I had a sink that sunk and no plumber that I called wanted to deal with a sunken sink which is basically an undermount sink that sank. Matt and Tim came out, removed everything, placed sink where it is suppose to be, reinforced everything, replaced piping and left the area cleaner then before there visit. Matt and Tim were very knowledgeable, not to mention so polite and friendly. Thank you For great work.

I have insurance for my lateral sewer line. It has saved me a lot of money, but I don't pick who gets sent to do the work. This time it was Orange County PH&AC. They called a few minutes after I got off the phone with the insurance company, and Ricardo showed up within 30 minutes. He and his young assistant Eli quickly extracted an unholy mess of roots out of my line. At 75, I have had good experiences with plumbers and bad ones. Ricardo was one of the best. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience, and now I can take a shower. Thanks, guys.

Extremely shady company. They quote you a different price on the phone but charge you more upfront When they come to your home. they proposed a 3k fix that wasn't necessary. I found a different plumber who did the job for like $200. Stay away. NOT TRUSTWORTHY

Tony is a shady businessman. Called him to service my gas water heater and he tells me the whole thing probably needs to be replaced. Never mind that I just bought the place and the inspector said the water heater was fine. It just needed a new millivolt gas valve. Then he tells me it needs a new seal and that it's hard to find them because companies don't always make those. Really? He tells me it's gonna cost me $120 because I asked him to flush a toilet and see why the shower wasn't working. I told him that the stuff wasn't working. He shoulda given me an estimate. He woulda made a lot more if he was honest and provided me a proper estimate. Instead he just tries to charge me for not doing a damn thing when it easily coulda been a $2K job had he handled it properly. There's better out there. He's gonna suggest fixing a lot of things that don't necessarily need to be fixed.

Thanks OC Plumbing and HVAC! The Gas Co would not re-light a wall heater in the original, older part of the house as the connector was no longer in compliance. It was REALLY hard to find someone to do this. Most HVAC companies do not work on wall heaters anymore. There were a couple up in the LA area (with horrible reviews), that said they also serviced Orange County; plus Orange County Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning -- but we were outside their regular service area. They came down to Laguna Beach anyway and handled it! So relieved, so grateful. Thank you Tony.

Very unreliable, manager does not follow through with what he says. Very unhappy with their service. I have made a dozen phone calls for a simple repair and got nothing but a bunch of broken promises, my time was wasted and eventually had to hire another company.

The first technician who came was not good at diagnostics. A more experienced technician was finally able to diagnose the problem as a circuit board issue that needed replacement along with the contactor in the condensing unit. The repair cost estimate was initially more expensive than the competition but the company matched the competitor quote. Overall it was a satisfactory experience.
