Our water heater had been leaking for a while. I got in contact with Jose and informed him of the problem, and he immediately took care of everything! We didn't have to research any warranty, where to buy or get replacement. We didn't even have to remove old water heater- Jose did it all! Quality work & great service, I would highly recommend.

Had a dishwasher from Lowe's installed today. Mike from Options was amazing - very polite and professional. He was even able to get Lowe's to approve an extra hose connector because the one I purchased was not long enough. Mike finished the job quickly and neatly and was a very friendly individual. I had ordered a new dishwasher from Costco, which included installation from Options Plumbing.

My dishwasher was delivered at 9:30am and just 30 minutes later, I got a call from Mark saying he was outside ready to install the unit (and haul away the old one).

I was so impressed by the coordination, communication and speed from Mark and Options Plumbing! From Mark coming into the door, installing the new unit, hauling the old unit, and leaving, only about 30 minutes had passed!

Ordered a dishwasher from Costco and they had Options plumbing install it for us. The installer said that we needed longer drain hoses and charged us $260 for them. Each hose costs like $30. We felt like we didn't have a choice otherwise we would be stuck with 2 dishwashers (the old and the new ones).

I appreciate that he called to tell me that he was on his way. He installed my new water heater and replaced my refrigerator valve. Jose is very professional and knowledgeable. Jose did an amazing job of converting my previous (broken) three handle shower to a single handle shower with a new showerhead, faucet and drain as well. It was a very complicated job which required cutting thru the granite backing wall to create room for a new shower plate as well as reconfiguring the piping behind the wall which was original to the unit (over 40 years old).

We could not be happier with the results. Jose was responsive and professional in his approach and communications. I could tell he knew what he was doing and he delivered for us!

We've also had Phillip work on our dishwasher install and a few other minor plumbing jobs, he comes highly recommended as well.

ordered a dishwasher from Costco. initially great communication will call/text to let you know when they are coming and when they are on the way. technician gets here and immediately says it's going to be $180 for longer hoses. Completely understandable that some installations may require different parts that are not included but $180 for $15 part is ridiculous. He then says fine he won't install anything and we can figure out with somebody else. puts you in a situation were your dishwasher is basically held hostage. finally give in to pay for the parts, then says we have to fix the air gap and wants to charge another $130 for that. took me 2 minutes to clean it out and works fine. decent work but definitely just trying to upswell everything.

So helpful and always friendly. My mom and I have been really happy with work done at both of our houses. Jose showed up on time, works carefully and tidy, goes above and beyond, and is overall super pleasant to work with.
