Other companies were ready to tell us our whole device needed to be changed whereas Eli was able to diagnose and fix the actual problem. He truly understands his craft and was very responsive to messages. We will definitely use Westwood Plumbing again for our water heater!

My tankless hot water heater went out and I went through my home warranty company to get it fixed. Eli came out and was knowledgeable and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what modifications would be needed to install the water heater correctly, and worked with the home warranty company to get me a replacement quickly. He completed the work in a timely fashion & cleaned up after himself. It was a really good experience (after having several bad ones with plumbers) and I would both recommend and use his services again.

So this company was assigned to my by our home warranty. Our kitchen sink was backing up when we would run our washing machine. We had an appointment for 12-3 window. I reached out to confirm with them in the morning of our appoint and got no response. I called multiple times and no response. Around 3:30 I got a call from Bill saying he got a flat tire and couldn't make it but I would be his first stop the following morning around 10/10:30. I text him at 10 to confirm and no response. I called and it would go straight to voicemail. I reached out to the main number and same thing no response. I reached out to our home warranty to request another plumber and they got a hold of them and around 11 I get a call from Bill saying his phone was charging and he should be there in an hour or less so by 12. He ended up showing up at 12:30.

Once he arrive he looked at a few things and the tools he needed didn't fit inside our drain I guess so he said he had to go back to the office to get the tool to snake it and should be back within an hour. He left at 1 and returned at 3.

He solved the problem and work was done right but communication with them was really bad. Not sure if it's because we went through our warranty company or what. But Bill was really nice and helpful when he actually arrived and gave some suggestions on some other plumbing items around the house. But the reason why their getting 3 stars is the lack of communication with the customer.

Eli is a great plumber, he was able to resolve an issue with our water heater that 4 other plumbers couldn't figure out. He's extremely knowledgeable about Norris tankless water heaters. He's fixed our water heater, installed a faucet on our counter, and fixed our bathtub. Finding someone reliable is difficult, but Eli is always able to resolve our plumbing issues.

It turns out my tankless water heater was set up incorrectly in the new house I moved into. Eli diagnosed the situation and helped get everything dialed in! Now my Noritz is humming along amazingly and the recirculating pump is functioning as it should! No more waiting forever for hot water. Eli's personality is chill and relaxed and a total pro!
