I had an emergency situation where my toilet / shower was backing up. Water backed up continuously and I was in danger of ruining house structures. I called Oro Pro Plumbing and they responded quickly (within a couple of hours) . They were honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced!! They fixed the issue and walked me through their findings with visuals and took time to explain. Jon and Renato were extremely professional and polite! I would definitely recommend them. They wrote out the different options and didn't pressure me in any way!!

Have used these guys a couple of times now and found them to be professional, punctual and really customer service oriented. Fixed a bunch of clogged sinks and also sorted out some shower issues we had. Awesome service, per other reviewers, a bit on the high side, but probably worth it for reliability and confidence. Would definitely use them again.

I've used these guys several times. The first time was for a complicated job involving a leak in the garage coming down from the bathtub on the second floor. Two other companies came by and couldn't figure it out. These guys did a careful evaluation , figured it out and fixed it. I've used them for some other less complicated jobs. They respond very quickly and the guys are pleasant to deal with.

Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of Oro Pro. Called them regarding a urinal in our office that wouldn't stop running after flushing. Jonatan took my call right away and scheduled a service call for first thing the next day. He told me that his crew would be giving me a courtesy call 30 minutes before the appointment, which they did, and then another call when they arrived. Christian and Jorge worked quickly and cleanly, explained just what they were going to do, and provided an itemized explanation at the end. Very pleased.

They were very professional. We communicated really well about details on appointment. Christian gave me a call before he arrived. He gave me a copy of the estimate and thanked me for considering them. All great. Except the price.
The job was to re-attach a toilet. Christian said that it will take 30-45 min to do it. The price was $345. The plumber that I chose, who was also very professional, charged me $150, and he also changed the fill valve. I am sorry, but no level of professionalism can justify $200 overcharge. I used Oropro about a year ago to clear a plugged laundry drain, and I was very happy with the professionalism and expertise of Jonatan. So, I called him back when my kitchen drain was totally plugged this week. Christian came to sort it out. He showed me in the crawl space under the kitchen that we had a serious problem, requiring the replacement of about 30 feet of pipe inlcuding several junctions. Their proposal was fairly priced, and the work was done quickly and expertly by Christian, with Jonatan turning up for part of the job. The pieces of 65-year old galvanized piping they removed were totally plugged with sludge, and rotting in several spots.
OroPro is highly recommended by us!

Found Oro Pro on Yelp and was extremely pleased in working with them to replace a main sewer line, repair a leaking bathtub waste overflow, and install a new toilet. Jonatan was very friendly and professional from the first time I met him when he came to provide an estimate for the work. Ruben and Stanley from his team arrived a few days later to do the work and both were very friendly, thorough, and answered all of my questions. After they left I had an issue with my tub not draining properly and Jonatan was dogged in his determination to find the source of the problem and ultimately to fix it. Should mention that he was also very responsive to my phone calls and emails. Highly recommend Jonatan and his team for your plumbing needs!
