Words canmot expressed how much i appreciate their fast and great service to get my water tank replaced in less than 3hrs. Not to mention they replaced all the 100yrs old piping and valves plus adding new anchored to the tank. They carefully walk me through what's wrong and what needed to be fixed. Professional and honest, quick and neat. Many thanks again for saving me from the emergency. The work was done before I noticed. Highly recommended!!

I had such a hard time getting anyone interested in my job. I needed a gas line pulled from my kitchen to my fireplace in the living room and it needed to be done with a permit. Thank goodness for Oro Pro! They responded within the same day to my initial request. Came out the next day to look at the job. I had a written estimate within 48 hours and work started the following week! They finished ahead of schedule and got the permit signed off by the City. I can now enjoy my gas fireplace! I will call them for all my plumbing needs! I also really appreciated that they put shoe covers on every time they entered my house! So considerate! A real pleasure to work with.

I had an emergency situation where my toilet / shower was backing up. Water backed up continuously and I was in danger of ruining house structures. I called Oro Pro Plumbing and they responded quickly (within a couple of hours) . They were honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced!! Have used these guys a couple of times now and found them to be professional, punctual and really customer service oriented. Fixed a bunch of clogged sinks and also sorted out some shower issues we had. Awesome service, per other reviewers, a bit on the high side, but probably worth it for reliability and confidence. Would definitely use them again.

I've used these guys several times. The first time was for a complicated job involving a leak in the garage coming down from the bathtub on the second floor. Two other companies came by and couldn't figure it out. These guys did a careful evaluation , figured it out and fixed it. I've used them for some other less complicated jobs. They respond very quickly and the guys are pleasant to deal with.

Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of Oro Pro. Called them regarding a urinal in our office that wouldn't stop running after flushing. Jonatan took my call right away and scheduled a service call for first thing the next day. He told me that his crew would be giving me a courtesy call 30 minutes before the appointment, which they did, and then another call when they arrived. Christian and Jorge worked quickly and cleanly, explained just what they were going to do, and provided an itemized explanation at the end. Very pleased.

They were very professional. We communicated really well about details on appointment. Christian gave me a call before he arrived. He gave me a copy of the estimate and thanked me for considering them. All great. Except the price.
The job was to re-attach a toilet. Christian said that it will take 30-45 min to do it. The price was $345. The plumber that I chose, who was also very professional, charged me $150, and he also changed the fill valve. I am sorry, but no level of professionalism can justify $200 overcharge.
