Well, I definitely had a situation. I heard a slow dripping sound near the shower faucet. At first, I didn't see any water or drips in the tub, but still heard a dripping sound. I opened up the round back plate to the diverter valve and seen a slow drip coming from the small copper piece to the brass diverter. I immediately called P&S Plumbing and I spoke with ""Gary"" and he was SUPER Helpful, explaining to me that he exactly knew the problem and he fixes these a lot, due to the older design. He then told me to call the office to schedule something as soon as possible. I then spoke with ""Jeff"" who took down all my information and stated he can have plumbers come out the next day to get the leak fixed. I was over the moon! Plumbers, ""Corey"" and ""Kawika"" came out and replaced the old 4 way diverter valve with a new one in just about an hour tops! Nowww...No Leaks Whatsoever! ""Corey & Kawika"" did an OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, TOP NOTCH Job! P&S Plumbing comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Don't hesitate to call them with any of your plumbing needs!!! I've been having issues with a clogged toilet - I watched YouTube videos and tried several different things to dislodge the clog, including buying and running an auger down the toilet. Unfortunately nothing I was doing was working so I called these people and the man who answered the phone gave off the vibe as if I was burden to him - after determining that they could come out on the same day I agreed to the service and provided all information requested - plumber that was dispatched to this job called me 2 hours prior to the appt saying that he was ahead of schedule and could head over - which I now wish I would have asked him to wait til 1pm (my scheduled appt time) as I wasn't home, but my daughter was home so I thought nothing of it other than perfect my toilet is gonna be fixed - I later find out from my daughter that when he got here he was cussing in the bathroom bcuz supposedly we didn't clean up the toilet, mind u the bleach and all cleaning supplies was still out - all he did was run the auger down the toilet (same thing I did) but still didn't dislodge the clog and said we need to buy a new toilet bcuz the flusher wasn't working, my daughter also asked him if he'd replace the wax ring in our second toilet as it leaks periodically - which he told her he did but u can clearly see that it wasn't even touched. I called professionals thinking that our toilet would be cleared bcuz they're professionals but I honestly feel like I was scammed outta $200! Shoulda just kept doing it myself like I'm having to do now!

I had a small leak in my water main that my 75 year old husband tried to fix and only made to 100 times worse. After 3 other plumbers failed to show up, someone referred me to P&S. Best company ever! They came to my house between jobs on a busy day and fixed me right up, and with big smiles on their faces. They are the best ever.

These guys are GREAT! We love their professional service and customer service is outstanding. They just started selling Wolverine Brass made faucets with the 100 year warranty. Anyone looking for high quality solid brass faucets, those are the ones to get. Their pricing for these are outrageously low compared to other companies. I asked a couple other plumbers for pricing on installing one of the Wolverine Brass made faucets and it was way higher. These guys care about us locals!!!!!

I am super grateful for Gary and his wife for coming out to my house today super last minute. They were very friendly in person and over the phone. I was trying to help get things done and was getting super frustrated. I called them and explained my concern with my annoying toilet. I called back and was wondering also about my hot water not traveling fast enough to the end of my house to the master bath shower. Gary called and came to my home on time and was super helpful in teaching me some pointers and suggesting new ideas for me without making me feel stupid. Gary walked through my house and made sure all the facets and showers turned on and gave me hot water. I am super happy with them and would highly recommend. They do offer 24/7 service but remember these people have lives too! Be considerate of them! Love these people! I was happy and satisfied with the cost of the two for one last minute service call.
