I have now requested services from this company twice and no one showed. First time (yesterday) they accepted responsibility saying the appointment did not make it to their system. I made today's appointment over the phone. No one showed up and no one called. I do not understand how they have a 4.5 star rating if this is how they conduct business. If I handled my job this way I would be fired.

Had a leak and they came out and stated they fixed it. After we got our next water bill and it was absurd, we rechecked and noticed there was still a small leak. We called to have them fix what was not fixed the first time and we were charged again because there was no warranty. No warranty I understand but It was not fixed completely the first time they came out. When he first looked at the leak the second time he literally said he was embarrassed , I guess because he only needed to replace about 2 more inches of the pipe the first time and there would not have been an issue. Then said """"well I guess I have to fix it"""" so I thought he would fix his mistake without charge. Well he did charge us and didn't tell us we were being charged until the work was completed. Paid over 350 the first time and over 250 the second time to fix his own mistake. I would look for someone who stands by their work.

Great company! I needed a repair on my patio faucet and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Super quick, would definitely recommend!

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Great job Lundon

Third time and it just keeps getting better as these guys are the definition of excellence of execution as Daniel Payne showed up ten minutes early, identified the issue with my water heater, explained it in an easy to understand fashion without making me feel like an idiot haha, didn't try to upsell me on a new heater, and last but not least, fixed the issue no problem. I will continue to recommend these guys to everyone I know as they are honest, fair, personable and trustworthy. Fantastic work option one!

All we needed was a new shower valve cartridge at our rental property. Their guy refused to do that, stating they won't replace parts, only full replacement of all hardware (spout,handle,shower head). Wouldn't even consider our request. Only pushed for full house replacement of all shut off valves, faucets, water lines under sinks..... you know, stuff not broken. Not interested in small jobs, just wanting the big buck projects. Told him to hit the road!

Due to the fact that in their contract it states that they can sue me if I post anything negative, I sent them a detailed e-mail. Thankful that I was smart enough to get a contract even though none was offered and I kept a detailed log due to the fact that this was a $12,500 total replacement of all plumbing, including new hot water heater and indoor fixtures. Don't do business without a contract.

What appeared to be an easy job after watching a YouTube video then turned into a weekend nightmare. We had to call Option One over the weekend due to a stuck cartridge in our shower handle. We couldn't run the water back into the house as we weren't sure if any parts had fallen behind the wall. Scott came out in about a 2 hour window after we called and rescued us and put our mind at ease. It was absolutely worth the extra weekend fee to have peace of mind from this company. This is the second time we've used them and we will call them back for any further plumbing needs.

I contacted this company because I was having water leaks from my upstairs. When they came out they indicated to investigate the problem was going to start at $249 which would be applied to the cost of my bill if chosen to perform the work. After 4 hours of investigation the tech claimed that my water leak was from old caulking around my tub. He re-caulked my tub and charged me an additional $249. He explained to me that he would remove my ceiling fan because it was damaged with water, patch the hole and replace my ceiling fan. He was also going to refer me to another company to file the repairs on my home insurance. Come to find out recalling wasn't the problem at all because the tub started leaking again. I was left with a leaking tub and a huge hole in my ceiling from this company.

This is the second time I've used Option One. I had a positive experience with a dishwasher repair so when my garbage disposal stopped working, this was my first call. Dustin was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided reasonable options to replace. I will call again for any future plumbing needs.
