I called to get an estimate reference my water main Repipe. I spoke with the owner Dale who seemed to want my business. After I explained I only needed the water main pipes replaced he stated his company only completes full residential Repipe jobs. He stated it appeared I may need someone to inspect under my house, but then said he would have pull one of crewmen from another job to complete this. During this entire conversation Dale gave the impression he did not want my business. I said I could call another company for a quote and he agrees and hung up. Very Very poor customer service. Any business is good business, unless you are Dale from Pacific Coast!!!

My neighbor used them for his house. Everything went well. I had to re-pipe also. Their price was competitive and they knocked it out day 1, and patched and cleaned up day 2. I'm impressed. The city inspector said they did an excellent job. I went from copper to PEX. No need to go anywhere else.

Great repiping job. Professional staff and team. On completion of patching could not detect any of the cutting. Quality workmanship. Even the city inspector was impressed.

Man, am I glad a friend referred me to this company.

I had a slab leak at my house, and the first company that came to give me an estimate to re-pipe the place quoted $12K, THEN upped it to $20k. This is for the typical 3bed 2bath 1400 sq ft single story SFR in OC.

Luckily, a friend told me about Pacific Coast. They quoted me ""around"" $5k over the phone. Then the owner came to look at my house and the final quote was just under $5k.

The work got done fast, the quality of the work is very high, and the crew totally patched up and cleaned up. The only thing they didn't do was repaint, otherwise you'd never know they were there.

I HIGHLY recommend this company.

These guys were exactly what the other 5 star reviews say. Quick efficient, clean, the entire crew from the plumbers to the patch crew. After 3 days, if I hadn't known better, I would have never thought anything had ever happened at the house. And now I have piece of mind again after 7 leaks. And wonderful water pressure once again too.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! About a year ago, we spent thousands of dollars and had Pacific Coast Copper Repipe do the job. Aside from leaving a huge mess and lots of trash in our addict area, they screwed up our water pressure. Every time we turn on the water in one section of the house, we lose over 50% pressure in other areas of the house. You can not even shower, if someone is watering the trees, etc. We made several attempts to have Pacific Coast Repipe to come out and correct this problem to no avail. They took our money and refused to fix the problem. Even after posting our prior review, no one from the company attempted to contact us to make this right. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PACIFIC COAST COPPER REPIPE TO OUR ENEMIES.

Fast, efficient, and very friendly. From the owner, to the gal in the office, to the repipe crew and finally, the patching crew. All great people. We repiped in May after a slab leak that wiped out our kitchen. I received four estimates and went with Pacific Coast Copper Repipe. The owner, Doug, came out to give the estimate and was very thorough and friendly. I am happy we chose them. Repipe took one day, then the inspection by the city, and then the drywall. All went smoothly and the place looks great. Thanks again!!

Just used PCR again for our new house. Crew was awesome, Doug...thank you again. My biggest appreciation goes to Irma that runs the show. Haha! Thank you Irma! You were always very helpful and patient with all of my phone calls.

The team came in on a Monday and repiped the whole house. They covered everything with a tarp and then a plastic sheet. We had an inspector out the next day and we were given an ""green light"" to move forward with patching the holes.
The company is efficient, friendly, and very professional.
This experience has been as comfortable as possible because of PC Repipe!

They appeared to do a good job and price was competitive except for two things:

Worst was not attaching the water lines to the master bath tub and they refused to correct it saying they didn't know how to make that connection. Think the real reason was what one of the other workers told me - the guy working that section of the house has claustrophobia.

Had to hire another plumber to make the connection and somebody else to cut a hole to reach the work and repair the hole. The first time it was used it leaked through the floor into the living room below.

They also didn't plug all of the holes in the wallboard.

This company did a repipe for me that was not professionally done. Instead of repiping through the walls, they put all the pipes exposed on the walls in the garage. It is very ugly. They took the easy way out because they are lazy. Beware of this company. Also, they don't return calls.
