Sean and team showed up when they said, were very friendly and polite, fixed the issue quickly and made sure all upstairs sinks were running and draining correctly before they left. On top of the excellent service, he stayed true to his quoted price which was completely reasonable. Our plumber of 25 years recently retired but I feel great knowing we've found a trusted plumbing company for the next 25!

After receiving at least 8 estimates for a water main line repair, I chose OC Drains and Sewer for the job. Sean was extremely quick to reply to texts and was super informative and friendly at the same time. The explanation of his estimate was thorough and he made sure to explain all possible scenarios as well. His quote was very reasonable in comparison to the other estimates I received and his reviews were all 5 Stars. I was sold!

His crew arrived on time and was led by Alvino, who was also extremely friendly and informative. I had a leak in the main water line inside the exterior wall of my garage. After some investigation, Alvino explained that the most cost efficient option was to install new copper pipes from the main to the inlet to the house and to rebuild the hose bib.

Their team dug under the sidewalk , grass, and under the cement walkway leading to the entry. All work was completed timely and neatly. Their clean up was thorough as well.

I noticed that a T with a valve fir the irrigation system was not added to the rebuilt hose bib, so I messaged Sean. He made it a point to get his guys back between jobs to add the T. I really appreciated his effort to satisfy me as a customer!

Quick response to my service request! On a weekend but wasn't an emergency (the angle valves in both bathrooms were too corroded to turn so our weekend fix-it project was on hold). Alvino and Henry replied fast with a fair price to come by on a Saturday morning to get everything sorted out for us; they even finished our project (replacing the tank kit parts) and gave us some advice for future maintenance of our bathrooms to avoid future service calls on the weekends. Very much appreciate their help!

I turned out to be a small job but they treated it as if it was an important job and fixed the problem fast. The two plumbers that came knew what they were doing and did it without worrying about it being just a small job. The price was reasonable and fair compared to other plumbing jobs I've had done in the past. I will keep their business card handy in case I need a plumber in the future.
