I will definitely reach out to them should I ever experience another sewerage problem. Plus, I was told I have a while month warranty.

I called Jim yesterday around 5pm for help with clearing a drain outside of one of our houses. He was really informative and sent over Javier the technician within an hour to complete the job. Javier kept in constant communication with me all night regarding our options for clearing this difficult backup as well as the status of the work. He finished up around 1am and called me then to let me know that everything was complete.

I'm very happy I stumbled across this company, they did excellent work and were priced well under the competitors. I'll definitely be calling them in the future.

Can't say enough about these guys. I had a faint smell in my basement near the sewer outlet pipes. The team cleaned out all the roots and replaced both caps. Next; I had a previous sub par plumber completely botch my shower installation and these guys fixed a hot water issue I've dealt with for the last 3 years for next to nothing!!! I'm sure another plumber would've seen an opportunity to gouge me but these guys were straight forward and honest about the fix. I would lastly like to say that everyone that came to my house (including one of the owners) were SUPER professional and looked like they enjoy what they do; which is always reassuring to any customer. I would definitely recommend these guys and I know who to call when I need this type of service. Thanks.

I had a polite conversation with Jim who told me which technician would come by. The guy that came over was Polite, but he just ran water, check the sump pump and then said it must be the foundation for $100 'Alex' (as in Alex Trebck/Jeopardy). So, I am out $100 and no cause for the leak. I have hard rains before and there hasn't been any leaks. Yesterday was a misty drizzle and he says that was the cause. I am going to sort this out.

Alec was amazing! He was incredibly helpful, professional and efficient with his work. He fixed a number of problems that we didn't even know we had! We will absolutely be using 718 again in the future and hope Alec will be our guy if we need help again!

Here's another great review for this professional company. First off the owner answers the phone after a few rings & is able to dispatch a plumber (of high caliber) to save u from whatever plumbing nightmare has arisen.

This time my tenants toilet wouldn't flush. Alec was the plumber on this job & he was amazing. I was at work but he stayed in touch w me to say when he would arrive and then to let me know what the job entailed.

My main water line was covered up by incompetent builders so Alec had to try to clear it from the toilet which is a total headache but he did it and it fixed it like a charm.

He was honest & genuine & I trusted his thorough assessment that I needed to uncover my main line in case of future problems.

Alec got in touch w me the next day w a fair quote and I'll def use him to do it when we're able to.

10 stars for these guys who saved me twice & did so in short notice.

My tenant said he was super clean & friendly & very good.

I'm a big fan& feel relieved to have them in my contacts.
