Found them through Angi.com, they were one of the first to message me. I had a pedestal sink with a corroded faucet and pipes. The called on a Saturday and was able to get someone out by Monday morning. I needed to rearrange their scheduled arrival time and they accommodated by shifting the arrival window. They gave me a price quote that was less than HALF of an other quote that I received from another plumbing company. They also took care of a kitchen sink noise problem and a minor toilet problem in another bathroom. Just the fact that all of those fixes still came out to less than half of another company's estimate makes me feel like it was all worth it.

Great experience after a bunch of other local plumbers disappointed. Bulat is amazing. He showed up on short notice to fix leaking valves in our primary bath. Two other plumbers spent three hours each making no progress, but Bulat not only fully fixed the original valve problem, he also noticed three other issues that have been giving us fits. I'm very happy to have found a fair and highly competent plumber that I will continue calling back.

I am the type that gives chances, but oh man, I placed my trust in the wrong hands. How many chances were given - all regrets.

I gave the 1st technician food for lunch and treated him kindly, but I did not get the work I expected.

Overcharged
Promised one toilet brand but was given a cheap and faulty alternative. But I checked the price online and was charged over $100 for the same exact toilet and parts. Let alone additional payment for service.
Two jobs had to be redone
-1st the original technician came back
-The 2nd time, another technician came to inspect and promised to return. Was a no-show for the appointment.
-3rd time replaced the entire toilet

I was trying to take a picture/video of the toilet they initially gave, and the guy was like cleaning it up and adjusting it

Overcharge for horrible quality. We had to fake being nice and suck up to them to prevent matters from worsening. It's one of the most uncomfortable and regrettable services I have ever gotten done in my home.

I wanted to help my niece and nephew deal with a slow-draining and leaking bathroom sink, but I live in Oregon, and they live in Culver City, CA. I found Overland Plumbing on Angi and they called me right away and put me in touch with one of their plumbers who was in the area. The plumber called me, made it to the house within half an hour, called me back with the diagnosis and price, and completed the job within another half hour. The plumber then called with a report and sent me a receipt for my over the phone payment. Since we could not be there in person to help my niece and nephew it was great to have such prompt and seamless service. Each person I spoke to was knowledgeable and courteous.

Excellent customer service! Dan took my call late in the day about my plumbing issue and was very helpful and polite. He was able to have Bulat, a knowledgeable, and friendly technician, come over right away. Bulat was able to assess my plumbing issue and proceeded to fix it immediately. Never pushy or in a rush, he talked me through every step he was taking showing me the part that needed to be fixed. He was also very conscientious, covering his shoes and cleaning up as he went. Plumbing repairs can be extremely frustrating, they might take forever to fix and end up costing a fortune. I can honestly say that this company had my best interest at heart. They wanted to help and the fee they charged was very reasonable. I will refer my friends and will go to them first if needed in the future. Thank you again, Overland Plumbing!

Beware! Do NOT use Overland Plumbing. Ever! They are both incompetent and dishonest.

We called to have Overland install a bathroom faucet set. The plumber came, installed the faucet set, and said we also needed a new water pressure regulator and that our regulator should be moved. He said the regulator cost $700 and the labor to install and move it was another $600. I told him $700 seemed really high for a regulator, but he said he would bring me the receipt. When I paid him and asked for the receipt, he said he hadn't gotten one but I could call Ferguson Plumbing Supply to confirm the price. He also said he hadn't moved the regulator but would come back and do it later (even though I had already paid him for it).

After he left, I discovered he had installed the faucet handles backwards (which meant they rotated 360 degrees without stopping), and he hadn't installed the new drain stopper at all; he had left the old drain stopper in, even though it didn't work with the new faucet set. I also called Ferguson Plumbing Supply with the part number for the regulator and found out it would cost me $200 to buy (and I'm sure plumbers get a discount). We called the owner of Overland Plumbing, Isaac, to complain, and he sent another plumber who managed to fix the faucet problems in two visits, but only after having to go through the first plumber's truck to find the missing drain stopper that he had taken with him. The second plumber also installed a new union on our water pressure regulator so it didn't need to be moved.

Isaac said he would check into the overcharge for the regulator and get back to me. I followed up with him multiple times over the next three months, and he repeatedly said he was looking into it. At one point he sent me a list of parts the first plumber had supposedly purchased to replace and move our water regulator and said that explained the $700 charge. I sent him a picture of our water regulator and asked him to come to our house to show me where the parts on the list had been used. At that point Isaac admitted none of the parts had been used at our house and said he would said me a check for $500 (the overcharge for the regulator). Two weeks later when I hadn't received the check I followed up with him yet again. This time he said the second plumber had installed a new part (the union) that cost $150, the labor for the installation was $150, and therefore that was a $600 value (figure that out), so he didn't owe me anything.

I have never posted a negative review of anyone on Yelp before, but my experience with Overland Plumbing was so bad that I thought it important to post this review so others don't have the same problems that I did.

Kevin was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a leak coming from a bathroom upstairs. He opened the affected area in the ceiling downstairs and after inspecting it confirmed that the leak came from the toilet. He fixed the issue, and he could have left the ceiling open but he covered it for me. Great job. Definitely recommended.
