I wish I could give more star I called the main number my called was answered right away I explained my hot water heater was new and in placed I needed it hooked up my husband is not a plumber but my husband insists that he could hook up the gas water heater I asked if they could send me help they sent Miguel in less than 30mins. I was trying to get it done before my husband came home from work but as my bad luck would have it my husband came home early Miguel was very very nice he talked to my husband he explained to my husband what he was going to do and in less than 1hr HOT WATER... I would recommend P&G Plumbing and you pay what they quote, no up selling they do what they say great service... the prices are very reasonable compared to all the other plumbers I called. Requested a quote from 4 different plumbing companies to have my water heater replaced and Efrain from P@G Plumbing was the first to respond less than 10 minutes later. He asked me a couple of questions like where the water heater was located in the house and the gallon capacity which was a 50 gallon water heater. He then quoted me a reasonable price to include parts, labor and warranty on same and that he could have me a new water heater that very same day. Efrain was very professional and courteous and I based my decision on his competitive pricing and his positive reviews on Yelp. After agreeing to hire him for the job and about one and a half hours later I had his crew arrive at my home with "Covid" protection on. They were very courteous and professional and got straight to work on replacing my old water heater which took them about 2 hours. I was very pleased with the job and the pricing Efrain had quoted me which was much less than his competitors for the same type of water heater. They truly made me a "Happy Camper" going above and beyond my expectations and it is an honor to have them serving our community in such difficult times with such positive attitudes and professionalism. Efrain and his team were very professional and friendly to work with. They took all the COVID-19 precautions while replacing both our water heaters. One of our old heaters didn't drain at all, but they lifted that beast out of our attic and didn't charge me extra for that. Most competitive in terms of pricing - others quoted me 1.5 - 2 times the cost for water heater installation. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Not only did they not show up, no communication before during or since then.

I understand getting busy or letting the day slip away but, when people rearrange their day tor you, no communication is tough to understand.
