I've been having issues with a clogged toilet - I watched YouTube videos and tried several different things to dislodge the clog, including buying and running an auger down the toilet. Unfortunately nothing I was doing was working so I called these people and the man who answered the phone gave off the vibe as if I was burden to him - after determining that they could come out on the same day I agreed to the service and provided all information requested - plumber that was dispatched to this job called me 2 hours prior to the appt saying that he was ahead of schedule and could head over - which I now wish I would have asked him to wait til 1pm (my scheduled appt time) as I wasn't home, but my daughter was home so I thought nothing of it other than perfect my toilet is gonna be fixed - I later find out from my daughter that when he got here he was cussing in the bathroom bcuz supposedly we didn't clean up the toilet, mind u the bleach and all cleaning supplies was still out - all he did was run the auger down the toilet (same thing I did) but still didn't dislodge the clog and said we need to buy a new toilet bcuz the flusher wasn't working, my daughter also asked him if he'd replace the wax ring in our second toilet as it leaks periodically - which he told her he did but u can clearly see that it wasn't even touched. I called professionals thinking that our toilet would be cleared bcuz they're professionals but I honestly feel like I was scammed outta $200! Shoulda just kept doing it myself like I'm having to do now!

So impressed!! You rarely find a co. that stands behind their work like P&S! As you know when installing equipment there can be issues. As a consumer, you want the assurance that if something does not work properly it will be taken care of. We'll P&S went over the call of duty. The owner and 2 works came out the morning I reported the problem, deduced the problem and took care of everything. I called on P & S Plumbing for ideas on replacing our underground propane system when we had to abandon it. The two technicians were professional and full of ideas for routing a new system. When Gary came out for a final appraisal and heard that we only use propane for the dryer and gas grill, he agreed that our suggestion to use gas cylinders was a good one and told us the best sources for cylinders and parts. Thousands of dollars saved! Later we had his tech look at a leaking pipe. He said it was close to an emergency job and Gary called to schedule the repair for a few days later. All the technicians have been professional and arrived exactly when expected.

Hot water heater blew put , about noon. We called seven different plumbers , a couple of them even laughed at us when we asked if someone could come out that day ! P& S were the ONLY ones that were able to help us ! Michael and Jake showed up 7 PM after dark on a Friday night , worked their buns up, they were dripping in sweat when they were done .they were smart enough to bring a new water heater asked us to send pictures of our old one the job was done in a jiffy they were our Lifesavers we are so grateful! P&S Plumbing Gave us a quick response ,they were efficient, provided excellent service at a wonderful price ! We highly recommend them!

I had a small leak in my water main that my 75 year old husband tried to fix and only made to 100 times worse. After 3 other plumbers failed to show up, someone referred me to P&S. Best company ever!
