Recommended Customer Reviews

Had a non-urgent leak in the ceiling from the neighbors upstairs. Bladimir and Ramiro both showed up on time and fixed everything ahead of schedule. Would recommend again.

These guys are wonderful. Very reliable and honest. They do great work, clean up after themselves too. They definitely work hard to get a job done and they communicated with me the entire time since I'm not local. They're always great with explaining and take pics and videos for me too. Definitely a repeat customer because of these things.

Exceptional service, my technician Chris went out of his way to meet our needs and I'll hire Oro next time I need a plumber. 5 star experience. Thanks guys!

I had an emergency in my master bath faucet where the valve broke and it would not turn off. I called Oro Pro and they sent out a repair person the first thing in the morning. They charge a fee to show up at your property, which I agreed to.
They looked at the project and it required unscrewing the old valve and replacing it with a new one. They quoted me ~$1200 to install some additional shut off valves that would help ""ease maintenance"" so you wouldn't need to turn off the main water to do this repair in addition to $250 for the actual valve replacement. I turned down the project to install the valves because it was just ridiculous and completely unnecessary. Turning off the main water takes like 5 seconds. The plumber confirmed that they will be attempting repair of the valve only and I agreed to $250 quote.
About 30 minutes later I get a call from their main office telling me that they want to increase the price of the project to $300. I almost fell off my chair. Apparently, since I turned down the larger project that was completely unnecessary they now feel uncomfortable doing the valve repair for $250 and they want to charge me $300. I told them that we already agreed on the project price and this is both bad business and frankly illegal in CA to raise the price AFTER the quote is already provided. I told them that they are taking advantage of me since I have an emergency and that this is bad business. I agreed to pay $300.
I was away for the actual repair and my wife was home. When I get home, I realize the tech has already left. They did not have the right part on hand and had to work with their warehouse to find the valve. The tech demanded the check and took the money though. (This was a big mistake on my part.) I was expecting a followup since they knew this was an emergency.
Later in the day, I call the main office to check the status. They said that it was too late and the warehouse was closed ?
I had a planned vacation after this, so I was out of town for a few weeks. I had to shut off water to the house and leave it. While I was out, there were no followups, no calls. I called again after I got back. The status was the same. ""We need to followup with the warehouse"". I guess since they took the money there was no need to do anything at this point. The job was done as far as they were concerned.
Before going on vacation, I went online and bought the valve. It was $20. I am not a plumber by a long shot, but I found this exact compatible valve in about 15 minutes of research. I just had to measure the diameter of my current valve to make sure it matched. It was delivered in two days and when I got home from vacation it took me exactly 2 minutes to unscrew the old one and put the new one in. There goes a lesson. Do not use these guys for your work.

I initially had good impression of the company and called them multiple times for services. It turns out sometimes they had less competent plumbers in service which led to mess and overcharge situations. I have encountered twice. One plumber had hard time to remove garbage disposal and had to charge $200 more to use bruce force method to have it removed. Later he requested me to help him to hold the new connection tight enough so that he can work on it. Another plumber installed washer plug pipe WRONGLY mixing hot and cold supply pipes. Of course, there are good plumbers too. However, the company seems to have problem of getting the right plumber in the job field which have had caused consumers over paid for service.

The gentleman that came was very nice but I contacted them bcuz on line it said they wont break the bank. Hah! It cost 200 to give estimate and they wanted 1400!!!
I got a senior discount but I basically threw 175 away. Very displeased.

Our toilet flooded Friday night. We called several 24hr plumbing services. Oro was responsive and called us back Friday night and set up a service visit the next morning. The service fee was $145. Jonatan the owner showed up the next morning. He identified the problem correctly as a main line blockage. Despite being aware of the sewer clean out access outside the house he proposed removing the toilet to clean out the pipes. Supposedly the outdoor sewer clean out couldn't be used because the clog was in the house and you can't go backwards. He also recommended fixing the toilet valve stating it was leaking (it wasn't). For this work he quoted me $1800 ?. Shameless price gouging. I paid him the $145 and asked him to leave. Wizard plumbing came out after him and cleared our main line clog using the sewer clean out access outside the house for $325. They were professional, and got the job done quickly (faster than Jonatan's site visit).

Great expertise and communication. Jonatan explained in detail the work needed and what needs to be done. Felt like I'm talking to a real professional.

We have used Oro plumbing once before so when our toilet started acting up we didn't hesitate to call them again. As we thought they were fantastic came out right away very efficient and reasonable in price. We will never hesitate to call them back out to help us with any other Plumbing needs they're wonderful to deal with !easy and no drama! Thank you

Chris Bautista from Oro Pro plumbing was a lifesaver! He came to our rescue the same day at 9:30 PM at night, a couple of hours after we phoned in our emergency (see photo attached).
Chris was very knowledgeable, attentive, and professional -- he took great care to contain what could've been a very messy situation and was gentle with our delicate homes (the building was constructed in the early 1900s). He was very helpful and efficient and answered all of my and my neighbors questions as well. Thank you, Chris, for all that you do!
