Charged an incredibly high price to repair a simple leak. Yes, response time was quick and repair was done quickly, but I won't be calling them out again. Moreover, they attempted an upsell of re-plumbing the entire house. Really?

My current property had some issues with plumbing and I had multiple plumbers come in and check the issue. I also had city of Concord come in and check the issue as suggested by the previous plumbing services. Then i had some other plumbers come in for the same issue but they fixed something else, charged me around 1k and the issue still existed. Having less to none knowledge in plumbing, i didn't wanted to take chances with plumbing companies who just come in and work on other stuff that they think might be the issue and at the end of the day, you just waste some dollars on fixing things that didn't needed to be fixed. Then I took a chance with Option One Plumbing and i am so pleased with their service that they deserved a spot for their business card on my fridge. I wanted to give a shout out to Daniel who was here and he did an exceptional work. He started with some fixes and the issue still existed but he did not leave till he completed the job. His experience and his dedication for his work solved the issue we had and now every time i turn on the water i think of Option One Plumbing for making our life easier. The prices for their services were fair but what moved me more was the service they provide. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and they will be my only go to plumbers from now on.

Due to the fact that in their contract it states that they can sue me if I post anything negative, I sent them a detailed e-mail. Thankful that I was smart enough to get a contract even though none was offered and I kept a detailed log due to the fact that this was a $12,500 total replacement of all plumbing, including new hot water heater and indoor fixtures. Don't do business without a contract.

Ted came out and did a great job. I had this priced from a few companies and this was by far what I considered the best value. Ted gave me a very fair price, he was very courteous, fast and his positive attitude was refreshing. Option One Plumbing just gained another repeat customer because I will be contacting them if anything else goes wrong with my plumbing. Thanks Ted.

Michael Adams was great. He was on time and provided an estimate and got to work right away. He said he priced my job as having to take 4-5 hours. He started at 930am and worked until 230. It wasn't easy finding the leaky city of charlotte water pipe. He dug a pretty good sized trench by hand that was filled with water. He drained it and Replaced the pipe. He troubleshoot several potential other issues. He kept to the original quote of $640. It wasn't an easy job. I'm fortunate that I got to work with Michael Adams.

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Ted did a great job on the installation of a new gas water heater, after spending a lot of time making sure we could get through the weekend using the old one. This was much appreciated! Response time was prompt, and the work was very professional.

Had a leak and they came out and stated they fixed it. After we got our next water bill and it was absurd, we rechecked and noticed there was still a small leak. We called to have them fix what was not fixed the first time and we were charged again because there was no warranty. No warranty I understand but It was not fixed completely the first time they came out. When he first looked at the leak the second time he literally said he was embarrassed , I guess because he only needed to replace about 2 more inches of the pipe the first time and there would not have been an issue. Then said """"well I guess I have to fix it"""" so I thought he would fix his mistake without charge. Well he did charge us and didn't tell us we were being charged until the work was completed. Paid over 350 the first time and over 250 the second time to fix his own mistake. I would look for someone who stands by their work.
