This was my go to plumber, I have rental houses and my tenant called me for a backed up kitchen sink and she is cooking for family as its New Years eve Moring 12/31/22 9am.

I called my OC Plumbing company at 8am Saturday 12/31/22

Their ANSWERING SERVICE picked up, stated the office is open today from 9am to noon. 10am still no call back I called again. She stated that its ON CALL ONLY TODAY and would now forward my message to the On Call Technician for a call back.

NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK! THEY LEFT ME HANGING! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

iTS NOW JAN 3RD 4 DAYS LATER the office girl called me at 740am? let it ring then hangs up? I called back and she played dumb stated we are calling you back (now 4 days later) I stated my issue and all she said to my situation was Thank you. What! No apologies?
Maybe the Tech didn't think it was worth it to return my call or come out maybe not enough money to get them out into the rain for just a backed up sink in the kitchen.

I'm sure they don't care about losing a valued customer, so I thought I will be easily replaced by another SUCKER who counts on them like I did.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DE LA TORRE ALL PURPOSE PLUMBING CALLED AND SAME DAY WITHIN 2 HRS THEY SAVED MY CUSTOMER AND HER HOLIDAY

Last night I realized that I no longer had hot water! Looked up Orange County Plumbing on Google, liked what I read, spoke with Joel at their office! Next morning, Joel and his assistant, Angel were at my house promptly, saw the mess caused by my leaky water heater, immediately tackled the issue ( working almost sideways, due to my ""packed"" garage! Replaced my water heater reconnected everything, cleaned up ( including part of my existing mess) answered all of my questions, showed me everything!!' BEST SERVICE I've had in a LONG TIME! This company is Top Notch!!! I'm definitely recommending them to all if my friends AND clients!

This is the first time I used this c/o for plumbing services they are certified insured and lice-send my technician Joel was excellent, very professional very pleasant he was courteous efficient and quick very knowledgable he fixed the bathroom toilet/sinks he was very clean he tidy up the work area and was thoughtful with his tools he was careful not to scratch my granite flooring inside the bathroom he use a large thick pad for the flooring to protect it from scratching. His English was fluent and easy to understand I am impress with this c/o's tech. he was perfect I have used other companies in the past and most of them were bad, not this company I stand by them they have trustworthy technicians thats a plus in my book I already booked them again for another project of repair for next week. I am happy I have found a honest company.

Joel worked efficiently to repair our pipe, and even helped us move things back into place before leaving. The price was more reasonable than the other quote we got and the estimate was free, which were important to us. This company seems like a very good choice.

We had shower and tub leaks so we contacted our property manager and they called these plumbers and they showed up 2 hours before they were supposed to! Johnathon and Joel were the technicians who came and fixed it all very great service took their time and wasn't rushing the work! Took longer than expected but no more issues! Thank you

Eli and Jonas where out the other day while it was raining. I had a mainline stoppage and they said the only way to fix the issue was to go on the roof. They amazed me due to it raining, they fixed my toilets in about 10 minutes im definitely gonna have to use them again.

As Swee G. stated below..I'm sure they're good workers here but the three that came down to my home ... Joel, Juan and Rick weren't. I unfortunately have been dealing with this company for a few months. Each guy that came down not only did they not fix our initial problem, but additional problems had surfaced. Joel created additional issues so Juan was sent to fix our initial request and fix Joel's mistakes. Juan didn't know what he was doing and didn't know how to fix our problem ..1st he blamed our HOA, then blamed our water heater to finally blaming the water dept. he vaped on the job, left and purchased items to replace without our knowledge or consent and trespassed on our neighbors property to use their hose to see if they had any running cold water. Rick dropped in on a Saturday and stated to us they no longer make..Volume and Temperature Control handles... straight up lie. He wanted to hurry and leave and said he'll be back during the week and he never did follow through.
Still, we are not satisfied and had to call another company to come tomorrow and fix our initial problem and the additional issues these guys created. I work in real estate and there are tons of companies I could've called upon but, I reached out to this company since they were close by. If I'm going to pay, at least let us pick what we want replaced and installed and they cracked our shower head.
I've also been dealing with Kyle, the manager, who claimed he would send men out to fix our issue to our satisfaction and claimed they stopped making Volume and Temperature Control handles. Crazy. Kyle should come out and fix our issue since his guys didn't. I had to pay them over $1,000 for all this headache and run around..and nothing is fixed. If you want your request to be done right the first time...Please call another company and avoid this one. You'll also be saving yourself money, they charge too much.
