Called them in to repair my kitchen faucet leak. Plumber came in right away and replaced what he believed was the cause of the leak for $175. The sink starts leaking again the next day; I called and he came in and thought he fixed the faucet at no cost. Great. Then, sink starts leaking again the next day. Third time he came in and said the faucet needs to be replaced for an installation fee of $200. Why wasn't that suggested the first time? I could have just paid for that instead. That $175 went to waste because the problem has never been fixed. I would not recommend.
2 stars only for their great customer service. Other than that, save yourself the time and money to hire a company that will actually fix the problems.

It is recommended not to choose their plumber service. They charged my tenant a most 500 dollars to change a Kitchen faucet, but the faucet is only worth 115 dollars on home Depot!! while said I don't know where your got this price, and then said I will add my own price to all the prices, and lie back and forth.

Even though no actual fixing/replacement was made due to no repairs needed, the customer service was outstanding by Gabe. First off, I got lucky and Gabe made it to my house within less than 1 hour of calling. Gabe has integrity, was very humble and down to earth kind of guy, and explained to me why even though there were stains there was no actual leak, gave me pointers how to monitor it in case there are leaks in the future, and also help me explain other issues I had. I will for sure be using him for any future plumbing needs and recommend him to others.

I was very fortunate to have had Ruben to come over on short notice to replace a toilet and look at other potential plumbing issues. Ruben was very responsive and professional. He helped my tenant on a weekend and charged a fair price.

The same tenant had a leakage issue about a week later, and he came over in 2-3 hours, fixed it, and made my tenant very happy. I would gladly call him again should another need arise!

We called Empire Plumbing to replace our bathroom sink faucet that was leaking. Richard arrived promptly and started working right away. Very satisfied with his work. Very professional and new faucet replacement is working well. Will definitely call them again if we need plumbing work.

I had a small leak under my kitchen sink and called Empire Plumbing to come out and take a look.
The guy who came out (sorry I don't remember his name) was extremely professional and well-mannered.
He took a look at the problem and figured that it was nothing more than a small and quick fix. He took care of the leak.....and didn't charge me for the service!!!!
He said the problem was so minor that he didn't want to charge anything.
When is the last time anyone got that kind of deal from a plumber?
Guess who I'll be calling for my next plumbing issue? Empire Plumbing. They've earned my trust.

I hired Empire to fix two leaks and remodel my master bathroom. Gabe did excellent work. Not only was he very professional, but he even came back on his own time to move an old toilet to another bathroom for free. Then several months later, I had another leak and texted him on Friday night. He came the following Saturday morning and discovered the leak wasn't a plumbing problem, but a leaking mini fridge. He didn't charge me! I will hire Empire and Gabe again to remodel another bathroom. The prices are reasonable, Gabe comes on time and is personable and an expert. He even recommended the contractor (Keith Newman) I used who turned out to be fantastic and below all my other estimates in cost. This was a great find.

We used the Anaheim plumber, Ruben. All I can say is excellent problem solving and awesome customer service. Our water heater went out on Saturday and we called Ruben on Sunday. He was at our house at 10 am on Monday and he started by telling us our heater was under a 12-year warranty instead of recommending we buy a new heater from him. He located the part and returned and installed it. He also called me when he was on his way and with an eta. I will definitely use him again. The Anaheim # is 714-904-6988

About two weeks ago I had made arrangements with Gabe to do my master bathroom plumbing for me.
He told me he would be out of town and that his assistant Richard would be doing the job for me.
A few days had passed and I called back to Gabe to see if Richard would be at the house and he said that Richard was busy and that he would have his brother Reuben come out from Anaheim to do the job for me in Ontario.
When I called Reuben he tossed me back and said that Richard would be out there.
Well a few more days of past and Richard went out there.
To look at the job did not work didn't do anything!
When I called back to Ruben to tell him that I had all the parts ready for him to start to work he gave me a song and a dance that he was too busy and it was way too big of a job for Richard to do and that Richard could not handle it without the help of Gabe, but Gabe was way too busy and have too much work and couldn't help me on my job and Ruben was too busy himself to come out so they left me hanging without a plumber which left me in a domino effect with the guy who was supposed to wait for the plumber so he could install the tile and so that the cabinet maker could install the cabinet and then the painter could finally paint ( Domino effect!!) so whatever you do Not hired these people they will leave you hanging and not finish the job and leave you high and dry they are not very responsible and do not keep their word. warning stay away'!!!!!!

We knew we were in trouble when the toilet would not go down. Not wanting to pay out the nose for a plumber We saw empires ad for drain cleaning for $59.00. Sceptical we called and before we knew it there was Sung knocking in our door . within 5 min he assured us that he would be able to help us and it would only 59 dollers .. Well b4 we knew it the toilet worked and the bill waw only 59 dollers .. It was wonderful to have found an honerable company and with such pleasants plumbers . we will call empire and ask for Sung when ever we need a plumber
