Jair showed up to our house after we told him not to come over the phone. Once here, he lied and said my wife had told him to come, and tried to extort us for the $180 visit fee. When I explained that we had declined his offer over the phone, he refused to leave my property and verbally threatened me.

Hello, I called to get a quote for water heater replacement (water heater was still under the warranty). I got a quote for $1680.00. If I would go elsewhere with brand new water heater: average labor cost for install would be $250-300 plus $775 for the unit. New heater would cost me not more then $1100. In my case, all I should be quoted for are: labor (same $250-300) and a swap fee approx.$200... Total cost should not exceed $550 and this place quoted me $1680.... this is crazy ... please ... PLEASE call other places for a quotes... UPDATE: general manager Kyle saw this review and called to give me a new estimate and apologize. I already went with someone else, but it was nice to receive the call!!!! Based on that changed this review from 1 to 3 stars!!!

Contacted due to a clogged drain. When Johnathan came out he was not able to clear the clog due to needing an additional person to help with the 100' drain snake needed to clear the blockage. This was not a problem and understandable. Rescheduled as we had other bathrooms that were not affected and could wait over the weekend. We also requested to have all the mechanical parts of the toilet affected (fill valve and flapper) replaced as the old ones were showing signs of wear. On follow up appointment Johnathan and another employee were able to clear drain, re-install toilet and replace mechanical parts. A day after completion we noticed the toilet would run. Figuring the flapper was not sealing, contacting the company and Johnathan came out and determined that the flapper was indeed not sealing properly and there was a slow leak. He stated he did not have the part and would order new one. That was over a month ago and upon calling company to ask when someone would be coming out to fix, there was no record of a repair needing to be completed. I do not recommend using this company.

This is the second time I'm using the orange county plumbing. They have a great team starting from Crystal who was extremely understanding and and timely in setting up the appointments promptly followed by sending a very helpful and a knowledgeable technician Ricardo and a helper Juan. Great team two thumbs up!

Tim & Blake were great! Came out on a Sunday to check on the job and was fixed by Monday! They replaced the main gas line. We were anticipating a two day job, and these guys had it done in one day. On time & with a great attitude. We appreciate their hard work.

Loved that they showed up in a mask, due to the COVID outbreak I found that to be professional and appreciated. I have to say, Matt was AMAZING!!! The services he provided for my plumbing emergency was excellent! He was not only prompt to respond, but he arrived very quickly and got the job done with no sketchy up charges. Highly PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE! I'll definitely be using his services in the future and I'll be recommending him to friends and relatives in the OC area. THANK YOU MATT!!! Second time we've had them out for service on our home. This time it was for the installation of new toilets and removing the old ones. Jonathan and Juan did a great job. They got right to work and took out the old toilets and took them away so we didn't have to worry about them. I called at the end of the window to see if I had the time correct and they told me the crew was running a bit late, but was on their way. Both gentlemen wore masks while they were in our house and am looking forward for an A/C replacement quote from them. They came out here a few years ago to repair our AC as the fan went out. Thank you Jonathan and Juan! Definitely recommend their services!

Called at 930pm with my A/c not working Tim answered , Tim showed next day on a Saturday. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. These guys are the best! Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much to Tim! Awesome job! Very happy!
