We have used Pacific Coast Plumbing for three different plumbing problems and they have been very professional, polite and thorough. It is such a relief to find a plumbing service that knows what they are doing and care if the customer is satisfied. We received follow up calls after the service to make sure everything was working well and the work had been done correctly. We would recommend Pacific Coast Plumbing to friends and family and are pleased they have branched out into the Hermosa Area. We are very happy to find a service that knows how to work on an older home and make sure everything is operating properly.

Pacific Coast Plumbing is the only place we will use. They come on time and always introduce themselves when they arrive. They respect your home and wear booties over their shoes to keep your floors clean. They even asked if it was ok for our cats to go outside. Before they start any work, they tell us all of our options. They were able to give us quotes for each option and the pros and cons of doing each option. We ended up with a messy job where a pipe burst and sludge got on our carpet. As soon as the pipe was fixed, a carpenter came to patch and paint the wall and then a carpet clean quickly followed. Amazing that we didn't have to pick up the phone to coordinate any of it. Dave and his team took care if it all. The space was cleaner than it started. Dave is a good honest person. He knows how to hire well and you can tell his team respects him and wants to work hard. You can't go wrong with Pacific Coast Plumbing.

I was very impressed with every aspect of Pacific Coast Plumbing, from the way they handled my initial call through how they answered my questions after the technician had left. I had a plumbing backup the evening before New Year's Eve (Dec 30) and was concerned I wouldn't be able to find anybody around to work on it. When I called PCC they had a plumber on duty who discussed my situation and answered my questions about whether I could use other plumbing in the house and whether the other people in my condo building could use theirs. (We've had persistent problems with backups, and when they happen the people at the other end of the line have to stop using water so my place doesn't flood).

We arranged for them to come the next morning (New Year's Eve) and they showed up a little before the expected time. Their work took about 15 minutes. My only problem with the service was the technician spoke little English and I speak no Spanish so it wasn't clear to me what he was saying about what caused the problem (he kept saying something that sounded like ""grass,"" which was important because we have roots growing in the main exit pipe). I called the main office after he left, explained my question, and they promptly had someone bilingual in the office get hold of him and relay my question and his response.

I was particularly impressed because I'd been told on the phone the night before that the work would cost $135 if the problem was between my unit and the feeder line, and $350 if it was between my unit and the street. If he'd told me it was the bigger problem I'd have no way to get a second opinion around the holidays, and since we've had many problems with that type of problem I was keeping my fingers crossed that they wouldn't try to ""up-sell"" me.

All in all I had a great experience and would gladly hire them again.

I had Pacific Coast out today. I had contacted them the day after Christmas and received two return phone calls back from them letting me know they would contact me on Monday for regular service or they were available for emergency service that day. My situation was not urgent, so I opted for them to come out today. They were professional and extremely helpful from the first point of contact. Edwin was my plumber who did the work today. He was great! Efficient, professional, clean and communicated what work needed to be done and also the work that needs to be done next, which is more involved. I am hiring them to do the more involved work of installing a ""back water valve,"" to keep Hermosa Beach's dilapidated sewage system's rodents out of my toilet (sadly that's the truth), and I am confident they will do an excellent job. They are top-notch. I initially called them based on their Yelp reviews and I am glad that I did! I recommend them highly!

David and his team do great plumbing work. They have helped me with more than 5 different jobs (that go along with a house built in 1977). It can be a challenge to find a service business that knows its trade well, communicates well with customers and has strong intregrity. If one of these three pieces is a bit shaky, there can be more problems. Pacific Coast Plumbing shines in all three phases! David and the guys from Pacific Coast Plumbing were great. They came right when they said they would, were very neat and their pricing was less than many of the others in the area. I needed a lot of work on my tankless water heater and they completed it in under the estimated time. They even followed up a day later to make sure we were satisfied.

I will for sure use them the next time I have an issue and would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a top notch plumber.

Services made: Water heater installation & minor aesthetics to faucet pressure, week of 4/21.

We first contacted Alicia via email about installing/replacing a water heater in my boss' office and she recommended that at best it would cost us $487 for labor, parts, & a warranty. With my sense of distrust in plumbing companies, we went the other route and ordered the water heater ourselves and hired one of their best plumbers to install as we were to pay for his labor/services.

Our plumber was punctual, even though Alicia called herself to let us know he was running late due to a previous client. He was well knowledgeable and kept me updated on how installation was going, any issues that could arise, and even taught some of the office how to reset the water heater in any case we have an issue in the future.

He was extremely helpful and professional. Looking back, I would have just trusted them from the start for all the appropriate parts now that I know the service was well invested. He even came back two days later before anyone knew how to reset the water heater for a quality check.

Pacific Plumbing Company by far has been one of the best servicing companies I've ever experienced and my boss, Rick Newcombe was extremely pleased with how fast and efficient our plumber was. We were even contacted by the company's customer service rep just to make sure everything worked out alright!

Definitely 5 stars. They have a great communication system & we highly recommend PCPC for everyone in the South Bay.

We had an issue with our toilet that it would not stop running. It was not an urgent matter but Pacific Coast Plumbing sent a technician out the next day. They were extremely flexible and able to work within my schedule when scheduling a technician. We will definitely use PCP again in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Call Pacific Coast Plumbing next time you need the right help! I am so impressed with their service, recommendations, knowledge and follow through. I had them come over to take a look at a number of ongoing problems. it has been annoying but easy to put these house issues off and now so easy to just get it all fixed. after a short walk through, i received an emailed plan of action with prices and suggestions. now i have a fixed sump pump, hot water heater and quiet toilets. don't delay unnecessarily.
