This is my second 5-star review of OC Sprinkler Repair. About a year ago they did a large job for me at an excellent price; I discovered some problems with it which they immediately came out and fixed. Good show. This time, I called late one afternoon to ask if they could fix one single leaking sprinkler I had discovered. The very next morning they had a technician on my property who not only fixed that sprinkler, but also found and fixed two other leaking sprinklers that I had not even noticed, again at an excellent price. Very good show.

I have read some of the negative reviews of this business (and there are really only a very few negative reviews of it at all), and I do understand that in any large business that provides skilled work to many customers a few things inevitably will go wrong once in a while. That said, there are very many other positive 5-star reviews, and they and I are enthusiastically favorable about OC Sprinkler Repair. This business certainly will be the first place I go the next time I need sprinkler work done.

I have a large yard; it's mostly cemented over, so I have many many pots and planters of all sizes. The smallest are on shelves against a wall. A few years ago, we had a drip irrigation system set up for all the pots. It never worked right. After that we had 4 different guys work on it, but it still didn't work right. It turned out to be very difficult to find someone who really knew how to do what we needed. I found O C Sprinkler repair on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. They fixed all the things that had been done wrong, made the system work, and installed a new control box where I could reach it. The also found and fixed malfunctions in the sprinklers.

The work was done when I was told it would be done, the price was reasonable, and the guys were really so nice to deal with. Especially if you need dripper experts, this is the place.

Outstanding Service! We wanted to replace our 25 year old sprinkler controller with a new ""smart"" one. We called up Steve on a Friday afternoon, got his advice, bought the new box on Amazon, it was delivered on Saturday early afternoon, texted Steve, he came over right away, and before the end of the day on Saturday it was installed and running great. Steve is a really nice guy, smart, honest, and fairly priced. 100% recommend him. Wish everyone was like Steve.

Talk about customer service! !! When an emergency came about and I needed help without being able to pay right away (we weren't even home when the trouble arose), they went out of their way to be there immediately and figured out a short term solution, as well as came back and fixed it permanently the next day. Given it was an end of day, emergent call, the price was completely reasonable. We are so grateful for their exceptional customer service and will be using them whenever any issues arise and highly recommend their services to everyone!!

I had a leaking sprinkler valve that needed replacement in the crunch of the Holiday season. OC Repair was able to have someone onsite within 48 hours, finding a spot in their tight schedule for me. Dale found the part at Home Depot and had the job done within the hour. Top notch service, communication and quality of work. They are my go-to for sprinkler service. Highly recommended!

Emailed explaining a complicated irrigation problem and Steve promptly followed up. I took the afternoon off work to meet with someone other than Steve who apparently was not provided my email explanation of the problem and had only enough knowledge to tell me he couldn't figure out the issue and would need to consult with someone else.

Later, after a minimum amount of back and forth, I scheduled a new appointment for a Saturday (I couldn't take more time off work). Because it was an potentially difficult problem I agreed to pay a fee for the most experienced irrigation repairmen to visit. There was also an odd discussion about whether Steve even wanted the repair challenge because of his interest in maintaining his Yelp rating, but that is a different subject. Anyway, days before the appointed time I called Steve to confirm the appointment. I was told no problem. Then the evening before the appointment I emailed to again confirm.

The next morning, I waited and waited. When the service period window lapsed I called and left a voicemail asking if Steve was still planning to make it. I waited a bit more and finally had to leave to get other things done. Later, I must have missed Steve's call but I got his voicemail response. In short, Steve seemed aware of the appointment but because of the recent rains took emergency work for other customers instead and wasn't going to be able to make it at any point that day. If this was true, Steve provided no explanation for why he or someone else could not have placed a 10 second call to tell me he couldn't make it rather than let me idly sit around a couple hours waiting.

I contacted Steve because they had a number of good Yelp reviews. I can't rate them on their work since they failed to show. But, in my opinion, if you can't handle the customer service, I sure can't trust the work you might do for me.

This is my second time using Orange County Sprinkler Repair. First time I had a valve leak which OC Sprinkler Repair was able to come out and fix within an hour of contacting them (On a Saturday!)

Recently last week I got a tuneup done on all my sprinklers so I can get better coverage. All my sprinklers were replaced and they added additional sprinklers so my whole front yard has good coverage. They did a great job and so far I'm a happy customer. I'll be using these guys for any future work.

Steve was great! He was able to come out the same day that I called and was very helpful. He was able to fix all of my concerns and was reasonably priced. I called him for a sprinkler repair and found out that he was also an Arborist that was able to help me with some tree concerns. Call Steve, he's the BEST!!

Excellent service, excellent prices, and really nice people to deal with. I'm really happy I went with OC Sprinkler Repair. And they were willing to travel out of Orange County...

Adding to my review. Problem popped up. Steve rushed right out and fixed it. We live in LA County, so that's not an easy order to fill, AND the problem was unrelated to the work they previously did. I'd give SIX STARS but Yelp only allows FIVE. Don't go anywhere else for help with your sprinklers
