Everyone at Oro from the customer service desk to the on-site workers were just great. An original and very old sewage pipe running between our two condo Units collapsed and sewage was leaking into the garage. Oro got somebody out ASAP to quickly assess the situation, sent me a competitive quote through their online portal and with my digital signature approval got all of the materials that day and finished the work all within that same day. And All during the Covid pandemic when plumbing supply stores had limited hours. Really great service and communication all the way through. Highly recommend them.

Charged $280 just to fix a leaky faucet. When I first called in, the receptionist estimated the cost at $70. I specifically asked about parts availability and sent in a photo of the faucet. Plumber arrived and said $70 fee must be paid just because they came whether or not I wanted the work to proceed and the bill increased multiple times for less than an hour of work.

Recently I purchased a bidet attachment for my toilet and attempted to install it myself on my very old toilet. During installation I must have broken something which caused a serious leak from the tank. I had to turn the water supply off and had NO use of the restroom. Disaster!! I reached out to Oro Pro Plumbing and they were able to provide service immediately. I even received a text when they were close by for my appointment. The gentleman who arrived was fast, efficient and friendly. Also very mindful of current COVID-19 protocols. I would 100% use their services in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thanks!!

BEWARE of this service! And the owner @Jonathan.

If your job is complex, they have the tendency to slowly keep increasing the scope of the job and keep quoting higher prices till you accept their high prices or lose the money that you already spent.

My house had an issue with a gas leak. They quoted me as follows:

1) $69 to come visit the house
2) $350 to detect the leak. It was already known through PGE that there was a leak, but they said that for $350 we will arrive and detect where the leaks are. That sounds fair so far!
3) Now, after detecting the leaks, they quoted me a price of $2900 to fix the leaks.

After ORO technicians left, other services visited the place for free, checked the damage and quoted a price way less get the complete job done. So naturally I am going to use the other service to complete the job.

So at this point, I pretty much lose the $350 that I paid. Overall, the service was good -- they were punctual and did the detection job (which was sort of already known that there is a leak). But I feel there is a gray area that they manipulated to extract more money out of me.

BEWARE OF THIS SUBTLE MANIPULATION! Is it the COVID situation that makes you exploit people like this, @Jonathan?

We had a conflict about this and it is likely that the owner will present his strawman argument in the response.

Very fast and reliable service. I tried to snake my own sink drain last night and got it stuck. I reached out to Oro Pro and they responded within minutes and were able to come out first thing the next morning! Great job done. A bit pricey, but that's to be expected in the bay area.

Great service. The technicians are very professional and polite, and got the job done (snaking and unclogging of our shower drain). I will say their estimates are a little on the high end however.

Please save your time and money . This company is a joke and they are completely a dishonest company.
They wanted to charge $700-800 dollar to change a kitchen faucet out . The contractor could not answer a simply question without checking with his office first.

Please they are taking advantage of the "" Shelter In Place "" we are all in . Please save yourself from being expose to a dishonest company .

This review is late being posted so sorry all the terrific people at oro pro. We haD a go to plumbing company for over ten years, unfortunately as they got bigger their customer service disappeared. We found Oro Pro I yelp and are so glad we did!!! Everyone he is amazing!!! We have used them three times in the last two months and each time the arrived on time, assessed the problem, gave us best to worst case scenarios gave us a quote and then did the job quickly professionally and no mess or issues. Both Christian and Jorge are knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is helpful and accommodating. Oro Pro understands customer servicee! Thank you Oro Pro!
