We had an old underground galvanized pipe spring a leak in the garden that couldn't be shut off without shutting off the main. Jorge and Vlad responded promptly and got to work right away, finished the repair in 2 days and at a significantly lower price than another quote. They even spared our large plants and maple tree from being uprooted by re-routing the new piping to go around them. These guys are real pros, highly recommend for any piping and plumbing issues.

Do not use this company, Driver was very rude and was swearing at me because i did not give him my parking spot. The company is very unprofessional when i called to complain about the worker that was swearing at me. A simple call back would of been nice.

A few weeks ago, I tried unscrewing an old garden hose from my front yard faucet, only to have a pretty fast-flowing leak emerge from underground. California Water Service (CalWater), the regional utility, was able to quickly come over and temporarily bypass the water from the street meter to my house via the water hose faucet.

The CalWater guy told me I could keep the temporary hose for a couple weeks, and to take my time in finding a good plumber. I set about looking through both Thumbtack and Yelp to find several and get quotes. The worst quote was from a guy who showed up with his partner & told me it'd take at least a couple weeks to get the work done while he charged me $280/hr for the privilege. No thanks!

The best, obviously, was Oro Pro! Though they did charge me a nominal fee to come out and do the estimate, they also had the fairest price with the best plan and timetable. They had the ground dug up and the new pipe installed in LESS than two days! :-D What took the most time, however (& naturally!) was for the city/county to come out and approve the work. Immediately afterward, however, Oro Pro finished up quickly & professionally.

A *huge* shout-out to the entire crew for their immensely professional work and for keeping me updated in real-time on their progress!

I'm going to use Oro Pro from here on out for all my plumbing needs.

The TL;DR: guys were solid. Came the next day for an estimate and started work that afternoon. Price was fair, and all the team was just good fellas.

Needed some gas line work done. The line to the dryer wasn't up to code and wanted to run one to the kitchen for a new range. I'll not remember names here, but the guy that came out and gave the estimate was on point. That they could start THE SAME DAY, even better.

The work was solid, everything was documented, and the work was clean.

It took two days, and the crew on the second day was different than the first, but I'll say: every single person I interacted with (including over email) was incredibly friendly and just plain nice. It was a good group of folks.

If I could give them some feedback... it would be: they could maybe clean up a little better in the garage (they did great in the kitchen). I know it's a funky old unfinished garage, but a little more vacuuming or sweeping would've been nice. That said, it took me about 5 minutes to do, so it's hard to complain. Not taking a star away for that.

Contacted them through yelp and got a quick response with estimates. Alejandro and Vladimir came on time and explained everything that they were going to do. They were very professional and respectful. They even wore facemask and booties which I didn't expect. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would do business with them again.
