The technician of this company made wrong diagnosis and sent wrong information to home warranty. The water pressure to refrigerator is very low. The technician stated that the line to refrigerator is capped so no water is going to refrigerator---- this diagnosis is wrong! Total four lines from the wall are under the sink, two upper ones are for cold and hot water supplies , the bottom left one feeds refrigerator, the right one was capped in 2016 by a plumber when we requested to feed water to refrigerator for ice maker and ice water ---- originally the bottom left and right one are linked together, the plumber has to cut it open to feed water to ice maker. The bottom left one is the one feed the refrigerator and ice maker, not the bottom right one that is capped. That is the fact. A different plumber I consulted today further confirmed that the right one capped is not the one feeds ice maker, the information and the diagnostics the technician sent to home warranty is wrong, and home warranty declined the repair.
I want to communicate this with the manager, she simply ignored and stated that the she stands behind the wrong diagnosis and doesn't want to work on this case anymore.

I am very disappointed about the service and the management of this company. I have been waiting for more than one month to fix this issue. The company technician made wrong diagnosis and the management doesn't want to make correction! Anyone saw this has any recommendations on how to deal with this?

the ice-maker and ice water in refrigerator works for many years AFTER the bottom right one was capped in 2016, because the bottom left one feeds the ice maker. It is so unbelievable that the technician made such error and the manager doesn't want to correct it! Please stay away from this kind of company.

OSP, was referred by Choice Warranty regarding a water heater leaking, it was a horrible experience. Tech arrived water heater need to be replaced service fee was paid by credit card which he gladly accepted and scanned. The tech a recommend a restoration company for the water damage. This is where the nightmare begins. The replacement for the water heater was approved by Choice, along with non-covered modifications in the amount of $ 445 .00 to be paid by the homeowner pre the email from Choice that stated can include duct, copper, drain or electrical this is negotiated rate made by Choice with the vendor although skeptical I agreed, when scheduling the appointment, OSP wanted payment before the install was done, explained I was not comfortable with this and would be happy to pay the tech on arrival, they refuse after six calls to Choice they agreed that payment would be made to the tech when arrived then OPS informed me that since the tech scanner is not working payment needs to be cash since the appointment was not till the following week told them I would pay by check their response we don't accept check although there invoices state it is a form of payment, this was strange, again Choice was contacted who told me I misunderstood that their tech don not have scanners, this was the last straw with OSP, they want to be paid before they provide services .OSP REFUSED TO PROVIDE An INVOICE BREAKING DOWN THE COST THEY STATED IT IS A BLANKET INVOICE. I would highly recommended staying far away from OSP. THEY WANT TO BE PAID BEFORE THE JOB ID DONE AND WANT CASH!! Choice is sending another vendor.

Very bad service. Had a toilet installed for $450.00. It's too high, I can't even reach the floor. I called and told them the problem. They said I should have noticed it was too high before they installed it. I said how was I supposed to know if they told me not to use it for 2-3 hours. They said they cannot take the toilet back. If I want a shorter one I'll have to pay $650.00. The price of a new one. They were very rude. I think they should have stood by their work. Now I'm out $450.00 and will be out more money to get a new toilet and have it installed. Don't use this company. If there were minus stars I would have used that.

First let me say this, I am not sure why they don't have a 5 star review from everyone. From the first call to the install they have been nothing but amazing. Very nice and responsive front office staff. Coming to look at water heater which leaked all over my garage, awaiting for my warranty company to approve, to fitting me in their schedule so I didn't have to wait until Tuesday and the tech installing has been above par. I'm the person that has to know everything. I just like to make sure the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed. They have the patience like no other. I have another company that I use as well, but decided to go with them. I found them through my home warranty company. To all the staff there at this company you are all amazing. I definitely will be using you again. Keep up the good work. The cost I paid out of pocket was a great price and that all has to do with my warranty company of what my out of pocket cost would be. I tip my hat off to you all.

I wouldn't recommend very unprofessional they gave us a window time from 11am-3pm and they never came or gave us a call I had to miss work since I had to wait I called them multiple times no answer then at 4:30pm technician was finally on his way and couldn't communicate with him because he doesn't speak English he spoke Russian I called and spoke to Rachel and she got very upset because I was voicing my concern I've had work done n my home from different companies and never experienced unprofessional like this before

One Source Plumbing!!! The name says it all! Amazing service from the initial contact with the company, the owner showed up immediately to assess the situation and the staff scheduled a soon appointment to fix the problem! Mathew (Matt) showed up on time and worked hard and diligently to fix my plumbing issue. I recommend this business and the entire staff for second to none when it comes to their professionalism and customer service. I am very impressed!! and will call on One Source Plumbing for any future issues with my home plumbing and ask for Matt to perform the work.

We contacted our home warranty about a clogged toilet that has been the bane of our home owning existence since we came to Las Vegas. They sent the task out to OSP Plumbing, and after a couple of reschedules (it's a guest bathroom, it isn't urgent, we are the only ones here), they showed up quickly on the date agreed on.

The tech was friendly and worked super fast (I actually think he might have been the owner, I am just very bad with names). He was also considerate of our home, stepping over our soggy doormat (it had been raining) and using those plastic baggies on his shoes. I appreciated that. After a couple questions he headed upstairs to take a look, eventually using a 6ft snake to remedy the clog.

We have a 75ft. snake that we can't get past the bend in our low flow toilet. We were about to remove the unit to use the snake, but remembered we had the insurance, so figured why not chat with a professional. At this point I'm convinced the toilet simply can't handle my BMs. That is the only explanation. Regardless, OSP were fast and friendly, and while we used Sierra in the past, I think if we have another issue we will be calling OSP instead.

I would warn you to be careful with this company they did not complete our water heater installation. We had insurance and home warranty involved and it got complicated. When we did not go with them for the restoration because they were triple the price of what our insurance would pay they refused to come out and complete our water heater install. So we had a water heater sitting in the middle of our garage that we had to pay another $750 to install completely with all the proper connections.
