Our back yard flooded and these gentleman were here within the hour. It was a tough job but they got it done. I appreciate their effort and hard work. A few weeks have passed and the flooding has yet to return.

Our drain in our backyard was clogged up, we didn't know what the issue was but they came out and opened it up and it was roots from trees. They cleaned it out and we were so happy they are courteous and reasonably priced!

The technicians called and were able to come earlier than expected (which was great for us), replaced our Moen shower cartridge, and were done within a hour. Fine work, no problems and no complaints. The estimate was lower than most and would call on Ortiz again.

Installed tankless water heater Jan 2022. Came back next day to fix problem. Then heater went off again (needed to unplug and replug about 2-3x week). He came over called manufacture and said he would return to fix once manufacturer overnighted items. No response for months. We also ask that heater be permitted - which he NEVER got. In May after horrible experience in hospital and returning home to no hot water we paid someone else to fix problem (already invested $4,800 into this water heater), but since new plumber didn't install tank we still can't get permit. Headache and lack of response with Ortiz or just pay $150 for a REAL plumber. Go else where.

Alfredo and his team were great! I was in need of a plumber to finish my bathroom remodel when the original plumber had to leave the project. i placed a requst via Angi and shortly after, i received a call from Ortiz Plumbing. Alfredo and his team came out to walk the job that afternoon. We agreed they would return the next morning to start and discussed price. The guys arrived onsite punctual, professional and ready to work! the task was completed timely with the exception of a couple of customer supplied items that were needed to completed the job. We agreed on a return date and they finished the job. The bathroom was left clean and orderly. This was my first engagement with Ortiz Plumbing, but we appear to be off to a great start.

I have mixed feelings about these guys. They were responsive at first to get my business, but after that communication between boss and employee did not match. Employee said he would arrive at 8:15, boss said 8-9, employee did not show up until 10:15. Additionally, the employee could not generate an invoice and said his boss would email it to me. Since then the boss said he sent it but I never received it. I requested it multiple times since then and now they are unresponsive... i had to post a negative review just to get his attention which is sad. The employee was a nice guy and got the job done, but the owner needs to work on his customer service skills. Overall the work was done well.

During a very busy time of year, I needed a reliable plumber to replace a damaged shutoff valve. Due to the nature of this particular job, many plumbers were not willing to take on the risk. Alfredo not only responded quickly, but he went out the very next day to look at the valve and assured me that he was more than capable of taking on the job. The day of the job, he and his team arrived early to prep and completed everything quickly. I highly recommend Ortiz Plumbing. He was easy to work with, flexible, very efficient and knowledgable. Any time I had a question or concern, he was very easy to reach. Alfredo will be the one I call if I ever have another plumbing need.
