This is not a review as more of an editorial of this company. I called them yesterday morning after discovering my lawn completely flooded. I traced the leak to what I originally believed to be a broken underground pipe on the hillside. There was also a big mound from what believe to be a gopher hole next to the running water. I of course thought the worse as this was the morning of my brothers viewing and prayer services. He had passed away a couple weeks prior and I had to be at the chapel in three hours. Panicked gripped me while I scampered to find a plumber on a Sunday morning. I came across Osborn who were open and talked to Terri who was extremely understanding and reassured me that these things happen at the worse times but they are there to help. She got a hold of the plumber and told to turn off the main valve on the street but the water kept draining. The plumber got there within a half hour and investigated. As it turned out it my neighbors lawn that was flooded and was running off to my lawn through a gopher hole no less. It was relief and thanked him for swift arrival. This could have been my worst day and I could have missed my brothers viewing prior to his funeral today but thanks to these wonderful people I was there. Thank you all and God bless.

Called them freaking out because a bigger company wanted to charge me a ton for a main drain cleanout valve to be installed in my front yard (house didn't have one obv). They came out the same day and the price was very fair. Really great company and I will definitely be calling them back for anything I need done in the future

Great, Honest service! Called on a weekend (as usual) to unclog a drain line backing up at one of my apartments in San Bernardino. They were out within an hour and cleared the line and gave a thorough explanation of the problem and future problems. I have been an apartment owner for over 30 years and have owned over 2,000 units and recently purchased this apartment complex in San Bernardino and did not know any plumbers in this area. We had a big water leak under our house. The first plumber that came out wanted to tear up the concrete patio for 200 bucks and ""Go from there.""

Osburn came out on a Thursday even though they were scheduled to do a leak detection on Friday and were able to find the problem the first plumber missed and fixed the problem that day before I even got home from work. Did an amazing job, new hose bibb pressure valve and shutoff valve. Extremely pleased and relieved it wasn't a bigger problem. Also made recommendations for future potential problems.

I have yet to find a good mechanic but I'm glad I've found a plumber I'll be using forever!
