to come back and look at! Called asked to talk to supervisor. He never called me back. He relayed message through the person that answers the phone that it would be at least a week. The part had to be special ordered. Called another plumber came out the next morning. He had everything on his truck. I waited to write review to make sure last plumber was correct and all is working well. Yes, all is working well.

I had had Pacific Coast Plumbing out in the past to service my tankless water heater so I called again when I had a problem. I called on a Friday and was told they couldn't make it until a week on Monday (10 days later) which was a bit annoying but I thought I should go with them as they knew our system. On Friday (before the Monday) at 4:00pm they called to tell me they needed to reschedule and couldn't fit me in until the following Friday....... SERIOUSLY! I explain that I had already waited 10 days but the young lady didn't seem to care. When I told her I would have to go somewhere else she just said.. ""OK have a nice day!"" and put the phone down. This is not good customer service and certainly not any way to run a business. I did go somewhere else.

I am a designer so get to meet many companies in my work. A few months ago while working with a client on a complete renovation we had a set back when a leak under the slab was discovered. After consulting with a couple of plumbers the decision was made to redo all the pipes in the house since this was not the first leak. Pacific Plumbing gave us the best price and were prompt and efficient. The job was done well in a timely manner .

Excellent customer service and very professional business. I always worry that I am being taken advantage of when I need plumbing work done. Pacific Coast Plumbing fixed three toilets and a sink at minimal cost and came out the day I called.

Full disclosure: I did not have Pacific Coast come out for a job -- they charge just to send someone out to provide an estimate. All other services in my area were willing to come out to inspect free of charge. Understandably any fee can be baked into a service rate but it's the principal that concerned me. How can I commit to a job without understanding what the diagnosis and scope is? 3 stars because I expected a better customer experience up front.

My wife & I arrived here from Canada 3 days ago to spend some time with our son. He is just settling into a new house & happened to be out of town when I discovered water coming through the ceilings in several areas on the main floor. Not knowing anybody here we reached out to the real estate agent my son bought his house from. Her expertise is another story. I called Nick who put me in touch with his office, I spoke to a very nice lady who seemed genuinely thoughtful. Within a half hour Marco showed up at the house, did his job like a professional & left. Great job, great people & on top of that a great price.

I called their office regarding trouble I was having with my tankless water heater on a Saturday afternoon. Nick responded to my call within about 5 minutes and was very helpful to me. I want to commend him on his fast and friendly service!

Great service and reasonable prices! My 30 year old water heater started leaking this morning - I called Pacific Coast Plumbing at 9:30am and they had a plumber at my place by Noon. Edwin provided really great onsite service, he had the old water heater out and the new one ordered by the end of the day. The office staff provided quotes immediately and helped me schedule the install. Very great service! I'll definitely call them again.
