Call overland plumbing for an estimate on re-piping my home my home is 1800 ft.² they quoted me $30,000 suggested they were putting plumbing through the roof never heard of such a thing quite the rip off. I would be very cautious about this company.

He figured out the complex problem with our 9 month old spa jet motor and steam shower, installed new parts, communicated clearly, showed up on time and was polite, tidy and just a pleasure to work with after multiple difficult experiences with other plumbers. I highly recommend Overland Plumbing. the office staff and Isaac were also very cooperative.

I contacted Overland Plumbing to replace the toilet pumps, they gave me a window of time for a Friday service call from 8-11AM. At 8:45AM they told me they would no longer be able to meet that time and said they would dispatch someone from 11AM-1PM. However at 12:45PM, I texted them to ask where they were and they told me their technician was not going to be able to make it after they had a flat tire. Despite taking work off to be able to meet them at the site for the service, I decided to give them one more chance. We rescheduled for first thing Monday morning from 8-11AM. At 10:30AM, their technician called to tell me he was 1.5 hours away because the office at Overland Plumbing had sent them to an address (not ours) in Simi Valley that didn't exist. I'm not sure how they could get that confused when I directly contacted them for my repair needs with our address in Los Angeles. Overall the professionalism of this company is non-existent. I would not recommend calling them for any of your repairs.

My garbage disposal was humming but not working. They came by and quickly fixed the problem at minimum cost. They also cleaned the disposal blades and gave me suggestions on how to prolong the life of my disposal. Excellent service. I would use them again.

I highly recommend Jesús and Overland Plumbing for your plumbing needs. We had a faulty pressure regulator that has given us problems multiple times. The high pressure broke one of our toilets as well. Jesús suggested that we convert mainline to 1 inch pipes before the regulator to help with pressure and make it more cost effective in the future. Our 1-1/2 inch regulators would easily cost $800-1,000 while the 1 inch regulator was about $450. Although it took much longer than expected, Jesús stayed until it was done right. He realized one of the parts he bought was faulty and instead of trying to just finish the job, he explained to me that he should really replace it. So he went back and replaced the part to do it right. There was no attempt to up charge. I really appreciate his honesty and his concern for the customer. The new setup has actually provided more consistent pressure throughout the house and I look forward to cheaper repairs in the future. Thank you Jesús!
