Met Eli through my home warranty today and was more than pleasantly surprised how experienced and patient he is. He told me he has been with the home warranty company for over 10 years. He spent some time listening to the issue, and is clever with troubleshooting and problem solving my water heater not giving enough hot water to certain fixtures. Will be calling him next time I have a sticky water heater or plumbing issue, and for water heater maintenance.

I met Bill May 2022 through our home warranty company. He contacted me and confirmed an appointment for the next day. He arrived timely and quickly solved our blocked kitchen sink problem. Bill was very pleasant and polite. We had a different issue this June and we were happy that Bill could come out again the next morning, as he was already familiar with our home. He arrived timely and again quickly and professionally made the needed repairs. We feel like we now know and trust Original Westwood and would not hesitate to call them again if ever needed. Other companies were ready to tell us our whole device needed to be changed whereas Eli was able to diagnose and fix the actual problem. He truly understands his craft and was very responsive to messages. We will definitely use Westwood Plumbing again for our water heater!

My tankless hot water heater went out and I went through my home warranty company to get it fixed. Eli came out and was knowledgeable and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what modifications would be needed to install the water heater correctly, and worked with the home warranty company to get me a replacement quickly. He completed the work in a timely fashion & cleaned up after himself. It was a really good experience (after having several bad ones with plumbers) and I would both recommend and use his services again.

So this company was assigned to my by our home warranty. Our kitchen sink was backing up when we would run our washing machine. We had an appointment for 12-3 window. I reached out to confirm with them in the morning of our appoint and got no response. I called multiple times and no response. Around 3:30 I got a call from Bill saying he got a flat tire and couldn't make it but I would be his first stop the following morning around 10/10:30. I text him at 10 to confirm and no response. I called and it would go straight to voicemail. I reached out to the main number and same thing no response. I reached out to our home warranty to request another plumber and they got a hold of them and around 11 I get a call from Bill saying his phone was charging and he should be there in an hour or less so by 12. He ended up showing up at 12:30.

Once he arrive he looked at a few things and the tools he needed didn't fit inside our drain I guess so he said he had to go back to the office to get the tool to snake it and should be back within an hour. He left at 1 and returned at 3.

He solved the problem and work was done right but communication with them was really bad. Not sure if it's because we went through our warranty company or what. But Bill was really nice and helpful when he actually arrived and gave some suggestions on some other plumbing items around the house. But the reason why their getting 3 stars is the lack of communication with the customer.

Eli is a great plumber, he was able to resolve an issue with our water heater that 4 other plumbers couldn't figure out. He's extremely knowledgeable about Norris tankless water heaters. He's fixed our water heater, installed a faucet on our counter, and fixed our bathtub. Finding someone reliable is difficult, but Eli is always able to resolve our plumbing issues.
