I was told a plumber would be at my house from 8-10 and they were really late after 10am.Kevin arrived and was rude and didn't seem interested in getting the job done.we did what he told us to do and I reschedule and the next day nobody showed up and I called oc plumbing and I told them that I wanted another plumber.Kevin called me and once again was rude and not interested in getting the job done .will not use this company again because they don't care to get the job done.I choose this company because of the good reviews but I had a terrible experience.

My tenant called telling me that his kitchen sink was clogged and water wasn't draining. I called Orange Coast plumbing and they quickly answered. I didn't have to wait. They had my profile pulled up ready to ask me about the issues. They pulled the house history and asked me if there was any of the issues I had previously called about. The responder then communicated with the plumber to tell them the issue. They send you a convenient text with the plumbers picture and contact information in case you need to modify. Once Nate got my issue, he called me to prepare for his trip to my rental property. He asked me routine questions like if there's parking nearby, previous issues, and about how the estimate works. Nate arrived, dealt with the tenants, fixed the issues and recommended more preventative measures. OCP make having issues easy and they fix them efficiently. They accept online payments with credit cards. I never have to worry about being on my rental property for them to do the job. They always keep me in the loop and resolve everything. Reasonable prices for everything. Best pluming company in the OC. Will recommend to everyone.

Nolan rocked! He arrived at 5pm to install new washing machine shutoff valves and was finished by 5:20. Very friendly, professional and he came all masked up. I was pleasantly surprised to have our plumbing issue solved within 3 hours from time of discovery to time of fix. That's service:)

We called OC plumbing on some issues we were having with in our apartment and was able to get someone to come out next day. We got Nolan and he was very quick and understanding to what had to be done. The work was challenging but he was able to think fast and get the job done the exact way we wanted. We've been calling on Orange Coast for our plumbing repairs since we moved into our Yorba Linda home in 2002. They've helped us with a bathroom remodel, clogged drains, dishwasher installs and much more. So, when our guest bathroom toilet overflowed into our entry of course we called Orange Coast for help! Nolan arrived within 2 hours and began investigating the problem right away. He soon discovered tree roots in our sewer line. After seeing a camera view inside the pipe we agreed there were enough problem areas to warrant the two new clean-out drains Nolan recommended. Nolan and his teammate were back the next day to install the clean-outs and clear the line. They worked for hours digging, assembling, installing and finally clearing the line. My biggest praise for Nolan comes because he discovered cement had been poured in the drain and was stuck in our sewer line. He proceeded to break the hardened cement up into pieces and flush it out. This was not an easy job. It was time consuming and physically demanding. On top of all that, Nolan made time to install new shower fixtures in my upstairs guest bathroom. I am grateful to Orange Coast for their exceptional service over the years and I just can't thank Nolan enough, but I'll try ... Thank You Nolan!

Orange Coast Plumbing was very professional working with us when our main sewer line backed up. Nolan, after clearing our plumbing issue scoped our sewer line to see why we were having issue with our main sewer line and was able to show us that roots had managed to block our pipes restricting the drainage. We had OC Plumbing install a new flush out drain outside and they worked to get all the roots removed.
Great job OC Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
