This company is not recommended for overpriced solution, there is no real technicians but bunch of sales, they took advantage of their licensing or liabilities or regulations and dictate the way they want to go like a boss instead of following customer's plan. They will not give you the breakdown estimate but a lump sum $$$ from black boxes. They won't do a inspection as they promised until customer complained about it, again, no pictures after inspection to prove the leaking and just go back to whatever he wanted to sell.

Great work. On time and worked through till the end. They presented three different estimates for how to solve the problem and I feel like the pricing was fair. Very important point for me, they ~did not~ charge me an up front fee to roll a truck and look at my problem.

We called Option One Plumbing for a garbage disposal replacement and they were able to come the same day within just a few hours. Dustin was very courteous and informative on everything he was doing and got the job done quickly. Definitely recommend giving them a call!

My current property had some issues with plumbing and I had multiple plumbers come in and check the issue. I also had city of Concord come in and check the issue as suggested by the previous plumbing services. Then i had some other plumbers come in for the same issue but they fixed something else, charged me around 1k and the issue still existed. Having less to none knowledge in plumbing, i didn't wanted to take chances with plumbing companies who just come in and work on other stuff that they think might be the issue and at the end of the day, you just waste some dollars on fixing things that didn't needed to be fixed. Then I took a chance with Option One Plumbing and i am so pleased with their service that they deserved a spot for their business card on my fridge. I wanted to give a shout out to Daniel who was here and he did an exceptional work. He started with some fixes and the issue still existed but he did not leave till he completed the job. His experience and his dedication for his work solved the issue we had and now every time i turn on the water i think of Option One Plumbing for making our life easier. The prices for their services were fair but what moved me more was the service they provide. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and they will be my only go to plumbers from now on.

I was afraid of getting my water heater installed by anyone. I had been searching since 2018 and this year I narrowed my search down. At first I had a long list of companies and I just begin calling, asking for quotes, reading a plethora of reviews, looking at the website, pictures and really doing a detailed search of the company that works best for me. Then my list became shorter and I still couldn't narrow it to one company. I had each company come out to my home and give me quote. I scored each person on arrival time, customer service, professionalism, integrity and experience and how knowledgeable they were. Finally, I took deep breaths and just went off of faith and how well each person treated me when they gave me a quote. I still had two other companies that were awesome but Providence Plumbing was the only company that took the time to see what the other issue was. I had water leaking in my driveway which made my driveway muddy and wet. Every other company told me it was the water heater which I believed it because the water heater was old. But, no John and Trevor took it a step further and said, """"It's another issue."""" They looked under my home and found my shower drain pipe disconnected from the shower which was causing my water to leak in my driveway. They were honest by showing me pictures and bringing me outside to look at it for myself. I said to myself """"Another issue = more money and feel on the ground instantly."""" (Just kidding) Even though my first intentions were to just get the water heater fixed I instantly understood that the other issue needed to be fixed as well. I am happy that they found it because I never knew and I would have never known. No other company went a step further it was just quoting me for the water heater which was basic. The time and commitment they took explaining everything with me for hours; I felt comfortable and knowledgeable as well. The interaction they had with my family and just speaking to me about what is best the option for my family really helped me to decide what to do. I was so afraid to put my trust and hard earned money into trusting a company with this project in the beginning that is the reason I stopped searching. But, John and Trevor really calmed my nerves and didn't try to pressure me into making a decision. They didn't pressure me just to get a sale and I didn't feel scammed at all nor worried. After all my research I just made a decision from my heart and went with it because if I hadn't make the decision to get these things fixed I would still be searching when the answer was in front of me the whole time """"Providence Plumbing of the Carolinas."""" I want to also thank the owner, and the all of the respectful ladies (Ann and Ashley) that answered my questions when I called and really took customer service and professionalism to another level. A lot of people own businesses and work for companies but do not know how to treat people and just want to scam. I am big on quality and customer service. I am glad that Providence Plumbing of the Carolinas is a reputable company I can now refer my family and friends.
