Contacted this company on Monday and was able to get a response via Yelp same day. Chris and Will came to replace our 17 year old water heater bright and early the next morning. We had a bit of a miscommunication about a tall vs short water heater, which resulted in our quote going up from $1050 (super cheap) to $1400 (in line with other plumbers who were clear on us having to have a short water heater due to limited room in the attic). Who knew having a water heater that is 1 foot shorter would make it go up in price so much?

Since I am super-paranoid about leaks, Chris was nice enough to explain to me where to look for possible problems, should they occur. Three days later, there's no sign of trouble, and we've had no problem with our hot water. Even at a lower setting, it's delivering hotter water than our old heater was, probably because there's not a hundred pounds of sediment in the way.

Chris was also very helpful in explaining how to flush the heater every six months to prevent it from getting as bad as the old one. Altogether, they were very nice, and did adhere to Covid protocols for the most part. For the part where they are carrying the old, extremely heavy water heater down the stairs, they did ask if they could remove their masks, understandably. For that part, I just stayed kind of far away, and they masked up as soon as they were done with the heavy lifting.

This review is only based on responsiveness, not actual quality of work. Initially they were very quick to respond to a late night inquiry. However, a few days went by after they went out to our house for the estimate, which we never received. The freeze has all plumbers busy and backed up, but the person who would speak to me was nice and hopefully if we need to use a plumber in the future we can try them again and I'll post an updated review .

Had them come out for a simple water heater service, ended up with water on my ceiling. Gave it 3 weeks and had someone inspect it to make sure it wasn't a leak in my roof and there was never water in my ceiling again, so I called them and asked them to check it out as I believed they were at fault for the damages. They determined it wasn't their fault, wiped their hands of the responsibility, but said they would refund my money.

A few months later, I still had to pay for the repairs out of pocket and never got my money back.

5 star service!

My plumbers name was Mr. Tony and boy was he informative and kind.

He unclogged the guest bathroom toilet in just a few minutes and replaced the old toilet seat. This service was way cheaper than Mission plumbing who charged 3x the price and only unclogged the toilet.

Im adding P & G to my household service list. I will call them everytime! :*)

I don't ever leave 1 star reviews,, but I had to this time. I contacted P&G on Sunday, before the freeze even happened due to an issue with my water heater. At first, everything seemed fine. They showed up that same day, told me they needed to get a part for the heater, which should hopefully fix it, and that should be it. Of course the freeze happened, and I also had to deal with frozen pipes. Didn't come on Monday, which is understandable. I texted on Tuesday, and once a day afterwards to get updates on when they would come out. I understand that many people are dealing with plumbing issues and that supply stores are having supply issues, but at the least I would like to get updates. Finally on Friday, I texted to request an update, and there was absolute radio silence. If you can't handle the influx of requests, you should at least let the customer know so they can look for alternatives, and not hold out hope you might deign to show up or respond. I might have not left this review if I hadn't been essentially ghosted. Seriously unprofessional and unacceptable.

I had roots growing into a drainage pipe causing clogs, and P&G took care of the problem quickly and professionally. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and would use them again if needed!
