We are doing a pretty big home renovation and needed basically all plumbing replaced in our house. Jon and his team always showed up on time, was responsive via text or phone and are extremely fast! They don't waste any time getting their work done!

I called them because of the positive reviews and also because they're a local business. I'll continue to call them in the future- I am more than pleased with their quality of work. Their price is more than fair.

I've had a few sub contractors come through our space, and by far Jon and his team have been top notch and basically, really good quality. So glad to have used them for our home reno!

If you plan big renovations with permit, the city may ask you for a sewer lateral video. This is a serious job as, if not well done, could cost you tens of thousands of dollars in required repairs by the city for permit approval. Jonathan, the owner, and his team have all the professional equipments, are very familiar with the work required, and thorough in their work. They've completed this project fast, effective, and I couldn't thank them enough for their support!

Their voicemail box is full. Additionally you cannot contact this vendor via Yelp. In short this company is hard to reach not less schedule an appointment or estimate.

Very unfriendly. Say free estimates and then complain about the time they need to do that. Completely overpriced!!! Got another really good plumber doing the job they were supposed to do for half the price.

I called Oro Pro Plumbing because of the outstanding Yelp reviews. Our problem was that we had a plugged up kitchen sink. The dishwasher had also become plugged and had leaked water all over the floor. The gentleman from Oro Pro came out (a technician, his badge said) and ran a snake down the pipe from underneath the sink. When he first ran water down the drain the water cleared easily. He said that if it got plugged up again it was going to need a hydro jetting treatment. He even wrote on our receipt that he recommended a hydro jetting treatment if it plugged up again. The bill for snaking the sink was within a few dollars of $200, even with a senior discount. If I remember correctly, the hydro jetting was going to be another $265. The kitchen sink plugged up within an hour of the technician leaving- worse than it had been originally- it now would not drain at all. I called Oro Pro and they suggested the hydro jetting. I felt uncomfortable about how this was going and called a different plumber for a consult. The plumber I consulted with said that some plumbers will come out and use the wrong size snake for the job, or do an insufficient job of snaking, knowing that the pipe will clog up again after they leave. When you then call them, they will recommend an expensive hydro jet treatment. He said the only drain pipe he has ever seen that actually needed a hydro jetting treatment was in a commercial kitchen, not in someone's home. I do not know if that is what Oro Pro was doing- there is no way for me to know what their intention was, and if they actually felt hydro jetting was the next appropriate step to take. I went with the plumber I was consulting with. A plumber came out to our house and cleared the kitchen drain pipe using a snake (not hydro jetting) and it worked. And it was fifty dollars cheaper than what Oro Pro charged for not doing the job successfully. The plumber also inspected the pipes downstairs (something Oro Pro did not do) and found we had some pipes under the house with holes in them. (It would have been interesting to see what would have happened if we had hydro jetted a drain system that had holes in it under the house.) He replaced those pipes and the job was completed successfully. The bottom line here is: if Oro Pro tells you that your kitchen drain pipe needs hydro jetting think long and hard about that before you go for it. I would like someone to benefit from the $200 l wasted employing their services.

Jonatan, the owner, and Gilbert (I believe was his name) were awesome. I was very happy with the work they did. These Oro guys were extremely professional, clean, and upfront with their pricing, which is very reasonable. They charge a fixed fee based on the job, not hourly, which I like.

I called them yesterday regarding my tub that wasn't draining anymore. They came this morning and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Jonatan also showed me how to remove the stopper in my bathroom sink which I couldn't figure out how to do. I can't express enough how helpful and friendly these guys were.
After today, they will be my go-to plumbers. I highly recommend them. Oh and their response time was good, calling them for an appointment was no problem- they answered their phone right away (no phone tag).

Jonathan came out during the Christmas holiday to fix our plumbing issues. He did an awesome job. I'd refer Oro Pro any time.
