David and his team do great plumbing work. They have helped me with more than 5 different jobs (that go along with a house built in 1977). It can be a challenge to find a service business that knows its trade well, communicates well with customers and has strong intregrity. If one of these three pieces is a bit shaky, there can be more problems. Pacific Coast Plumbing shines in all three phases! David and the guys from Pacific Coast Plumbing were great. They came right when they said they would, were very neat and their pricing was less than many of the others in the area. I needed a lot of work on my tankless water heater and they completed it in under the estimated time. They even followed up a day later to make sure we were satisfied.

I will for sure use them the next time I have an issue and would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a top notch plumber.

Services made: Water heater installation & minor aesthetics to faucet pressure, week of 4/21.

We first contacted Alicia via email about installing/replacing a water heater in my boss' office and she recommended that at best it would cost us $487 for labor, parts, & a warranty. With my sense of distrust in plumbing companies, we went the other route and ordered the water heater ourselves and hired one of their best plumbers to install as we were to pay for his labor/services.

Our plumber was punctual, even though Alicia called herself to let us know he was running late due to a previous client. He was well knowledgeable and kept me updated on how installation was going, any issues that could arise, and even taught some of the office how to reset the water heater in any case we have an issue in the future.

He was extremely helpful and professional. Looking back, I would have just trusted them from the start for all the appropriate parts now that I know the service was well invested. He even came back two days later before anyone knew how to reset the water heater for a quality check.

Pacific Plumbing Company by far has been one of the best servicing companies I've ever experienced and my boss, Rick Newcombe was extremely pleased with how fast and efficient our plumber was. We were even contacted by the company's customer service rep just to make sure everything worked out alright!

Definitely 5 stars. They have a great communication system & we highly recommend PCPC for everyone in the South Bay.

We had an issue with our toilet that it would not stop running. It was not an urgent matter but Pacific Coast Plumbing sent a technician out the next day. They were extremely flexible and able to work within my schedule when scheduling a technician. We will definitely use PCP again in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Call Pacific Coast Plumbing next time you need the right help! I am so impressed with their service, recommendations, knowledge and follow through. I had them come over to take a look at a number of ongoing problems. it has been annoying but easy to put these house issues off and now so easy to just get it all fixed. after a short walk through, i received an emailed plan of action with prices and suggestions. now i have a fixed sump pump, hot water heater and quiet toilets. don't delay unnecessarily. We had a great experience with Pacific Coast Plumbing. They showed up on time and correctly diagnosed our kitchen faucet issue. They were also fine when we indicated that we would prefer to order the necessary part online and give them a call back for installation. The installation turned out to be a bit tricky but Pacific Coast got the job done. We would highly recommend their services. They are professional, competent and fair.

I called in the evening because we had a leak in a pipe in our laundry room ceiling. They told me that if I can handle not having water for the night, they could come the next day to fix it and it would be much cheaper, OR they would be willing to come right away but they would charge the after hour rates. I LOVE choices and an UPFRONT honest plumber!!! I chose to turn off our water and wait. I called the next morning and they came within a few hours. Fixed it in an hour at an extremely reasonable rate. They did good work and the plumber was polite and professional. I was dreading calling a plumber because I was expecting to pay A WHOLE lot of money but I was WRONG!!!

My suggestion? Call them first!

These guys were really terrific. Came on time, and got everything cleared in short order. My only complaint was I felt that the original diagnosis of a main line clog was incorrect (and it was), but they still charged me to have a second plumber come out, effectively doubling the price, even though I had dome much of the labor myself in advance.

Again, I was very pleased with the service, but I felt a teeny tiny ripped off. Still, I would use them again - I would just keep a closer eye on the work.

We have doing a remodel and used Pacific Coast Plumbing for our plumbing needs- and they have been the best! They show up on time, are very friendly and competent and always do a great job. We wouldn't call anybody else! Whenever we call, they always try their hardest to get us in as soon as possible and the work is top notch.
SO glad they are in the neighborhood now!!!!
