Ted gave me a very fair price, he was very courteous, fast and his positive attitude was refreshing. This company is not recommended for overpriced solution, there is no real technicians but bunch of sales, they took advantage of their licensing or liabilities or regulations and dictate the way they want to go like a boss instead of following customer's plan. They will not give you the breakdown estimate but a lump sum $$$ from black boxes. They won't do a inspection as they promised until customer complained about it, again, no pictures after inspection to prove the leaking and just go back to whatever he wanted to sell.
