We used the Anaheim plumber, Ruben. All I can say is excellent problem solving and awesome customer service. Our water heater went out on Saturday and we called Ruben on Sunday. He was at our house at 10 am on Monday and he started by telling us our heater was under a 12-year warranty instead of recommending we buy a new heater from him. He located the part and returned and installed it. He also called me when he was on his way and with an eta. I will definitely use him again. The Anaheim # is 714-904-6988

About two weeks ago I had made arrangements with Gabe to do my master bathroom plumbing for me.
He told me he would be out of town and that his assistant Richard would be doing the job for me.
A few days had passed and I called back to Gabe to see if Richard would be at the house and he said that Richard was busy and that he would have his brother Reuben come out from Anaheim to do the job for me in Ontario.
When I called Reuben he tossed me back and said that Richard would be out there.
Well a few more days of past and Richard went out there.
To look at the job did not work didn't do anything!
When I called back to Ruben to tell him that I had all the parts ready for him to start to work he gave me a song and a dance that he was too busy and it was way too big of a job for Richard to do and that Richard could not handle it without the help of Gabe, but Gabe was way too busy and have too much work and couldn't help me on my job and Ruben was too busy himself to come out so they left me hanging without a plumber which left me in a domino effect with the guy who was supposed to wait for the plumber so he could install the tile and so that the cabinet maker could install the cabinet and then the painter could finally paint ( Domino effect!!) so whatever you do Not hired these people they will leave you hanging and not finish the job and leave you high and dry they are not very responsible and do not keep their word. warning stay away'!!!!!!

We knew we were in trouble when the toilet would not go down. Not wanting to pay out the nose for a plumber We saw empires ad for drain cleaning for $59.00. Sceptical we called and before we knew it there was Sung knocking in our door . within 5 min he assured us that he would be able to help us and it would only 59 dollers .. Well b4 we knew it the toilet worked and the bill waw only 59 dollers .. It was wonderful to have found an honerable company and with such pleasants plumbers . we will call empire and ask for Sung when ever we need a plumber

Like other reviewers here, I am absolutely impressed with Empire Plumbing and specifically Ruben. He first came out to replace the hot water heater at my house, and he did such a great job (punctual, clean, honest, knowledgable, effective/efficient, courteous) that I reached out again when my parent's house had a problem with theirs as well. In the second case, it was a bit of an emergency since the pilot flame wouldn't restart and my parents didn't have any hot water. Ruben graciously offered to diagnose the problem remotely via FaceTime--totally free of charge--solely to help us get our hot water flowing again. It was over a weekend, so we were especially appreciate of his volunteer help. I would have no reservations about recommending his services to any family and friends.

omg this guy took less than a half and hour and was so clean about it, beautiful personality and good knowledge on what was going on explained everything in detail and snaked the shower and done, I will never go anywhere else, so worth it! didn't pay a lot either, I expected to pay at least 175 and not even close. Richard is a very honest guy and very efficient in his craft an did I mention clean, the place is going places very professional an courteous! thank you Gabe for sending him he is truly and great asset to your company. Wow, I was blown away by the company and specifically Ruben. I wish they did electrical, flooring, painting, and every other trade so I could utilize their services more. I was having low water pressure in my kitchen and it turned out I had a slab leak. The first two plumbers I called quoted me $$$$$ to jack hammer out my kitchen floor to fix the pipe. Ruben has tremendous skill and plumbing knowledge, and explained to me that he could reroute the plumbing with PEX and not have to touch my floors! Thank god I didn't use the other guys, I saved a boatload. Ruben also detected the leak in a different r spot than the others, helping him make the better decision on rerouting the pipes. Plus, my water pressure is even better now than it ever was before. Thank you so much Empire Plumbing, you definitely have my business for life and I will be referring you to all of my friends and family.

What can I say? Great service! Ruben was so helpful. Just moved into our new house and.... water heater goes out on Friday . Home warranty says they'll cover replacement,,,,, (it's now Saturday) but the company they go through can't do it until Monday. I contacted Empire and I have a new water heater!!!!! Same day. Wonderful! Highly recommend.

Got to meet both Gabe & Richard when they came out to offer a free estimate for a clogged kitchen sink of mine. Not only was I given a couple options to remedy the problem but, it all came at a great price with a 30-day warranty. These guys are now my new Pomona house plumbers for any issue if and when that occurs. Great job!
