I got my dishwasher installed today by Manny from Options and bought it from Lowe's.
Manny asked for $220.00 for valve replacement. It surprised me how CRAZY EXPENSIVE it is to replace a $9.62 part. I moved forward because I have a baby and need to get the work done.
I spent the day with a suspicious taste in mind ... I checked later the invoice online (where I paid the $220.00 ) and ""Surprise"" the service I paid for, is different from the service Manny executed. (See the invoices attached) ... Another ""Surprise"" was when the company called me it wasn't Options or Lowe's (Third Party called Envision Contracting Inc) ... The last and big ""Surprise"" was when I found another user here in Yelp (Toni R) with the same issue...
Definitely, this schema is suspicious.

Why does Lowe's have this company on his contractor's list?

Options plumbing company was hired by Lowe's to install a dishwasher I had ordered for a tenant of mine. The dishwasher was apparently defective yet Options plumbing left it in place and told the tenants they could use the dishwasher as long as they kept a bowl at the corner to catch any water! The tenants ran the dishwasher one time per the direction of the installer. That one use caused massive water damage to the kitchen cabinets and the flooring. The brand new floors are going to have to be ripped up and a large remediation/reconstruction job will now ensue beacuse of this, thousands and thousands of dollars of damage. I have tried contacting Jose and his installer mutliple times and they are ghosting me. The installer went so far as to block my number. This is pretty repugnant behavior by a company. Unbelievably Shady company. I would stay far away from them.

We ordered a dishwasher from Lowe's. They subctracted with Options Plumbing in Whittier, CA to install the dishwasher. Phillip, the technican, said that the angle stop needed to be replaced. He could replace it for $195 or I could get my own plumber to install the ($10) angle stop and reschedule the installation. I had no choice because my tenants and their 2 children under age 5 would be without a dishwasher. It took 5 days from the time that the initial installation was scheduled until they could install the dishwasher. The angle stop installation would be a 2 minute job. I elected to have another change done which took 19 minutes at the same cost. Remember Phillip was already at the location and had been paid a service charge. We were f...ed by Phillip and Options Plumbing. I question why Lowe's would use scam outfit.

Our water heater had been leaking for a while. I got in contact with Jose and informed him of the problem, and he immediately took care of everything! We didn't have to research any warranty, where to buy or get replacement. We didn't even have to remove old water heater- Jose did it all! Quality work & great service, I would highly recommend.

There was great communication from the company; I knew exactly what time they would arrive for the installation. Phil and Jose were punctual, professional and polite! They also answered all of our questions and did a very clean installation! I will definitely use Options Plumbing for future work.

Had a dishwasher from Lowe's installed today. Mike from Options was amazing - very polite and professional. He was even able to get Lowe's to approve an extra hose connector because the one I purchased was not long enough. Mike finished the job quickly and neatly and was a very friendly individual. I would use Options Plumbing again.

Couldn't have asked for a better installation experience!

I had ordered a new dishwasher from Costco, which included installation from Options Plumbing.

My dishwasher was delivered at 9:30am and just 30 minutes later, I got a call from Mark saying he was outside ready to install the unit (and haul away the old one).

I was so impressed by the coordination, communication and speed from Mark and Options Plumbing! From Mark coming into the door, installing the new unit, hauling the old unit, and leaving, only about 30 minutes had passed!

Ordered a dishwasher from Costco and they had Options plumbing install it for us. The installer said that we needed longer drain hoses and charged us $260 for them. Each hose costs like $30. We felt like we didn't have a choice otherwise we would be stuck with 2 dishwashers (the old and the new ones).

Today was the second time I used Options Plumbing. Setting up my appointment with Melaine was a breezy. Jose arrived during the agreed upon window of time. I appreciate that he called to tell me that he was on his way. He installed my new water heater and replaced my refrigerator valve. Jose is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what the job required. I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Options Plumbing to all and will use this company again.

Jose was prompt, professional, and efficient. The rates he charged for the service I requested was reasonable and fair, especially when compared to other plumbers I've attempted to hire who are clearly price gouging.
