Needed an immediate repair before installing a new washer. Terry scheduled the appointment for first thing the next morning and Blaine arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and went to work to fix it. Soon, voila: no more plumbing issue! During this and past work, quality of workmanship, customer service, timeliness, professionalism, courtesy, and integrity are spot on plus project costs are reasonable! Don't be fool by companies that claim to fix it all (heating, air, plumbing, etc.), Fix your plumbing problems once: call Osburn Plumbing!

Osborn plumbing have been servicing my grandmothers home for the last 10 years now and we have not had any issues with this company. Terry has great customer service and is very diligent. The plumber is very respectful, hard working, and amazingly honest. Usually other plumbers just try to rip you off and come up with these outlandish prices while Osburn plumbing is very reasonable and they perform quality work. I definitely refer this family owned company to everyone in the San Bernardino area, you won't be disappointed! My grandmother has a pending major bathroom repair and this company will be the one to assist us with this problem. Called to get pricing and (terry?) answered, I explained what happened at home and then asked what pricing is to get a tech over to our home and the First question she asked is.. do you own or rent? I told her we rent and she immediately said Call your landlord, I told her.. he's not a plumber (duh) and she said that they need his permission. She hadn't even gave me pricing or anything at all and was already dismissing me, like jeez I'm trying to get my toilet unclogged not solar panels on the roof. Terrible customer service.
We went thru instant plumbing out of highland and they had no problem coming over and clearing the clog without my landlords approval.

This is not a review as more of an editorial of this company. I called them yesterday morning after discovering my lawn completely flooded. I traced the leak to what I originally believed to be a broken underground pipe on the hillside. There was also a big mound from what believe to be a gopher hole next to the running water. I of course thought the worse as this was the morning of my brothers viewing and prayer services. He had passed away a couple weeks prior and I had to be at the chapel in three hours. Panicked gripped me while I scampered to find a plumber on a Sunday morning. I came across Osborn who were open and talked to Terri who was extremely understanding and reassured me that these things happen at the worse times but they are there to help. She got a hold of the plumber and told to turn off the main valve on the street but the water kept draining. The plumber got there within a half hour and investigated. As it turned out it my neighbors lawn that was flooded and was running off to my lawn through a gopher hole no less. It was relief and thanked him for swift arrival. This could have been my worst day and I could have missed my brothers viewing prior to his funeral today but thanks to these wonderful people I was there. Thank you all and God bless.

Called them freaking out because a bigger company wanted to charge me a ton for a main drain cleanout valve to be installed in my front yard (house didn't have one obv). They came out the same day and the price was very fair. Really great company and I will definitely be calling them back for anything I need done in the future

I was tired of taking cold showers so I scheduled an appointment. My shower needed a new valve. As luck would have it, they had the exact replacement valve on the truck so I had hot water running in no time. Great Service. I will definitely keep their number handy.
