We had an issue with our toilet that it would not stop running. It was not an urgent matter but Pacific Coast Plumbing sent a technician out the next day. They were extremely flexible and able to work within my schedule when scheduling a technician. We will definitely use PCP again in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Call Pacific Coast Plumbing next time you need the right help! I am so impressed with their service, recommendations, knowledge and follow through. I had them come over to take a look at a number of ongoing problems. it has been annoying but easy to put these house issues off and now so easy to just get it all fixed. after a short walk through, i received an emailed plan of action with prices and suggestions. now i have a fixed sump pump, hot water heater and quiet toilets. don't delay unnecessarily. Call Pacific Coast Plumbing. They will take good care of you.

We had a great experience with Pacific Coast Plumbing. They showed up on time and correctly diagnosed our kitchen faucet issue. They were also fine when we indicated that we would prefer to order the necessary part online and give them a call back for installation. The installation turned out to be a bit tricky but Pacific Coast got the job done. We would highly recommend their services. They are professional, competent and fair.

I called in the evening because we had a leak in a pipe in our laundry room ceiling. They told me that if I can handle not having water for the night, they could come the next day to fix it and it would be much cheaper, OR they would be willing to come right away but they would charge the after hour rates. I LOVE choices and an UPFRONT honest plumber!!! I chose to turn off our water and wait. I called the next morning and they came within a few hours. Fixed it in an hour at an extremely reasonable rate. They did good work and the plumber was polite and professional. I was dreading calling a plumber because I was expecting to pay A WHOLE lot of money but I was WRONG!!!

My suggestion? Call them first!

These guys were really terrific. Came on time, and got everything cleared in short order. My only complaint was I felt that the original diagnosis of a main line clog was incorrect (and it was), but they still charged me to have a second plumber come out, effectively doubling the price, even though I had dome much of the labor myself in advance.

Again, I was very pleased with the service, but I felt a teeny tiny ripped off. Still, I would use them again - I would just keep a closer eye on the work.

We have doing a remodel and used Pacific Coast Plumbing for our plumbing needs- and they have been the best! They show up on time, are very friendly and competent and always do a great job. We wouldn't call anybody else! Whenever we call, they always try their hardest to get us in as soon as possible and the work is top notch.
SO glad they are in the neighborhood now!!!!

I had a gas cooktop that wasn't working and the appliance repairman couldn't find anything wrong with the appliance. He then recommended I call the gas company, who determined there was no gas coming up the pipe to the cooktop, meaning it was either leaking or restricted. Unfortunately, the gas company had to shut down all the gas coming into the house until the problem was fixed. That meant no heat and no hot water in the middle of winter!

Since the gas pipe comes in the house, I had to call a plumber to fix it. Of course I wanted it done asap, so I started calling plumbers down the Yelp list. Pacific Coast was the third one I called and they didn't have any openings, but made time to come by because my job was urgent.

Not only did David, the super nice owner send two people out, but he also monitored the entire job (even though it was his birthday). They used air to blow out debris in the pipe and then tested the pressure. After determining the pipe was not leaking, he told me to call the gas company to turn the gas back on and he stayed to make sure everything was okay. When the moment of truth came, my cooktop ignited and burned hotter than it ever has. Turns out my gas line was probably clogged for a long time. The gas was shut off at 10:45, Pacific Coast started working at 12:45 and by 3:00, everything was turned back on and working. Even the gas company was surprised it was done so quickly. And the best part? The cost was LESS than David originally quoted. Great service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them if you want a plumbing job done right.

Just before. Christmas, had a clogged disposal, could not reach my regular plumber, so checked YELP. That's how I found Pacific Coast in Hermosa, bases in the reviews, I d give them a try. They lived up to the reviews, punctual, professional, clean and did a great job. Getting a follow up was a plus.
