Had some serious water pressure issues that has been plaguing my house for a few months now. I had a few plumbers out who told me there was no issue and told me that my water was fine @ 60psi. Nolan R. came out. I showed them the water flow from my faucet (and my backyard, and my bathrooms) and after some testing, he found that while the water was sitting @ 60psi, it wasn't staying constant at 60psi. He showed me how it dropped to 10psi from 60psi. Turns out I had a faulty pressure regulator that the other plumbers missed.

Nolan did a great job reassembling my piping at the main line and put on a new shut-off valve and pressure regulator, and about an hour later my pressure was back to normal. Highly recommend Nolan!

Great experience from answering the phone to job completion. Had an emergency call and they were there within an hour. Repair man (Stephen) was outstanding. Pricing was extremely fair. Love the fact that they're available seven days a week, 365, even for emergency calls. (Why is it plumbing problems always occur only at 5:00 or later on a Friday? ;-)

I had a severe water leak from an underground pipe in my backyard. When I called Orange Coast Plumbing, there were accommodating and able to be at my home within hours.

I also had an issue with my AC systems which has two units which are over 10 years old and have never been serviced.

Steven was my point of contact. He was first class. Knew exactly what to do when troubleshooting, had a plan of action for the fix, was a great communicator and very professional. The guy literally busted his butt to fix my water pipe break and my ac units over two days. I'd give him and Orange Coast Plumbing 10 stars if Yelp allowed it.

My master shower was leaking hot water out of the shower head when turned off. I called OCP and they made an appointment for the following day. I was given a 3 hour window with notification that they were on their way within a 1/2 hour of showing up. Once here the very polite and kind worker Isaiah took a look at the problem and knew right away what was causing it. He gave me a minimum best case scenario and the worst case scenario. As he started the work he continuously informed me of the steps he would be taking and did everything he could to avoid cutting into the wall to fix the problem. Thankfully he avoided that and was able to save me a few dollars and the chore of finding someone to replace the drywall. It was a pricing fix but without a doubt know that it was a honest quote and a very well job done. I am very happy with the fix and I highly recommend OCP and Isaiah!

Kevin came out in a pinch to solve a mystery waterfall that had appeared in our kitchen. He was prompt and did excellent work in diagnosing and fixing the water leak issues for good. Downside - had to replace a bathtub. Upside - solid work done to make us feel confident that this problem is fixed for good.

Had a small gas leak coming from a location somewhere in the backyard. Jon from Orange Coast came out and worked for nearly 2 hours, determined to find the source of the leak. It was starting to get dark and he wasn't giving up, finally he dug down into a planter and found a corroded line leading to the garage, that was it! Jon was amazing in his determination to stay to find the source, even in the dark; thank you Jon!!!

Orange Coast Plumbing tech told us the furnace and air unit had stopped functioning because it was not properly installed. I called the supervisor and told him Orange Coast had installed the unit several years ago. I still had the invoice and paper work. I asked for a discount for a new unit which was required.
He would not address the issue of the installation. Needless to say I did not have Orange Coast install a new unit.

Charged $1,200 to find a leak and cap it. Wanted to charge an additional $5,200 to put a new pipe in and said they needed to put more holes in the dry wall inside the house and holes in the stucco on the exterior. A different plumber quoted less than half and did not put any new holes in the walls or the stucco. So glad I got a second opinion.
