I called them for a house repair. Geremi stopped by to give me a quote. He was thorough and knowledgeable. We ultimately did not use them (only because we used someone from the neighborhood). But they seem like a respectable outfit.

I cannot begin to express the joy we have in the hard work that Geremi and his team put in to our home. We started with a fair sized project to remodel 2 bathrooms and ended up expanding that through Geremi's suggestions. He always clearly explained our options and the pro's and con's. Geremi was always available to us and kept in contact at all hours of the day. He was quick to respond to texts and stopped by after hours to discuss progress of the project and our options.

Overland was one of 4 other contractors that we contacted for our project and while their price was not the lowest, they did convey the most confidence and seemed to be the best choice at the time. Turned out to be a choice we are very happy with.

Every day the team did an amazing amount or work. I would come home and simply be amazed at how much was done. They kept the work area super clean and were respectful in the home.

Their tile work is immaculate. So happy with the both the choices we made and the skill of the workers. The quality of their work is superb!

There were also little surprises. An extra water spigot was added, walls were leveled, they fixed a door that didn't properly close. All above and beyond what was expected of them.

Overland will be top of my list for our future projects and we will be happy to refer to our friends and family.

Zero stars if it were possible!
Made an appointment on Saturday for 11am on Monday. Since this is for a rental property, both I and the tenants had to arrange our schedules to make this happen. On Monday at 10:45 I called the office to make sure we were still on schedule, only to be told that the plumber couldn't be there till after 3pm. I asked why it took a call from the customer to receive this schedule update? She didn't have an answer.
Overland Plumbing has inconvenienced many people today, and the plumbing issue is still not resolved!!

It's hard to put into words how frustrating it was dealing with home warranty and other plumbers who were unable/unwilling to accept this job due to its complexity in having to bring the water heater up to code and fit it in a tight spot. Isaac with Overland Plumbing however, did not give up until he found the right solution and executed AMAZINGLY!!! Overland plumbing has turned a chaotic situation into a piece of cake. I don't know how I can thank you enough, but WOW, what a reliable and delightful company to deal with. Extremely satisfied and would recommend for anyone in any type of situation from the smallest issue to any emergency plumbing need. Straight to the point and explains everything perfectly clear with patience and precision.

We made an appointment schedule with Overland Plumbing for shower leak in an apartment in West wood area on Friday March 2, 2018 between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The service and keeping the appointment schedule were very bad. They made us to wait all day without showing up. They have no respect for customer question. In my opinion they might be good at what they do.
But they are horrible at customer service.
I wouldn't recommend it if you need a profession job done.

I had an appointment today for 8:00 am.... of course they call this morning at 7:30 and say wont be until 11:00... so because i have no other choice i say yes... its 12:30 no plumber .. no call.... I call the office and spoke to a telephone dispatch operator who said I'm the only one in the office... its my fault... and then after I freaked out as Ive been waiting to go to work... she says as soon as I can send a jet for him or a plane ill send him your way....This is when the F word comes in handy... !

So why I waited til the 2nd service call to review Overland Plumbing is beyond me!

1st time I called Overland Plumbing was to clear my sewer line. Not only did OP respond promptly to my situation, they took care of the problem within an hour and a half - very nice service person arrived and clearly explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and the cost. Job was completed as described, has been perfect ever since.

2nd time I called OP, was a recent Monday AM - kitchen sink was backed up beyond belief, they came out within 2 hours...on a Monday morning!! Geremi had it cleared within an hour, everything cleaned up as if there was never an issue.

If you know the importance of having a great mechanic, let me tell you - having an exceptional plumbing company is even more important! Overland Plumbing has a customer and cheerleader for life - Thanks for the fantastic work Isaac & Geremi!
