I hired the Original 718 Sewer and Drain to hydrojet my sewer lines. I received a text in the morning letting me know the plumber was on the way. Victor arrived early on Saturday 7/18/2020 which was fine. He introduced himself and asked a few questions about what the issue was. He then explained what he was going to do. I must say he was polite, knowledgeable and patient as I asked a number of questions. He wore a mask and he covered the wall and floor where the trap was with plastic and began to work. I was astounded by the before and after videos! The trap had grease that had hardened. He removed it all. In fact when he did the first video there was so much black water you couldn't see what was going on. The second video showed the cleaned white pvc. I am quite pleased with the outcome. And I am especially pleased that the putrid odors in my basement bathroom are gone! Thank you Anthony and Victor. It is hard to find tradesman that are honest and competent. I have had other plumbers who charged me an arm and a leg to remove the sewage back up into my basement but their work did not last for long and the horrible odor persisted. Victor and Omar did a great job today! They were professional and took their time to diagnose the cause of the clog (which wasn't as easy as we thought it would be). They even used a camera to go into the sewer line and show us exactly what was going on. Pricing was stated from the beginning. Most importantly, they really got the job done and gave excellent advice for future maintenance! I will be coming back to you guys every year to get that sewer line cleaned!

I want to thank this company for their prompt service today at my mom's house in Queens NY. The technician was very polite and he was able to clean the kitchen drain within 20 minutes when another company trayed to open the drain and was not able for over 30 minutes. Had another company come to clear a clogged main sewer line and after running 60 feet of cable it still was clogged. Told me I needed high pressure flush to clear years of sludge that acculturated.
Price offered $1200 and I was like WTH and he could not do it that day. I decided to call the original 718 sewer and drain company to see if they had somebody that could help. I spoke with Jimmy on the phone although it was his day off he was quick to take a call and see if he could give us some assistance. Within three minutes I got a call back telling me a technician Victor would be there within the hour. Upon victors arrival I explained the situation with the other company what they did the first thing he did was open up the manhole cover in the street to check the main drain. Everything seems to be functioning normally there so he came in surmised the situation and said traditional snake would not be effective. He also recommended the high pressure cleaning although at half the price the other company had quoted. Still a bitter pill to swallow being a homeowner what choice do you have I put my faith in him he took care of the problem immediately courteously and efficiently. My pipes are now clean, LOL I did not think that they took advantage rather offered immediate and sound advice to remedy this situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and if you get Victor consider yourself lucky.

Good service. They know what they are doing and they are very nice and friendly. Also gave me useful advice. price is also very fair. I am very satisfied.
Only thing to complain is that they told me they would be here around 1230pm and they arrived after 4pm. I can wait till that time, but it would be better to let me know at the beginning so I can better plan my day.
