Excellent Customer Service... from answering my call on the first attempt (I never heard back from 2 other plumbers I called), very friendly, explained the issue I was having in layman terms, was out the next afternoon at the time he said he would be, quoted me a fair price with 90 day guarantee and quickly fixed the issue. Oh, did I mention how friendly (and non-intimidating) both he and his apprentice were?!?! I felt very comfortable & relieved which a situation I know very little about.

Things I liked about this plumbing company.
1. My call was returned the same day that I left a message
2. I got an appointment immediately and the plumber showed up at the time that he said he would be there.
3. He was careful to put foot protection over his work boots so as not to dirty my house.
4. My toilets replaced as well as the faucet both are working fine now.
5. He was professional.

Time will tell if the work stands the test of time. However I would use this company again as well as recommend it to my friends.

I had a stall shower drain back up. I tried a home snake, plunger and hose. Did not work.
Talked with Christian and explained problem, he said he would check with boss to see when they could come out and would call me back in 5 minutes. He did and they were here within 25 minutes. They had to use two different snakes but were able to clear the drain. They were very courteous, professional, efficient and careful (even put on shoe covers before entering the home) They are very good. I would highly recommend and if I need work done again I will definitely call them.

Called Oro Pro to get a quote to replace a broken water heater. Jonatan came out that day to give us an estimate and the following day replaced the unit. He even came back when I wanted to move the T&P pipe a little away from the heater. The heater install passed inspection and is working great. Amazing service, reasonable prices. Would not hesitate to call again.

Jonatan B was absolutely outstanding! He and Christian(?) were able to schedule an appointment with me in less than a day. They called at the beginning of the timing window to give me an estimate as to when to expect them, and then proceeded to show up exactly on time. They thoroughly explained what they were replacing (garbage disposal) and were incredibly nice and considerate. Highly recommending them to everyone I know!

Our new kitchen sink was not draining due to the sink being lower then he piping (got a new counter top and new sink).Called Oro Pro on a Sunday Jonatan called back Monday and came out did an estimate. Tuesday came fully prepared an knocked it out. I wasn't home(was expecting to come home to a huge mess since they had to cut through the wall and stud) but when I got home I had a fully functional sink/dishwasher and no big mess. They were neat , fast and had competitive rates. Would def use them again.

I've used a few plumbing services before and my father knows a lot about plumbing, but now we will ALWAYS call Oro. The first time Jonathan was needed was when my father was in the hospital. Jonathan, came by and let me know the reason for the back up in our second floor bathroom. I let him know that my father wanted to talk to him, since my dad liked to make sure he was in the know of everything going on when it comes to fixing anything in his house when he can't. So Jonathan, without any hesitation, called my dad in the hospital and spoke to him for about 45 minutes! He wanted to make sure my dad was comfortable with what he was about to do and explained every detail to him. Jonathan fixed our problem that day! And my father was beyond pleased!

The second time we called Jonathan to come over and take a look at a few leaks and the toilet overflowing again. He spent about 60mins at my house and the problem fixed itself and he told us that it could have been our sewer system or backup with the city. He said if it happens again make sure to call him and he would come over right away! And get this... He didn't even charge us to take a look and give us a diagnosis! What an amazing company! I would recommend Oro to everyone! Thank you!

I had a leaky shower head that needed to be fixed and decided to call Oro Pro Plumbing; Their Yelp reviews were great and I am super glad I called. Jonathan answered and set up an appointment with me the same day. As soon as he got here, he walked me through what needed to be done and provided me with an estimate of the work. I highly recommend his services. He had the gear to rebuild my shower so I didn't have to wait... A+ service; Honest guy, good work. I'll be back next time I need a plumber! Thank you!

Originally I picked Oro Pro Plumbing because they had done work in our building before and had the required insurance. I needed a bathroom sink faucet replaced. Jonathan returned my call immediately and sent photos of high quality fixtures available. I made my selection and he provided an estimate for the faucet and installation. He then picked up the faucet at the supplier the next day. When he arrived he gave me a full explanation of what he would be doing and a written estimate. He and his brother where done within an hour. From wearing shoe protectors to providing before and after documentation I was impressed. I was so pleased with their work; I called them back a week later to replace my kitchen faucet. Again the same customer oriented experience. Jonathan and George were prompt, through and professional and I hire them again.

Had a toilet replaced , faucets outlet replaced, Jonathan showed up early , everything was explained to me in detail quote me a fair price job was completed in less than two hours , work very clean , very happy with the job they did . Definitely will call him again if I have any plumbing issues in the future . Highly recommend this plumber to anybody .
