Almost immediate response from the owner on a Sunday evening. Very impressive! Scheduled service in the morning after arranging for someone to be home and they promptly showed up and had our give back to normal in about an hour.
Highly recommend! Our main drain from the house was clogged which we found out with an evening shower causing our downstairs toilet to back up and overflow.
Removed toilet for access, cleared main line & reinstalled everything in about an hour!
Wow! Don't think twice, just give them a call. We now have a plumber I can highly recommend to get you out of a bind.
Normally, I do all my own home repairs, but when time and results are important, give them a call!

Last night I heard water dripping and went to kitchen to discover 2-3 inches of water on the floor. I mopped up the water and saw that the pipe under the kitchen sink was loose. I tightened it back but it was still leaking. I came to Yelp to find someone, and P&G was the first company to respond promptly. They came at the appointed time and replaced the broken strap at a reasonable price. The tech was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I most definitely would hire them again.

Had P&G replace a toliet. They communicated with me by email which worked very well for my schedule. They were timely and arrived when promised. I received no resistance when I asked the technician to mask up. He was all about business but friendly when asked questions. After installation he forgot to clean up the area but when reminded he took care of it...no problem. There was a slight hiccup with the invoice but after a couple of emails we were back on track. My experience with P&G was positive and pleasant. The pricing was fair and I will use their services again.
