Great service! Very flexible with my schedule. Able to diagnose the issue quickly. Courteous and efficient. Will use again and would definitely recommend.

We recently had a water heater leakage and was referred to Original Westwood Plumbing by First American home warranty. The associate Eli Dillard met me and thoroughly reviewed the issue at hand as well as provide in-depth explanation of what needed to be done to repair. He was kind and professional. Because of the urgency he assured me that he would resolve the issue ASAP and sent follow up text setting up times to come back and replace the heater. He also answered any additional question I had about the process. The day he schedule the appt. he was on time and completed the replacement in several hours with no mess and inconvenience to our family. I would highly suggest Eli Dillard at Original Westwood Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Wow! I was so lucky to have service from them! The owner Eli is so patient, kind ,communicative, punctual, and helpful! I recommend them to anyone experiencing plumbing issues. Eli fixed my kitchen sink so well and fast.Hecwas so graceful and clean with his service.Polite as well! Mariam Hermann.

Eli has repaired our plumbing twice and we've been happy with the results both times. When we had an urgent issue recently he rearranged his scheduled to accommodate us the same day.

Now my go-to plumbing company! Eli was fast and responsive when setting the appointment and kept me updated with his ETA on the day of the appointment. My plumbing issue ended up being more complicated than we originally thought, but his experience helped me find a fast, creative, and cost-effective solution where two other plumbers had failed. He was thorough in explaining the situation and made sure that I understood what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what my options were in terms of solutions. 100% recommend!

My home warranty company, First American, assigned Original Westwood Plumbing, to fix the garbage disposal at my rental property. Eli was easy to communicate with, flexible about the appointment time when I needed to adjust it, and even gave a call with his ETA without me having to request one. He was super nice, took care of the problem quickly, and even left behind a disposal key in case the disposal motor locks again, so we can avoid having to call someone next time to fix. A plumber who wants to save me $! Gotta love that!

Westwood Plumber the technician was very well experience, knows exactly what to do and was very knowledgeable in his field. Very professional. Cleaned up after himself. Will definitely use Westwood Plumber again in the future.

My kitchen sink started backing up with black, metallic smelling particles on a Sunday night so I called First American Home Warranty Monday morning. Appointment was for Wednesday 4-6pm. I was a little worried when I didn't get a call or text but relieved when I finally got the text around 5pm for arrival around 5:15pm.
Eli came and took a look at the problem, ran a line and told me that it's not looking good. But if I pay $95 additional, he can take the pipes apart from under the sink which he thought would resolve the issue. I wasn't about to make a second appointment and spending more time on this so I went ahead. Glad he was persistent though, and stayed until 6:45pm until he was done putting the pipes back together, ran the line thing again and even cleaned under the sink.
Overall, he did a thorough job of making my sink drain again and I was glad I didn't have to make a second appointment.

Do not waste your time with these guys. My house was flooding and I couldn't figure out why. First American Home Warranty sent them out - twice. The first time they showed up (hours late) they made a half-hearted attempt to run a snake - but through the toilet, not through the cleanout - even though I told the plumber (""Bill"") that it wasn't the toilet that had overflowed. The problem came back. First American sent them back. The second time, Bill was angry, didn't believe me when I told him the problem had occurred again, and told me to take photos if it happened again. He declined to use his snake or do anything else to solve the problem. Taking photos of water on the bathroom floor wouldn't have conveyed any information that I hadn't already explained to him, and I said as much - but I was afraid to push him too hard on the issue because he was angry and made me very nervous. After he left, I had First American fire him and send out a different plumber, who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. See my review of Rrubias Plumbing - the guys who fixed the problem.

This company needs to close. Seriously. Went through First American Home Warranty and made an appt with them. I had read the reviews and was skeptical about them. Turns out the reviews are true. They came in and looked at all the pipes, told us they would call First American to get an approval for new pipes ... only for me to check the status online and see that they told them they completed the service. I called First American and told them they didn't do a thing but look at the pipes. The auDACITY of these people to lie and say they completed the service. I called First American and told them to switch contractors. I HOPE YOUR BUSINESS GETS SHUT DOWN. Nothing but crooks!
