Very difficult to do business with. Came to correct a problem in the beginning of 2022. The problem came back and getting P&G to come re-diagnose has been a headache. They were supposed to come around 1pm on 8/8 after much back and forth throughout the afternoon they never came. Tried again on 8/9 and was supposed to arrive by 9:40am. They arrived at 11am and let us know they were leaving and would return. At 2pm when we followed up told us via text they were in a customers home and asked what they could do for us. Needless to say communication has been very poor.

We have used them before when we had a leak in a pipe in the backyard. This time it was replacing a worn out hot water heater. They responded dry quickly and we got an appointment asap since the water was cold. He did a great job. They are very nice and reasonably priced. I will definitely contact them again if I need any other plumbing work done.

They were available soon, showed up on time, and did the job. The only reason it wasn't a 5-star experience was that the plumber asked if I had my own plumbers tape and when I didn't he said it was fine and he'd figure it out. He ended up puttying over the wiring in our garbage disposal and wrapping that in electrical tape. I will be redoing the wiring shortly.

4.5 stars. we had a clog in the kitchen drain pipe. I tried plunging, vinegar and baking soda as well as drano and nothing worked.
p&g came out and first tried to snake it, then used a jetter (that didn't free the clog either) and also used a camera to try and see what was creating the clog. they could not confirm if it was a massive clog or a busted pipe. they suggested the best option would be to reroute my kitchen drain pipe which they did. they had to dig up about 50 ft of trench to reroute the pipe and they did a nice job backfilling the trench. they made sure to cap off my old drain pipe and sealed up where they cut brick on the side of the house to access the old drain pipe. repairs didn't take long (it was one day to dig, next day to reroute the drain pipe and backfill the trench they dug up) and priced what I thought was more than fair (just shy of $1500). they communicated well, I just had to reach out to them a few times to confirm their arrival times.
I would use Efrain and his team again.

I don't mind to be charge for a service request but I don't like people tell you one false thing and do another one - I saw free estimate which I got but a charge of $75 dollars a later charge without telling us Firts - not right

Have to give these guys another 5 star review for coming out on just a few hours' notice to repair a leaking garbage disposal. Eddie's earlier afternoon appointment was more complicated than they'd expected, but even at 6:30 pm he still made time to take care of us even though it meant a long day for him. Glad to have found this team!
