We had contacted Orange County Drains & Sewer Services for a clogged kitchen drain and they responded within an hour with a very reasonable quote. They were able to accommodate us the next morning and fixed the problem quickly and explained all the necessary steps. These guys are so friendly, respectful, and honest. I totally appreciated that they did not up-sell any services we did not need. I would definitely call them again for future issues. Thank you so much!

I was able to schedule a plumber to come replace our toilet in the same week with no issues. Geronimo was such a cool guy and an efficient worker! He asked about wearing shoes in the house, wearing his mask, and had no issues with our 4 flights of stairs. We had an outdoor pipe burst 3 times in 2 days. A different plumber couldn't solve the problem for more than a few hours. I knew I needed to try a different company, so I tried Orange County Drains and Sewer for the first time. We had no water and needed a fast solution. Sean had a full work load on a weekend, but he made a quick stop to my home within 2 hours!

He fixed the problem quickly and explained his solution so I could fully understand. I expected a major ""emergency"" bill, but his rate better than any plumber I've ever worked with.

I really feel like I got ""5 star service at family rates."" If you care about quality service at a good price, this is the only place you'll need to call! Thank you, Sean and crew!

Absolutely the best work up to date. We have a three story condo, and had a shower leak on the 3rd floor. They were prompt and honest, and the work was exceptional! We highly recommend these guys!!

So many times we run into contractors and service companies that try to get a little more, add a little more, obfuscate an issue or exaggerate a problem. These guys are not one of those. They gave a very fair price, were responsive, on time, professional.

They treat you like you would hope to be treated - with respect and understanding. Cannot ask for more.

These guys are awesome - they snaked and cleaned my waste line, showed me with a camera what the issue was, no surprises, no problems. Cannot recommend them enough.

Super happy I went with these guys. I messaged them on yelp (great communication and response time) and they were here within about an hour. When they got here I was on the phone and distracted with another service provider, but I told them what the issue was and they got straight to fixing the problem. Took them no time at all and they were ready to show me that the problem was solved. I have had this same issue before and paid double the price I was actually shocked. Needless to say their card is stuck to the washer for any & all future plumbing issues. Super nice guys as well.

Awesome company. Land lord hired them to come out and inspect my toilet because of a leak. They were super quick and efficient, extremely nice group of guys. Would hands down call them again if I ran into a similar issue or would request the land lord to hire them again. Thanks guys!
