Ray Ibanez and Antonio Ocampo came to my house for free quote regarding on rerouting our water pipelines. They did not only arrived ON TIME but Ray answered ALL my questions that I had in mind.

- Called for a technician and was able to secure a next day appointment.
- Received a text from the technicians when they were on the way and they arrived at the top of their window of time (which I always prefer)
- Answered all of my questions, completed a thorough inspection, gave me a few things I could do if the problem persists, and gave me their info should I need follow up service. I appreciated that my problem seems to have been fixed and they explained the issue to me...in a way I would understand. Honestly, so easy to work with.

Needed 3 light switches replaced. They were on time for the appointment and fixed all 3 fairly quickly. I would give them a five except the charged $200 per switch which seems expensive to me.

$89 to provide a quote? I just want a quote to install a wall charger for EV, which is a simple typical install. If you are already nickel and diming someone during a quote, I am afraid to find out what you would do after hiring you.

We had an outdoor spigot that needed to be replaced. Since it required soldering, I chose to have a professional do the job. Juan was on schedule and did a wonderful job. He was very professional, his workmanship was excellent (no leaks) and he was very neat. He recommended and installed a shutoff valve which was much better than the one I was planning on using. I'd rate him five-star.

The cost of the job was on the high side. They justiy the cost by checking your water heater (which was fine) and commenting on any plumbing issues you might have. I could have done without the assessment.

Major rip-off. I do not recommend this company because of their outrageous pricing, which in my opinion is borderline extortion, not necessarily for the quality of service provided which was good. Example: replacement of a bathroom faucet for $725 (with a new faucet provided by the owner). Never again, thank you. Look elsewhere.

Quick update: I have just fixed an issue with a shower myself following advice of another plumber who, when I told him what the issue was, told me I could fix it myself! All it took was unscrewing, cleaning, screwing back the shower... for which Marc S. wanted to charge me between $1.4K and $1.7K.

Never call the guy (Marc S.--saint he definitely is not) or ask Pacific Coast Home Services for any service. They are crooks and will rip you off.

We bought a new refrigerator and needed a water line for the ice maker and water. Our technician Juan was so here, gave us a decent quote and installed it in 2 hours. Then he checked all the water lines in our house (sinks, toilet, washing machines, etc). Then finished it off by inspecting our Hot water tank. I can't say enough good things about this company and definitely an A++ from me

Their pricing is on the expensive side, but the reason for low rating is the predatory diagnostic service. They charged the full diagnostic fee and couldn't find the root cause, and gave a quote for full circuit replacement when the true problem was just replacing a damaged switch box.
