Had a battery operated automatic sprinkler that wouldn't turn off after it was manually turned on during Easter holiday. I had a broken sprinkler head that I couldn't fix as well as a zone that wasn't working. They came out the day I called and Todd was quick to repair the sprinkler and diagnose the zone issue. He found that that particular zone had not been programmed! Fast, fair pricing, knew what they were doing, what more can you ask for? Well the cherry on top was that later that evening Steve, the owner, actually called as a follow up to make sure the repair had been done to my satisfaction! That is service that is unheard of these days and puts Orange County Sprinkler Repair in a class of their own.

Tried call and connecting through the App. They texted and said they would call but over two days they were unresponsive. If someone is too busy I think the appropriate thing to do is say so.

I had a broken sprinkler pipe in a raised bed and I didn't recognize the seriousness of the problem until today. It was much to deep for me to try to figure out myself and probably explains my high water bill.

They were able to come in about an hour (!). Steve figured it out quickly. The guys had needed parts and salvaged my actuators to avoid having to dig out the six actuators that, were themselves, too low and too close together. They dug to the split pipe and coupling, replaced them, and checked out all stations and made sure they were working.

In two hours, my backyard was back in business. They did great!!

Steve got back to my email query very quickly, and called the following day. He showed up exactly on time, and did a complete overhaul to a sprinkler system that had not had any maintenance done for over 15 years. The price was very fair and reasonable, and I can absolutely recommend him without hesitation.

Scheduled an estimate on a ""tune-up"" and repair. They couldn't commit to a time, called last minute when ""they were in the neighborhood"".

Finally came when schedules aligned. Never mentioned a ""service fee"", we made it clear we wanted an estimate only. They proceeded to adjust heads without our consent then asked for a service fee. Told them no way and became irate.

There are way better more professional operations out there. Don't waste your time or energy on this poorly run operation.

Thrilled with the service we got working with Steve and his colleague (Toby?). We sent a text message to Steve on Sunday because we weren't sure the timer on our sprinkler system was working properly at our rental property in Irvine. We were also having issues getting the fountain in the yard to turn on. He responded first thing Monday morning and had someone out to take a look that afternoon. He quoted his service/troubleshooting fee right up front so there weren't any surprises.

Once Toby (I think it was Toby?) got to our property he phoned me within a couple of hours to say that the sprinklers were working but they just needed a new bonnet. He took care of that, set the timer for us... and told us that Steve would be out in the next day or so to take a look at the fountain.

Like clockwork... Steve went out on Tuesday to check out the fountain and found the basin and pump were plugged with a bunch of Podocarpus roots. He cleaned them all out and got our fountain running again! He even took photos and videos to show us the progress. For the fountain work he just charged us his hourly rate, for the couple of hours of work.

All in all we are SO happy with the job Steve and his team did. He's forever in my rolodex (remember those?) should we have any additional issues. He's quick, reliable, super friendly and reasonably priced. We heartily recommend him!

We just moved into a new home out in Mission Viejo with an existing sprinkler and drip system.
