We've been very pleased with Orange County Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. They installed our furnace/air conditioning unit several years ago. What I've been most impressed with is their responsiveness to calls. When you have an air conditioning problem when it is hot, I know they are very busy yet they are extremely accountable and communicative and really seem dedicated to getting your air conditioning up and running. Super impressed that they have 24 hour contact information. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit not turning on and we needed someone out quick. I called the service late Monday night and someone called me back first thing in the morning. That alone was impressive as I usually would have to call a company back. They were unable to come out that day yet scheduled me for the next day. They seem to really care, as I got a several calls late afternoon that same day to say they were able to fit us in. We have an elderly person at home and needed the air conditioning to work fast. Jonathan came out and identified the problem super quick. He was very patient, and explained the issue and had the air turned back on right away. I requested some suggestions to prevent the issue in the future and Jonathan made some good recommendations. I trusted Jonathan because I could see that he was very experienced and knowledgeable. He and Juan came out the very next day to complete the preventative maintenance. I was very pleased with both of their work and customer service. The office and staff is super good at calling and communicating, checking that you're home, fitting you in when needed in a hurry. The staff that comes to your home are considerate and COVID safe. I was very pleased with the company and for these reasons I will call them again.

They were one of the companies used by my home repair insurance company so I didn't have a lot of choice, but I'm glad that they were the team who did the work. They came out to repair a leaking gas line and I was very happy with their knowledge and work. They were professional and very efficient.

Tried to charge $310 to clean an a/c unit because he ""had to go get the filters"". Dropped the bill to $260 when I refused. Ridiculous system they have set up.

Wow! Great service! Matt and Blake were professional and replaced the fill valves and flapper in my toilet at a great price. What impressed me the most was they told me to ask for them the next time I call. The more the same technician is familiar with your house, the better they can serve you. I will definitely use them again!

Matt was super professional and soft spoken. He did an excellent job in installing the water filtration and softener in my garage. It took him couple of hours. He also fixed bath tub faucet.
I highly recommend this company.

Had these guys install a system 4 years ago. They were recommended by a family member and they did a good job. We've had them back once a year for an inspection before each summer.
Crystal did a good job answering my questions on the phone and she arranged for Jonathan and Juan to come by. They communicated ahead of time that they where on the way and showed up as scheduled. Did there work and did not try and upsell me or suggest unnecessary repairs. Thanks for your honesty Jonathan and Juan.
And I saved some money with a coupon that was mailed to me.

They helped me unclog a stubborn drain at my restaurant. When I called to set up the appointment, the receptionist/dispatcher was super friendly and helpful - she even provided a rough estimate over the phone (very fairly priced). I was able to set up a same-day appointment, and the technician was there a few hours after I got off the call. The technician was very professional, and handled the job quickly, with minimal clean up.

Overall, a good experience dealing them - I'll definitely be using their services again, if needed.
