Sean was amazing from the initial phone call to the service provided. I had slow running drains throughout the home and Sean was able to come up to my property same day and evaluate what was going on turned out to be I had major sludge and debris within my drain lines and Sean recommended I Hydro jetted them in order to relieve and flush out the system once Sean was done with the Hydro Jetting service we tested all the drains and everything was flowing and running fine like new again thank you Sean and OC DRAINS team ! 10 out of 10 Highly recommended plumbers !

Needed what I thought was routine maintenance on my back yard drains as roots tend to be an issue. Sean found a big mess and used his water jet to clean it out. Nice, responsive, friendly, dependable and clean.

We bought a new place where the kitchen sink was leaking in every possible spot. We did what we could for a month but then a pipe popped off the garbage disposal. They were the only company I contacted that suggested I send them a picture of the problem instead of scheduling for a guy to come out just to take a look. Within a couple days they had replaced nearly all the pipes under the sink for a reasonable price. Then a couple weeks later they came back and fixed a pipe that was angled the wrong way leading to backflow (we already knew this was a problem and asked them to look at it.) They were able to fix it more easily than they expected so they charged us less than they originally quoted which I really appreciate. We had also discovered a leaky hose bib a couple days before and they fixed it on the spot with the extra time freed up by the easier repair. I will absolutely use them again if needed.

I have had a couple of jobs done by OCD now, so this review is long overdue. I had a gas leak and had to have some pipes replaced. I got a few estimates from some of the 5 star big fleet companies on Yelp and decided to go with one of them. Then I needed my bathtub drain redone, so I decided to go with the same company. They had to back out because of an emergency, and I remembered getting a really good estimate on drain cleaning from OCD, so I called Sean to take a look. His estimate was significantly cheaper, and he even went above and beyond on the work. I was willing to pay the other guys the higher rate because I knew it would be done right. Luckily they did back out because I got in contact with Sean and got the same high quality work at a much lower price. Read the reviews! These guys get 5 stars in all aspects of their work! From cleanliness, friendliness, quality, and price, OCD is a gem!!! Don't hesitate to let them hook you up. You get a small family company with the quality of the big guys. I will never use another company again for any of my plumbing needs!

I have them come for a clog and water leak under the sink. Sean was great they unclogged the sink. Look under the sink and found out the garbage disposal needed a gasket. He was efficient, and did a great job. We will definitely use him in the future. He is a big dog lover too.
