Ortiz was very responsive to my call regarding no hot water. They arrived on-site within two hours of my call and advised of potential repair/replacement options. Due to age of the water heater coupled with potential repair life duration uncertainty, I opted for replacement. I was proved a fair bid to replace. A new unit was timely and efficiently installed. We again have hot water! Would not hesitate to use them for future plumbing needs.

Alfredo was able to quote us via text/pictures, and then came out and executed our tasks quickly and under budget. He replaced a messed up water connection in the front exterior of our house. There was a lot of shoddy workmanship existing, and he removed it all + replaced everything with some beautiful copper piping. Additionally, we had stripped a hot water handle from an in-wall bathtub... and he was able to replace/repair without having to open the wall. Thank you so much for all your help, Alfredo!
