We had a kitchen sink problem and needed help fast. After contacting the company on line, I was called promptly and an appointment was set up within a few hours. I was then texted the name of our plumber with a picture and the time of arrival. Our technician Steven R. came to our house and was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He was clean and efficient and my dog loved him. Thanks for turning a bad plumbing issue into a good one.

Here's my story as it has just come to a finish.
I called 3 different plumbing companies.
OC Plumbers texted me with a picture of the technician and the exact time of his arrival. (I did leave a message on my initial call)
Nolan, the tech, arrived on time. He wore a mask and made sure to keep his distance at all times.
Nolan proceeded to diagnose our problem and came up with the fix.
Changed our pressure device for the house and was upfront, informative and understanding.
In addition, OC Plupming has been around and I have seen their trucks all over Mission Viejo. There is reason why!!

My husband and I just bought our first house. It's almost 50 years old but the inspection said everything is fine. Just to be safe, we called South Coast Plumbing to double check that everything is working as it should before we moved in. Steven came out promptly and looked around. He saw a few things that needed attention before they break. One of the toilets was not seated right, the refrigerator needed a line for water, an outdoor pipe needed to be replaced along with a pipe under a bathroom sink. We feel much better knowing he took preventative action rather than having to deal with an emergency later.

My slab leak was extremely difficult to find. If it was not for the perseverance of Nolan and Erick, I would never have found it let alone been able to get it fixed. These guys never gave up. My kitchen sink had been slowly backing up from cooking every day the past two weeks. It started as a slow drain and finally clogged yesterday. I called their number, and was pleasantly greeted by Dotty. She was extremely kind and patient, and addressed all my questions (I had a lot). She set me up with a time window for the same day and the company even sends a text message to you when the technician is on their way.

Nate R. arrived on time and was very professional. As someone who has dealt with all sorts of plumbing companies, it is priceless to have someone so polite during this crazy time. He was only in the house if necessary to limit contact, and he explained my options once the problem was diagnosed. He did NOT push either option, and explained the pros/cons of each (one was an immediate fix and the other was a long term proactive deterrent with discounted fix for the current problem). Once decided, he immediately got to work and finished the same day. I was really surprised because I was worried if going with the long term option he would not finish the same day (late afternoon start) but he diligently got it done. Afterwards he showed me the work he did and cleaned up EVERYTHING (!!).

I would not hesitate to call OC Plumbing again for any issues and would definitely request Nate if he's working that day.

I called because my sink was clogged. I attempted to fix it myself but I had no Idea where to start. Nolan was on time and very professional when checking out the problem and getting my quote. The issue was my garbage disposal. The price was reasonable so we went ahead and changed it out. Nolan was fast and efficient so I had to come on here and leave a review for him. He is a great employee and asset to this company. I will definitely call back and make sure to request Nolan by name for my next plumbing issue. (Hope its not for a while though.)
