I have mixed feelings about these guys. They were responsive at first to get my business, but after that communication between boss and employee did not match. Employee said he would arrive at 8:15, boss said 8-9, employee did not show up until 10:15. Additionally, the employee could not generate an invoice and said his boss would email it to me. Since then the boss said he sent it but I never received it. I requested it multiple times since then and now they are unresponsive... i had to post a negative review just to get his attention which is sad. The employee was a nice guy and got the job done, but the owner needs to work on his customer service skills. Overall the work was done well.

During a very busy time of year, I needed a reliable plumber to replace a damaged shutoff valve. Due to the nature of this particular job, many plumbers were not willing to take on the risk. Alfredo not only responded quickly, but he went out the very next day to look at the valve and assured me that he was more than capable of taking on the job. The day of the job, he and his team arrived early to prep and completed everything quickly. I highly recommend Ortiz Plumbing. He was easy to work with, flexible, very efficient and knowledgable. Any time I had a question or concern, he was very easy to reach. Alfredo will be the one I call if I ever have another plumbing need.

Alfredo and his team came out on a Sunday and took care of our clogged sewer line. Alfredo was super knowledgeable and kept me informed of the issue, the steps he's going to take to fix it, and the progress of the fix. I had one other plumber who came out before Alfredo and he wasn't able to fix it. So i knew the job wasn't an easy one. Highly recommend Alfredo.

Be sure to negotiate the price upfront. Started the job saying he's going to try for 5 mintues and give an estimate. Removed some roots from the drain, but did not fix the clog. At the end tried to hustle me for $400 ($200 for snaking, $200 for camera, yelp quote for this service is generally in ~$125 range)

Doesn't have good equipment, did not fix the issue. Glad I called another plumber who fixed the clog in minutes with hydro jetting.

Great, nice and professional. He was nice enough to tell us he was sorry he had to charge me $200 to unclog my toilet but that's the fee for coming out. It was a lot but I need my toilet in clogged water & they were quick & efficient

I had an emergency situation where I had to turn off all the water to the house. I contacted Alfredo at 3:30PM and he was able to come out first thing the next morning. Everything about the job was done professionally and efficiently. He even mopped the floor afterward.

Plumbing work is never cheap, but I felt that his price was reasonable, especially considering how promptly he took care of me.

Came on time as stated and worked very efficiently! They price off the job not by hourly. The owner was willing to accommodate and showed pictures/video of pre and post results of the job.
They wore masks and tried to minimize their contacts in the house. I was appreciative of that. Would recommend and support this small business owner.
