Responded within 12 hours simply to ask for my full address. He indicated that without my full address he could not schedule an appointment (even though I had identified that I live in Aliso Viejo and provided my phone number along with a synopsis of the irrigation issue). That was on April 10th. Still waiting...........and it's 9 days later. Horrible customer service.

Irrigation valve not shutting off. Steve replied within a couple hours, he and Trevor were onsite that same afternoon. Trevor replaced a stuck valve, adjusted the water pressure and reprogrammed an old timer. We were back in business. The cost was resonable and the service was prompt. Friendly, honest guys. I will use their services again.

I worked with Steve at OC Sprinkler Repair and these guys are fantastic. I found them here on Yelp and gave them a call because of their great reviews, and I can now see why they have such a great reputation.

I'd been neglecting my front yard sprinkler system ever since I moved in last year, and I have a lot of dead spots because some of the sprinklers were broken and most of them needed adjustments. I was also having a wiring issue and only a handful of the sprinklers were working on the timer.
I called Steve and he was on a different job in the area and said he could come by later that day. I thought I was going to have to leave work to meet up with him, but he said since it was in the front yard he could just work on it for me without me there so I didn't have to take time off. He called me later that day to let me know that he had repaired or replaced all of my sprinklers that were having issues and resolved my wiring problem.

I didn't have to leave work and didn't even have to pay up front - Steve just emailed me an invoice a couple days later. The price was lower than I had anticipated. I'll definitely be using OC Sprinkler Repair for any and all irrigation work I need done in the future.

I rarely offer opinions on social media. However, based on the service I have received from Orange County Sprinkler Repair, I feel I must tell you of my experience with this company...

It has been incredible, to say the least. Steve, the owner, is one of the most honest business people I have worked with! Seeing that, I had full trust in what he proposed for our yard. We moved into our house about 4 months ago and experienced incredibly high water bills. We do have a large yard, - 1.2 acres, with a sprinkling system that had been neglected for years.

Steve and his staff came out for an entire afternoon checking the 31 zones we have. Based on what they found, they gave me a proposal, which I felt was much more than reasonable. I told Steve, lets do it.

Steve and his people, did it. The workers that came to take care of our many issues, were a delight to work with. The work they did, was incredible.

I am involved with a local little league and we have run into a series of issues this year with our grounds. I was dealing with our former landscaper/irrigator because they were familiar with our system. After a month and a half of poor correspondence, I finally gave up and called Steve. They came out quickly, assessed our situation, and got our fields back up and running. They are now our only irrigators.

We had another situation arise where all of our power lines were stolen, therefore taking away our ability to run the sprinklers off of our timer. I informed Steve and Trevor ended up taking time to research possible alternatives. Great customer service and pride in their work.

My last interaction with them was to finish up the rest of the fields with head replacement. Dale came out and was as nice as can be. They did a ton of work within a couple of hours. It would have taken me days!

Overall, their price, professionalism, and integrity cannot be beat. Thank you guys for stepping up and helping us out in a huge time of need!

Thank you for the quick sprinkler repair and prompt service!! I ended up having issues with a broken solenoid, which got diagnosed and replaced. Diagnostic process was methodical and conclusions made sense. Ultimately, I was pleased with the service.
