Kevin did a great job replacing the valve on our shower. He kept the dust to a minimum and cleaned up everything afterwards. The company also has done a great job over the years keeping our air conditioner functioning when we couldn't afford to replace it.

Very shady operation. They get you in with the minimum charge then hit you with ridiculous upcharges. Had them out to replace a wax ring on a toilet that was leaking. They proceeded to tell me the flange was bad, which is probably correct. After 20 minutes in his truck came back with an estimate for over $1,500 to replace the flange. Then recommended Hydrojetting for $1,600. The toilet is less than 30 ft from the main line in the street. So far out of the reasonable range for this work. I would never recommend them unless you want to be grossly overcharged.

DO NOT get your services done with this company. They deserve 0 stars for the way they perform their work as well as the way they treat their customers. When I called for a leaky hot water unit in our home, the company said a technician will come out for free to give an estimate of the issue. However, the technician, Henry, who came to assess the situation said the only way he would be able to perform a diagnostic is to change the valves and flux lines for $549 to determine what the issue is. After I called my fiancé and had him speak to Henry on the phone, the price suddenly dropped to $244. The only way he could diagnose the issue was to change the flux lines. Henry changed those lines, only to come to me after saying my original lines he just changed didn't have any issues but yet, proceeded to charge me. Since that moment he tried ""fixing"" the issue at hand, I have had 10X the amount of water leaking from my unit compared to before he came. I spoke with his supervisor Joe to raise our concerns regarding the work that Henry performed only for Joe to trycutting me off multiple times during the conversation and hanging up on me when he got frustrated with the call. I am EXTREMELY disappointed by Joe's management skills (or lack thereof) as well as how Joe tried ""handling"" a customer issue. This company did NOT live up to it's ""100% satisfactory"" company model. Please do yourself and your wallet a favor and go with another plumbing company. Also if you're a female, they will FULLY take advantage of you and up charge their pricing thinking you won't notice.

If I could give this company a zero star I would. On their website they advertise for a technician to come out for free to give an estimate of the issue. However, the technician that came said he has to change valves and flu lines for $549 to determine what the issue is. After talking to my brother on the phone the price suddenly dropped to $200. The only way he could diagnose the issue was to change the flux lines. I'm no expert but looking at the tank and watching some YouTube videos the flux lines didn't have any issues. We spoke with Joe to raise our concern and question but his answer was that it made sense why the technician did what he did and we need to change the system because the fluxes weren't the issue. I'm very disappointed by the service and Joe's management skill sets. The goals is the company is 100% satisfactory and let me tell you, you have failed your first goal. Do your research before moving forward with this company. If you are a girl trying to get advice don't go with them either because they will take an advantage of you due to your lack of knowledge.

Rock came out within hours of dispatch on a Sunday. Our shower handle broke and not able to turn off water locally. Had to turn off water to our entire home for and on for 24 hrs.

The worst, started telling me I need a full jetting when he was still in the drive and hadn't even gone inside yet. Then proceeded to call 2 different people to ask how to use the equipment he had. No surprise- the clog was not taken care of properly.

I needed to get a couple of valves for our washing machine changed and Orange Coast was there to help me out again in my time of need.
Henry, the plumber, was on time and so professional. He got the job done in much less time than I had expected and he explained everything he was going to do, and he did itwith no problems. He also discovered that our water pressure valve was faulty and he replaced it with no problems. I highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing in general and Henry in particular,
