I woke up to my downstairs toilets overflowing and I had to call a plumber quick. I sent out a quote request and none had availability on Saturday but Sean and his team was available. He came to the rescue to help clear the clog and even diagnose it beforehand. Sean was transparent and showed us what's causing the clog through his camera on the snake chain and provided couple options to fix it. Sean mentioned he was with his family at the time and made the sacrifice to come help me. Great dedication and I really appreciate the excellent service. I highly recommend and would call them again in the future.

So today is Memorial Day and we woke up to our kitchen sinks overflowing into our garage. Sean said he would come out, no problem. The other company I texted with said tomorrow. Our pipes are old and it was a difficult clear. He tried from under the sink, the clean out pipe etc I kept waiting for him to give me the upcharge. He was here for a couple hours before it was fixed. When he was done, he noticed I also had a leak in the pipe below. He went to Hone Depot and bought parts and his price was so low, I gave him a little bonus. Amazing work, great guy and he's the owner. Highly recommend.

Awesome people. Super friendly. Got the job done quickly. Best of all, honesty. I called around and ppl dont give me pricing. Charging for estimate or free estimate but pricing is super high. They gave me a very good price over the phone and very punctual with time (ie 1 hr window not like other company make me wait for 4 hrs). Highly recommended. Please give them a call before you decide. Definitely keep them in my contact list.

I had a leak in my kitchen that was coming from the toilet upstairs. I went to help and I found this company. Sean and Geronimo answered right away after requesting a quote. They came that same day to check what exactly had water damage. The next day they came and did the inspection and were able to fix a wax ring on the toilet were it was leaking. They took about an hour to do everything and they were very professional. Thank you Sean and Geronimo.

Having a family-owned business is a huge plus, but Sean and his team at Orange County Drains went above and beyond what was requested. We sent out a few inquiries through Yelp hoping to get a prompt response. Within a few minutes, Sean (The business owner) responded to our call for help. Instead of asking us for our number to talk about the problem, Sean directly told us what he believes the problem to be. After offering to investigate the problem, Sean promptly came to our house the same day. After finding that we had a hot water slab leak under the house, he had directed me to follow the appropriate steps to help work with insurance, but also offered a solution to return proper running hot water to our house.

His team returned just a few days later to reroute the hot water line. Our pipes were getting really dated since it is an older house. They finished in just a few hours and ensured everything was working properly. Sean even followed up after a few days after to make sure the new line was working well.

To help with the dry-out, Sean even gave some great recommendations!

This guy's great! Two previous rooter failed over two months. Sean came out, stuck a camera down the line, saw major roots, and, for a little more than the useless roto service, did the water blast. Pipe is clean as a whistle. Very fair price, reliable, I'd go nowhere else!
